Love Betrayed
Chapter 3
"Excuse me," Doug quietly said, moving to pass another man in the aisle of the local general store.
"Oh, sorry about that," Bo apologized, moving out of the way.
"You drive an orange car, don't you?"
"Yeah, the General Lee, why?"
Hearing the note of suspicion in the blond's voice, Doug quickly explained about witnessing him jumping the creek a couple of days ago. "Oh I'm sorry, name's Doug Lewis," he introduced himself, holding out his hand.
"Bo Duke," taking the offered hand in a firm grip. "So what was you doing out there Mr. Lewis?"
"I work for the state, I'm doing some testing in conjunction with a requested permit for a housing development in that area."
"Let me guess, J.D. Hogg made the request?"
"Yes he did, how did you know?"
"Well he owns pretty much everything in Hazzard, so he'd be the most likely to make a request like that. I can save ya some time though, that area you're looking at isn't any good for building on."
"Really, and what makes you say that?" Doug asked, thankful for an excuse to keep talking to the blond.
"Well I don't know all the terms, but I know there ain't enough solid ground out there to build on."
"You mean there isn't any bedrock?"
"I think that's what it's called, and I don't know if there ain't any, but there sure isn't enough."
"How do you know that Mr. Duke?"
"My Uncle Jesse told me, he said when they were putting in the highway years ago that was one of the areas they looked at. They decided against it though, cause the ground wasn't stable enough," Bo explained. "By the way, call me Bo, Mr. Duke is my uncle," he said with a smile.
"Only if you call me Doug," he replied with an answering smile.
"Sure thing Doug, well there's my ride, it was nice meeting ya," Bo said as he spotted Luke pulling up out front in the General.
Doug looked in the direction Bo was glancing, his heart sinking when he saw the good looking young man in the driver's seat of the orange car. "Yeah, nice meeting you too," he said, but he was talking to air as Bo was already half-way down the aisle. *Well it was a nice dream, time to get back to reality,* picking out the items he needed, he paid for them and headed back to the proposed building site.
"Who was that you were talking to?" Luke asked as they pulled away from the store.
"His name's Doug Lewis, he works for the state. He's working out by Dry Creek, seems Boss wants to put up a housing develpment. I told him about the ground out there, I'm just wondering what kind of scam Boss has going now?"
"Yeah, maybe we should do a little looking into it," Luke said, drumming his fingers thoughtfully on the steering wheel.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The door opening into his office at the courthouse startled Boss into nearly dropping his sandwhich. Looking up, prepared to yell at Rosco, he snapped his mouth shut when he saw who it was. "Well hello there Mr. Lewis, what can I do for you?"
"How did you know who I am Mr. Hogg?"
"Oh, well I am the county commissioneer, I make it a point to know what's going on in my county," Boss smoothly explained.
"Yes well, I've finished my tests and I'm afraid I will have to deny your request for a housing development," Doug calmly informed him.
"You can't do that?" Boss thundered. "I mean, why on earth would you do that?" he quickly corrected, trying to sound like a confused businessman.
"I suspect you know why Mr. Hogg, the ground in that area is entirely unsuitable for construction. You'll have the official report within two weeks, but I wanted to inform you in person so that you wouldn't have to wait."
"Mr. Lewis I understand that you're just doing your job, but that development is very important to me, I mean to the community. Isn't there some agreement we could come to?" Boss hinted carefully.
"Are you suggesting a bribe sir? I'll have you know Mr. Hogg not everybody can be boug..." Doug trailed off as his attention was caught by a tall blond walking past the building.
Boss paled, sure he'd made a terrible mistake, until the man stopped speaking. Looking out the window to see what had distracted him, he saw Bo Duke walking along the sidewalk. Glancing around he didn't see anything or anybody else, looking at Lewis closer, he shuddered as he realized why he was watching the Duke boy. Shrugging his shoulders, it made no difference to him what the man wanted, as long as it got him what he wanted. "I see Bo has caught your eye Mr. Lewis," he simpered, bringing Doug's attention back to him.
"You know him?" Doug eagerly asked.
Nodding his head, Boss smiled, knowing he'd just found the price. "Oh my yes, why I've known him all of his life. Did you want to meet him? I could arrange it," he offered.
"Actually I met him the other day, but I haven't seen him since."
"Well you know I have to look out for my friends, and if ya was my friend, I could arrange for a private meeting with the boy...."
"You mean if I lie and say you can build out there by the creek, you'll arrange some time alone with Bo?"
"Well I wouldn't put it like that, but I'm sure I could help Bo to see what a fine man you are."
Looking at the man in white, Doug considered the proposal, finally nodding his agreement. "When could you arrange it?"
"Well, let's see..." Boss paused, thinking about how he was going to pull this off. "I tell ya what, I have a little fishing cabin that's just sitting idle right now. I'll write down the directions for you and you be up there tomorrow evening around seven o'clock, I'll take care of the rest."
"Alright, but I'm warning you now Hogg, if this is some kind of trick, I'll not only file my original report but I'll have you up on charges of attempted bribery."
"No, of course not," Boss assured him. "You'll see, Bo Duke will be there tomorrow and ready to get to know you better," he said, wiggling his eyebrows suggestively.
Smiling at the thought, Doug left the office whistling happily.
Picking up the phone, Boss put in a quick call to Professor Crandall, telling him to meet him at his fishing cabin in one hour. The next phone call he made was to a couple of goons he worked with on occassion. "Charlie, I got a job for you."
"What is it Boss?"
"I need you to pick up Bo Duke and bring him to my fishing cabin up by the lake, do ya think you can handle that?"
"Bo Duke huh? When do ya need him there?"
"In an hour and a half, and Charlie I don't want him hurt, just bring him to the cabin."
"You got it," Charlie agreed, hanging up the phone.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Doug Lewis arrived at the fishing cabin as instructed at seven o'clock on the dot. Pulling up next to the building, he grinned when he saw the General parked there already. Sliding out of his car, he straightened his shirt and nervously combed his fingers through his hair. Walking up to the door, he hesitated before knocking gently.
"Come in."
Stepping inside, Doug smiled at the young blond who sat waiting for him. "Hi, thank you for agreeing to meet with me."
"No problem, any friend of Boss' is a friend of mine," Bo practically purred.
"Really, I didn't get the impression y'all were friends when we talked the other day," Doug remarked.
"The other day?"
"At the general store," Doug reminded him.
"Oh, well I just know that Boss owns most everything, I didn't mean anything by it. But you didn't come here to talk about Boss, did ya?"
"No, no I didn't," Doug agreed, moving to the couch and sitting down next to Bo. "You lived here all your life?"
"Yeah, never been anywhere else," Bo confirmed. "What about you, where are you from?"
"Atlanta, born and raised there. I've thought about moving somewhere else, someplace that's easier for men like us, but I can't see living anywhere but the great state of Georgia."
"Yeah, I know what ya mean. It's not easy being gay in the south, but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else."
"Bo, I asked to meet with you because I'm attracted to you, but I want to be sure that you return that attraction. You aren't just doing this cause Boss asked you too, are you?"
"No, I'm...well I'm attracted to you too Doug, have been since that first time I saw ya. I didn't say anything though cause I couldn't be sure the attention would be welcome," Bo explained. As he spoke, he began to run one hand up and down the other man's arm in a seductive manner.
"You are?" Doug asked, shivering as that strong hand moved to stroke his cheek, before cupping the back of his neck and pulling him in for a kiss. Moaning into the kiss, Doug returned it eagerly, beginning to roam the blond's body with his hands. Wanting to feel Bo's skin next to his, he quickly removed the boy's shirt, followed by his own.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Luke had been worried about Bo all afternoon. He'd never seen his cousin acting so strangely, so when Bo left the farm shortly before seven without a word, he followed. He'd been surprised when he saw that Bo was heading for Boss' fishing cabin, increasing his worry. Now he just felt sick, wishing he hadn't followed, as he stood outside the cabin watching his cousin, his lover making out with another man. "How could you Bo? I thought you loved me," he whispered, his voice filled with misery. Unable to stand watching for another moment, he ran back to the pick-up and headed back to the farm.
"Damn you Bo! If ya wanted to end this all ya had to do was say so, I wouldn't have held ya. Why? I don't understand why he did it," Luke ranted as he moved around their room, packing a suitcase. Glancing at the bed he shared with his cousin, Luke stopped what he was doing as a thought occured to him. "Perfect, and he damn sure deserves it," he muttered.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Doug couldn't believe how well this evening was going. Bo was an eager lover, seeming to want nothing more than to please him. "Oh god yes," he cried out as the younger man latched onto a nipple, lightly scraping it with his teeth. "My turn lover," he moaned, pushing Bo away from him and beginning his own assult on the beautiful body beneath him. "I've never felt anything like this before Bo...it's like a dream come true."
As if flipping a switch, Bo suddenly shoved the other man off of him. "What the hell? Where am I? Why am I...what are you doing here? What am I doing here?" Bo asked. Feeling a draft through the open window, he was horrified to realize his shirt was no longer on him. Jumping up from the couch, he grabbed his shirt from the floor and started to put it on, his hands shaking with rage and fear.
"What?" Doug asked confused. As he listened to the other man throwing questions at him, he began to get an idea of what had happened. Thinking back over what had happened right before this sudden turnaround he came to a horrible conclusion. "Bo I'm sorry, I think we've both been used by J.D. Hogg."
"Boss? What's he got to do with this?"
"He bribed me by offering to arrange a meeting with you, he spoke as if you were friends."
"Friends? With Boss? Not hardly," Bo scoffed. "So you went along with it, whether I was willing or not?"
"You were willing, very willing I might add, until a few minutes ago."
"What? No way mister, there is no way I would be here with you like that," Bo protested angrily.
"Bo, what's the last thing you remember clearly?"
"What? Why?"
"I think I know what happened, but I need to know what you remember first," Doug explained.
"I was driving the General...there was a guy in the road, he was hurt...it was a trick. A couple of goons brought me here and...I don't remember anything after that until I woke up here."
"I think you were hypnotized Bo," Doug said, voicing his suspicion.
"Hypnotized? Then how come I ain't now?"
"I must've accidently said the word or phrase that broke the hypnosis. For what it's worth Bo, I'm sorry...I honestly didn't know you weren't willing."
"I guess we both got used by Boss, I'm just glad that Luke don't know about this," Bo said, shuddering at the thought.
"Luke?"
"My cousin, my older, protective cousin," Bo replied, silently adding, the man I love to the sentence.
"I see, well I will promise you this Bo, J.D. Hogg will regret what he did here, I'll see to that."
"Good. Um, I think maybe now though I should be going."
"You sure you're okay to drive, ya look kind of pale."
"I'm fine, besides driving always helps when I'm upset," Bo assured him.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bo raced home, letting the power of the General and the wind whipping through his hair soothe him. Pulling into the yard, he was concerned when he saw no lights on in the house. Climbing from the General, he hurried inside, needing to hold Luke in his arms. "Luke? Where are you?"
"In here Bo," Luke called from the bedroom.
"Are you okay?" Bo asked, stepping into the room.
"Of course, why wouldn't I be?"
"Well I saw all the lights off and it's kind of early for bed, so..." Bo stopped speaking as he was shoved against the wall.
"Don't want to talk...I got better uses for that mouth," Luke growled, kissing his lover deeply.
"Wait a minute Luke, I got something important to tell ya..." Bo tried, breaking the kiss.
"No talking Bo," Luke ordered, giving his lover a punishing kiss. He wasn't going to let Bo tell him it was over, it wouldn't be over until his cousin paid for cheating.
Bo shivered at the rough kiss and his cousin's commanding voice. He didn't know if he liked the way Luke was acting, it was nothing like his usual loving self.
"Want your mouth around my dick lover," Luke moaned, pushing aganist Bo's shoulders, forcing him to the floor.
"Luke could we..."
"Hush, no talking," Luke reminded him, jerking his hair. "Suck me Bo, use that mouth the way it was meant to be used."
Not sure what was going on but feeling guilty for what had happened, Bo did as he was told. As his cousin plunged in and out of his mouth, he felt tears beginning to slip down his cheeks at the words his Luke was aiming at him.
"Oh yes...that's it lover...you're such a good little slut...suck me harder, that's it...suck me like ya mean it...." Feeling himself nearing completion, Luke suddenly pulled himself from Bo's mouth, "Get on the bed," he ordered.
"Luke why are ya..."
"You don't listen very well lover, I said no talking...now get that pretty ass on the bed," Luke ordered, smacking Bo on the rear for emphasis.
Hanging his head, feeling ashamed for the first time since he'd discovered his love for Luke, Bo climbed onto the bed.
"On your knees."
Not bothering to question any further, Bo raised himself onto his knees, spreading his legs.
"Prepare yourself."
Swallowing hard, Bo poured lube onto his hand, coating his long fingers. Reaching back, he began to insert the fingers into his anus, scissoring them apart as he prepared himself for his lover's cock. Moaning at the sensations his actions were causing, he was soon rocking back and forth, slowly pleasuring himself with his fingers.
"Ya ready?"
"Yeah," Bo moaned in reply.
"Tell me."
"Huh?"
"Tell me ya want me to fuck you."
"Luke ya ain't never talked to me like that before..."
"Say it Bo!" Luke snapped, ready to push inside that tight passage, ready to hear his cousin screaming as he took his punishment.
"I want ya to...Luke please..." seeing that his cousin wasn't going to change his mind he gave in. "Fuck me Luke, I want you to fuck me." He had barley gotten the words out when Luke climbed between his legs and shoved himself in, not pausing until he was buried to the hilt.
"Oh yes...so tight..." Luke moaned as he pounded in and out of Bo's ass, gripping his cousin's hips hard enough to bruise. Losing himself in the sensations he was feeling, Luke let his anger flow as he blocked out his cousin's pleas and screams. "Ahhhh," with an incoherent cry he shot his load deep inside the younger man. Pulling from Bo's body, he went to the bathroom without a word and cleaned up. When he returned he was dressed in the clothes he's left in the other room earlier.
Bo collapsed onto the bed, tears streaking his face as he fought not to break down in sobs. Luke had never treated him like that before, he'd always been a gentle, teasing lover, making sure Bo enjoyed it as much as he did. This Luke was a stranger, Bo didn't know what was going on with his lover but he was afraid for both of them. "Luke, can I talk to ya now?" he quietly asked when his cousin returned to the room.
"Nothing left to say Bo...I'm leaving, just wanted one last fuck before I did," Luke growled. Opening the closet, he took out his suitcase and turned to leave.
"No! Luke why are ya doing this?" Bo cried out, jumping off the bed and blocking the door.
"You know why Bo, now get out of my way."
"Not until you talk to me...don't ya think I deserve to know why ya treated me like...a piece of meat?"
"I saw you Bo, at Boss' cabin," Luke told him, his voice filled with hurt and anger.
"It's not what ya think Luke, that's what I wanted to talk to you about."
"I don't want to hear it Bo, now move," he snapped, shoving the younger man aside and hurrying from the house.
"Luke! Please don't leave...me," he called out, racing after his lover. Watching Luke driving away in the General, Bo fell to the floor, deep sobs wracking his body as his heart broke in two.
