Run
I made changes to the first chapter and I am working on more chapters. Thank you for your reviews.
Beka woke several hours later with a start. There was a warm body beneath her…no wait, there was a warm body inside her. Where the hell was she? They it all hit her. Tyr. That bastard. That fucking bastard. She could feel the hot tears well up in her eyes. She quickly blinked them back. She would not cry.
So okay he won this round, but this battle is far from over. She thought to herself. He would never break her. She would find away out of this even if it meant killing him. That thought caused her to stop. Could she really kill him? It wouldn’t be a matter of ability or skill, he had trained her well enough over the years that she knew what she was doing. But could she make herself go thru with it. She had been ready on the Maru, hadn’t she? The gun was out, aimed at him. Hell she had even pulled the trigger but, could she really kill him.
Tyr shifted underneath her and she shivered. What the hell am I going to do? She thought. She slowly pushed off of him and she rolled onto her side. Her body screamed in protest at moving. She was soar in places she wasn’t aware she even had. Tyr had not been gentle at all. She lit the small lamp next to the bed to the lowest setting. She could see dark bruising all over her lower body. Damn him.
And that’s when it hit her. Her hands weren’t cuffed.
Quickly and quietly she made her was out of the bed and dressed. She found Tyr’s pants and lucky her there where three fully loaded guns and two knifed hidden in various pockets. She would escape.
With one last look at the still sleeping Tyr she headed for the door and opened it quickly. Ready to take on anybody who may be on the other side. However, much to her surprise, the hallway was empty. With bare feet on cold marble floor, she silently made her way down the hall and further away from him.
Now she met with a problem. She had no idea how to get out of here. She had benconnconscious when she was brought in and the only other place besides the bedroom that she had been was the bathroom. Damn it. Way to think this out Beka.
She continued down the hall and it led her to a large open room with high vaulted ceilings. Panic began to rise in her. The longer this took the greater chance that Tyr would wake and find her missing.
The thought had barely left her when she hear a loud roar echo though the empty house. It was her name. Tyr was awake and he was pissed.
That bitch. Tyr woke to an empty bed and cursed himself for his own stupidity. He had forgotten to shackle her to the bed again, before he had succumbed to his own exhaustion. Why was it that when it came to Beka he lost himself. He knew better, knew that the first chance that she had to run she would. Words and idle threats meant nothing to her. She had to be shown and it was still to early in everything for her to truly understand the severity of her situation. He hastily pulled on his pants and found all but one of his knifes missing. His guns were gone. Well at least she had the sense to armor herself. Which meant she knew that she was going to have to fight to escape. Quickly he ran out the door and down the hall to find her.
