Chapter 6
AN: While I never claimed to be a doctor or fertility expert I do know that all (myself included) females are less fertile during their period pregnancy can happen. Never once anywhere do I say I don’t think that much of Rose I just simply said this is not Doctor and Rose, don’t get pissed but she wasn’t all that, Sarah Jane has her own show. Rose was just for ratings. That’s not my personal opinion of Rose because she was a welcome reminder of what life was all about (adventure and discovery seeing the world well in her cause time and space with a new understanding of the inner workings of life!) and why the Doctor does what he does. She got him to live again!! She is just as important as his two hearts are! Now if anyone else would like to comment please feel free to and I will address them willingly. Thanks for your lovely information filled point of view.
Chapter 6
Martha gave a sideways glance at the Doctor currently leaning over absorbed in thought before rolling her eyes. It had only been a week since she gave herself up to him she just couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off. While she didn’t need sex to live she would have liked it if he reacted a little differently towards her anything would be better than the alternative. *Maybe it’s just his way.* she thought handing him the whatever it was he wanted when he had set about tinkering around with the TARDIS a few days ago.
She set about exploring the TARDIS popping in and out of various rooms, one resembling a giant moon bounce before she came to one that stopped her dead in her tracks. The door had glitter and what looked like some sort of painted landscape on it. Taking a deep breath for what she didn’t know and entered the room. It was wall to wall softness lush pale pink and light blues covered the room even splashed about on the celing. There were little stuffed animals all around, a linen closet with blankets featuring various prints, a changing table a few steps away from a very plush recliner. Taking in a few more breaths again she approached the crib in the center.
It looked like some sort of wood but it was way too white, way to polished, way smooth in feeling almost as though it were a mineral of sorts. *Like Mother of Pearl but not like.* looking closely she saw soft but intricately not actually carved details. They looked as though were just there as part of the crib not carved in it but a natural part of it.
Inside the crib was the basics mattress, covers, and blanket but in the corner was something she hadn’t seen in years a sock doll. A purple sock doll with blue button eyes and red yarn for hair and her mouth. “Rachel!!!” she said to the now not so sweet baby’s room in the not so cool spaceship. She turned on heel and exited walking as fast as she could to anywhere. Barely missing the Doctor as she fled feeling a wave of thoughts and nausea came over her. Hidden away in her private bathroom she chucked up her breakfast, flushed and rinsed her mouth out.
Lying down on her bed she shuddered feeling so cold inside. *How could a doll her mother made her be here on the TARDIS?* Feeling as though she needed some tea to get her answers she slowly got off the bed on a journey to the kitchen. While putting on a kettle she felt this sharp pain in her back that began to spread through her entire body.
Clenching the counter she grit her teeth as her world began to spin and her vision turned to tunnel vision, her mouth tasted of a mixture a bile and saliva, her insides felt cold as ice before she collapsed missing the corner of the island by mere inches. The last thing she thought before total darkness was* Help me Doctor!!*.
*I’ll just tell it to her straight out. Martha we may never have children! No break it to her gently! Martha I know you have…* A shrill cry went off in his head every never in his body flushed with adrenaline. “I’m coming Martha!!” His feet had already set him in motion working on autopilot he reached the kitchen in less than a minute with help from the TARDIS. He feared the worst as he approached Martha’s still body feeling her all over he was pleased to see her alive but puzzled at why she was on fire. Her core temperature was almost as hot as his own and rising.
Picking her up he headed towards the medbay all the awhile praying he had not caused her harm.
AN: Sorry if it’s a little short :( But how was it???!!! If anyone would like to question my sanity of what I know please feel free to email me shanilashaye18@aol.com. I pretty sure this chapter is moving things into a questionable area!
