Lois got up, and started to get dress.
“Come on Clark we have to get back down to the docks.
“ Lois you need to take it easy after the ordeal you’ve been though.
“ Clark I feel okay”.
“ We have to put a stop to what they are doing , and right now with my reporters eye, and immense intelligence , and of course you strength, we can crack their scam like a squirrel cracking a nut”.
“ Lois I just don’t want you getting hurt again”.
She lend down so her lips we’re nearing touching his.
“ Clark if I need you , I’ll just put my lips together , and blow” .
“ Lois you sure do have a way with words”, he said putting his clothes on.
When they arrived back at the ware house Clark hear some men talking.
“ Hey I hear a new shipman is coming in from Smallville”.
“ I wish we could hurry up, and get this job done , before Big Jake comes back in town.
Clark turn to look at Lois.
“ Lois there are some men in the back of the ware house”.
“ Clark this is going to be harder than I thought , but maybe I can make a little diversion, while you get some of the serial numbers off the crates.
“ Lois are you sure?”
“ Yes , any thing to bust the low life scum” .
“One of them try to kill me today , and I’ll be damn if I’m going to let him get by with it”.
“ Lois I threw him out into the river is that not enough?”
“ Clark it the principal of the matter”.
“ I want him to pay for what he did”.
“ No body tries to kill a Lane , and gets by with it”.
“Lois just be careful’.
They enter each going their on way.
Lois headed toward the back of the warehouse were the two men were talking.
She purposely knock over one of the crates , making them take notice.
“Hey you”! shouted one of the men.
Lois ran out of the ware house with the two men behind her.
Clark heard the commotion, and sped out after them.
The two men corner her.
“ I thought you were at the bottom of the lake with the fish.
“ I guess if you want a job done right you have to do it yourself , said one of the men reaching for her, just than Kal El came up behind them.
“ Excuse me gentlemen , but if you don’t want to be swimming with the fish like your friend this morning, I advise you to leave her alone”.
“Oh we should”? one of the men asked inquiringly .
Kal El quickly grabbed them , and threw them , crashing into some of the crates that were outside .
“ Clark thanks”.
“ You saved me again”.
She embrace him , giving him a kiss on the lips.
He smiled I’ll keep saving you if you keep , giving me kisses like that”.
She press her body closer to his , when we get back to the apartment I’ll have a better award for you”.
“ I need to get more of these serial numbers , than we can go”.

“ Clark how many do you have already”?
