All The Pretty Horses
Title: All The Pretty Horses
Summary: Whitney and Lana head out for a horseback ride to bond, with some surprising revelations as to who else in Smallville is bonding. Clex, S1
Rating: NC-17, just to be safe
Disclaimer: Ha! I wish. I do not own these characters, nor is any money being made. Though, if you feel like sending me some, I have no problem with that.
Author’s Notes: Just a little fic I wrote while bored one night. Ok, so Lana ends up a voyeur again. This doesn’t happen on purpose, I swear. It just works out that way. Whitney may seem a bit out of character. I’m not sure how to write him. Anyway, please read & review! Please? Don’t make me get with the begging. I will if I have to. It’s not pretty. There’s the scraping and the kneeling and the groveling… really, reviewing just saves time. Pretty please…
“I’m glad we did this. It’s been a while since we’ve spent time together, just the two of us.”
Lana smiled at her boyfriend. “I’m glad too.” She glanced around at the trees surrounding the trail. “And it’s a beautiful day.”
“Yeah, it is. Want to go out to the meadow for a gallop?” Whitney patted his horse’s neck. “I think Headstart here is getting a little tired of walking.”
“Sounds good to me.” She nudged her horse into a trot and broke through the line of trees, followed by Whitney. She headed for the crest of the small hill. “If you think you can keep up.”
Whitney grinned as they reached the top. “You’re on.” Suddenly, his grin faded as he peered at something past her. Lana turned and saw the back of Clark Kent. He was on the other side of the meadow, near the caves, lying on his side on a blanket and facing away from them. That was weird. No one ever came out here. She watched as Clark leaned forward and realized: he wasn’t alone.
“Is that Kent?” asked Whitney. “Who do you think is with him?”
“I don’t know.” Lana dismounted. “But I know how we can find out.” She tied her horse to a nearby tree and waved a hand for Whitney to come with her. As she walked, she wondered. Who would Clark be kissing in secluded meadows? This was going to be interesting.

“Ow!” whispered Whitney, climbing up to crouch next to her. “Lana, this is insane!”
“You were the one who wanted to know who he was with,” she replied matter-of-factly. They were on a rock outcropping, concealed by trees, about fifteen yards away from Clark and whoever his rather large frame was still blocking from view. Their spot gave them full view, though he couldn’t see them.
“I was just curious,” muttered Whitney. “I didn’t need to know-”
“Be quiet, I’m trying to listen!”
The sound of quiet laughter reached them. She could hear Clark saying something, though she couldn’t quite understand what. More laughter, and then Clark was kissing the person. He moved, rolling on top of whoever it was, and Lana froze, dimly aware of Whitney gasping beside her.
Lex Luthor.
Clark Kent and Lex Luthor. Lex Luthor and Clark Kent. Oh boy. Clark Kent was making out with Lex Luthor. Clark Kent was straddling Lex Luthor. Oh boy. Lex Luthor’s shirt was unbuttoned. Lex Luthor’s hands were under Clark Kent’s t-shirt.
“Oh my God,” breathed Whitney. “Oh my God… that’s Luthor!”
Got that part already. Still trying to get around the fact that said Luthor was currently ridding Clark of his shirt.
“They’re together?” he asked in a strained voice.
“Obviously,” Lana replied. “Are they…?”
“Yeah, I think so.”
“Right here?”
“Yeah.”
“With each other?”
“Lana! Get a grip!”
She snapped herself out of it. “Right. Sorry. Just… Clark Kent and Lex Luthor are doing it right in front of us!” Granted, they didn’t know they were being watched, but still.
“We should get out of here.”
Neither of them moved.
Lex sat up and Clark pushed his shirt off his arms, throwing it to the ground unceremoniously as he continued onto his pants. Clark stripped away the black trousers, leaving Lex naked. They lay back down and Lex pulled the denim off Clark’s legs, leaving only white boxers. Then those went, and there were Clark and Lex in all their glory and Lana felt herself blushing but didn’t look away, didn’t want to, because hey, how many times would you see this in a lifetime?
“I want you,” she heard Lex moan. Oh God, she should not be watching this.
Clark laughed roughly. “I know.” His hand slid down Lex’s chest and gripped his thigh, spreading it apart as he positioned himself. “Scream for me, baby.” Clark thrust and Lex cried out. They kissed again, heatedly. Lex wrapped his legs around Clark as he continued to thrust.
After a couple minutes, she noticed that one of Clark’s hands was mysteriously absent, and Lana could only guess as to what it was doing. Though, from the way Lex bucked against Clark, she was fairly sure and oh God, she should definitely not be watching this.
Then, Clark broke off from their kiss and buried his face in Lex’s shoulder with a stifled yell. From the way Clark shuddered, it was pretty apparent what had happened.
Clark recovered quickly, kissing Lex again, softer this time. He moved down Lex neck, and down his chest, and down his stomach, and to his- oh. Oh! Clark’s mouth closed over Lex and Lana felt herself blush even darker. Lex twisted the material of the blanket in his fists, his eyes closed. He was whispering something to Clark, something she couldn’t hear.
Lex bit his lip and strained upward to meet Clark’s mouth. He suddenly collapsed and Clark was pulling away from him, his tongue darting out to lick his lips. Moving over Lex, Clark let his tongue dart along Lex’s lips now, and they parted, allowing entrance. They kissed.
“Oh. My. God,” whispered Whitney.
“Yeah.”
Clark broke off with a sigh, and once again they were privy to the conversation. “I guess we should be going. Are you sure you heard horses?” Lana started. Did they know?
Lex nodded. “Yeah. It was a while back, but they could still come around. Besides,” he smirked, “I brought the Porsche. I was thinking about turning off onto that deserted road near the highway…”
Clark grinned. “Say no more. Who am I to deny your car fetish?” He sat up, located his boxers and pulled them on. Lex followed suit. Soon, both were dressed. Clark gathered up the blanket and handed it to Lex, who folded it and tucked it under his arm. He smiled at Clark. Talking in low tones, they disappeared into the trees opposite Lana and Whitney.
Lana leaned back on the rock behind her. “Whoa.”
“I hear you.” Whitney shook his head. “Did you have any idea?”
“No. Who would think that they… you know. Liked each other.”
“I don’t know about Luthor, but I always thought Kent liked girls.”
“Me too.” She looked at him. “What are we gonna do? Should we say something to someone? To them?”
“I don’t know,” replied Whitney. “But let’s get back to the horses. We should head home.” He stood.
Lana did as well. She glanced over her shoulder at the spot formerly occupied by a couple no one had ever thought existed. She sighed and went after Whitney.
