Three weeks later-Greensboro, North Carolina

“That’ll be eleven-fifty Sugar,” the busty blond waitress smiled at Dean.

Dean reached into his wallet and placed a ten and a five into the waitress’s hand and gave her his most wicked smile,” You keep the change Darling.”

Sam rolled his eyes at Dean’s typical flirtatious behavior. “Dean, can we please get back to business here?”

“Sam, it’s not like I’m going to take her into the bathroom and bang her,” Dean replied watching the blond walking away. “Well…maybe if she asked me nicely I would.”

Sam was glad that Dean was acting like his old self with the woman, but he hated not knowing what Dean was really thinking or feeling. “Do you want me to go tell her that or would you rather I tell her boyfriend who just walked into the joint?”

Dean watched as a tall husky man approached the blonde and caressed her firm ass. “Why don’t we keep that bit of information to ourselves and get back to business?”

“Okay, three teenage boys disappearing from their beds, doors and windows locked from the inside, and all three families heard nothing, any ideas?” Sam asked grabbing one of his fries.

“I don’t know, alien abduction?” Dean suggested watching the waitress kissing her boyfriend.

“So…you think we should call Fox Mulder for his expert advice?” Sam asked watching Dean’s gaze as it fell across the woman and her boyfriend. He couldn’t help the stab of jealousy he felt in his stomach at the thought of Dean in bed with a woman.

Dean turned his attention to his brother, “Nope, he’s too busy banging Scully. How about Jerry Springer?”

“Dean, seriously, what do you think about the teenagers?”

“Teletransportation?”

“You mean like Nightcrawler from the X-Men?” Sam asked doubtfully.

“Dude, must you always quote mainstream culture references when we’re talking about serious stuff?”

Sam laughed, “You’re the one who suggested alien abduction dude.”

“Yeah, but I’m not the one who brought up the X-Files or X-Men into the conversation.”

“My bad Jerry…you mean demons or something teletransported into the rooms and took the boys?”

Dean shrugged his shoulders, “Maybe, what else could get into a locked room, take a corporal body, and disappear into thin air?”

“Demon makes sense because they can transport themselves into alternate dimensions; how about a Poltergeist?”

“You mean like the ‘there here’ poltergeist?” Dean asked smiling.

“Dean, I’m serious. We’ve seen spirit entities that have the ability to reach into our world and snatch things back into their world.”

“Either way, we’re dealing with something powerful because it takes a hell of a lot of mojo to punch a hole into another dimension and take something from it; especially something living.” Dean commented zipping his jacket up.

“Are you cold?” Sam asked with concern.

“I’m fine Dad, just a little chilly in here.”

Sam studied Dean’s face looking for the familiar denial, “You haven’t been sleeping well, and I’m worried that you’re not ready for this job.”

It was true that Dean had been plagued by visions of Christian in his sleep, but the dreams had become less intense and less frightening. He truly felt that he was on the road to recovery, and he didn’t need his little brother doting over him everyday about his emotional and physical wellbeing. “I’m sleeping better than I was Sam, and don’t tell me I’m not ready for this job.”

“I didn’t say that you’re not ready for the job…”

Dean interrupted, “Yes you did Sam! Did I screw up our gig last week?”

“No, but…”

“And I’m feeling stronger everyday, so stop worrying about me.”

Sam held up his hands in surrender, “Fine, I get it. You’re a hundred-percent. All is great with you and the world.”

“Good, so…had any hot dreams about me lately?” Dean asked nonchalantly.

Sam felt small drops of coke squirt out of his mouth in surprise, “What the fuck Dean?” he asked wiping the coke off his chin with a napkin. “Only you could be arrogant and conceited about something like that.”

“What? You want me to pretend that you don’t have the hots for me?” Dean asked smiling smugly.

“Dean, has anyone ever told you that cockiness is unattractive?”

“I’ve never had any complaints before,” Dean smiled arching his brows.

Sam shook his head in amusement, “Dad and I have never figured out where you got your confidence. It sure as hell wasn’t from anyone in our family.”

“I don’t think confidence is an inherited trait Sam,” Dean responded smiling at a petite brunette who passed close to the table.

Sam snapped his fingers in Dean’s face to get his attention. “Anyway, no, I have not had any dreams about you lately. I’m over it.”

“Really, not even one ounce of lust for me?”

Sam felt himself blushing, “Nope,” he lied. “You must be losing your touch.”

“I doubt that…still, I guess it’s a good thing that your libido cooled down over the last couple of weeks.” Dean commented grabbing Sam’s last fry off his plate.

Sam slapped Dean’s hand causing the fry to fly across the aisle and land on an empty table. Dean looked at his empty hand, “What the hell?”

“Don’t touch my fries!” Sam exclaimed, “And for your information, my libido was never that revved up for you.”

“Whatever you have to tell yourself Sam, but we both know you’re hot for me,” Dean teased.

Despite the potential seriousness of the conversation, Sam was enjoying Dean’s playful manner about the subject. Joking was Dean’s way of letting him know that all was forgiven, and that Christian had not caused a permanent riff between the two. “Whatever…I’m going to go to the bathroom, and then we’re going to get back to the job.”

Dean watched as Sam stood to leave, “Don’t yank it too hard,” Dean suggested staring at Sam’s crotch. Sam reached around and slapped Dean playfully in the head and practically ran away to the bathroom avoiding Dean’s retaliating slap. “You better run little brother,” he whispered to himself.

****************************************************************

Sam ignored the two men who were using the urinals and instead locked himself tight into the bathroom stall. He found himself smiling and laughing for the first time in weeks, and he almost forgot about the demons that had been hiding in his head for the last three weeks; encouraging him to fantasize about Dean. He reached into his pants and wasn’t surprised to find himself half-hard from the teasing conversation with Dean. He stroked his cock lightly thinking of Dean and his mouth. He had lied when he told Dean that his libido had cooled off. If anything, his libido had spontaneous combusted, and he couldn’t stop having the dreams of a submissive Dean and his willing ass.

Sam listened as the two men left the bathroom and he began stroking himself in earnest. “Don’t yank it too hard,” he whispered thinking of Dean’s parting words. He spat on his hand and reached back for his engorged cock. “If only you knew how hot you make me Dean,” he whispered to himself placing his left hand on the stall wall for support. He arched his neck and closed his eyes imagining that Dean was sitting on the toilet sucking him off. He moved his hand rapidly up and down his dick trying for a quick climax. “You like me fucking your mouth?” he asked quietly. He pulled harder feeling his balls tightening, getting close to a release. “You love sucking dick don’t you; that pretty mouth of yours was made for pleasure Dean,” he thought to himself imagining Dean’s swollen lips wrapped around his hard cock. He felt his eyes rolling into the back of his head as he felt his release shooting out of his body. He felt feverish as he watched his own hand stroking the milky cum out of his dick into the toilet. He imagined Dean’s mouth opened begging for his spunk and greedily swallowing down every last drop. He felt his knees shaking at from the intense orgasm and held on tightly to the stall wall. He licked the sticky cum from his hand imagining that it was Dean’s tongue that he felt on his hand. He took a moment to catch his breath; feeling the shame over his actions. He had jerked off in a public bathroom fantasizing about his own brother. “You are one fucked up man Sam Winchester,” he told himself. He was in the process of cleaning up when his cell phone rang, “Yeah?” he asked seeing Dean’s number on the Caller ID.

“You’re not sore are you?” Dean asked.

“You asshole, leave me alone,” he smiled wiping the toilet seat down and flushing the toilet.

“Dude, that’s just rude. You don’t flush the toilet when you’re talking on the phone,” Dean argued.

“That’s what you get for interrupting me,” Sam teased walking out of the stall.

“Really, what exactly did I interrupt Sammy?”

Sam held the phone with his shoulder up against his ear and proceeded to wash his hands. “A big juicy dump…”

“Dude…I just got through eating. Hurry the hell up and meet me outside,” Dean ordered.

Sam laughed into the phone, “I’ll be right there Master Dean.” He put his phone away, dried his hands on his jeans, and opened the bathroom door. As he walked past the women’s bathroom and the pay phones, he noticed a woman standing near the phone and smiled politely.

“Excuse me?” she asked. “You wouldn’t happen to be heading towards Winston-Salem are you? I could really use a ride.”

“Sorry, we’re not headed that far,” Sam answered.

“That’s too bad, I really need to get out of this town tonight,” she smiled seductively. “Or at least have a place to crash.”

Sam shook his head amazed at the bravado of the woman approaching a complete stranger. “Is your car broken down? My brother is good with cars maybe he can have a look.”

The young woman flicked her red hair off her shoulders, “I don’t have a car. The bus dropped me off here, and another one doesn’t leave until the morning. I really hate the idea of sleeping at the bus depot.”

Sam caught himself staring at the woman’s ample cleavage and mentally kicked himself, “Yeah, been there done that, and it definitely sucks.”

The woman’s eyes roamed over Sam’s lanky form licking her lips lightly, “Do you think your brother would let me crash with you guys?”

Sam’s eyes practically popped out of his head, “Are you serious?”

The woman approached Sam slowly enjoying Sam’s shyness. “Of course I’m serious.”

Sam stepped back away from the woman into the wall, “I don’t think that’s a good idea.” Sam was mesmerized by the woman’s red hair and pail skin. He had never seen such a beautiful woman before, and he felt a tingling of excitement in his gut.

“I understand…I could be some psycho killer or something and you’re afraid that I’ll slit your throat in the middle of the night.”

“No, that’s not it at all,” Sam replied. “It’s just that my brother and I are on a job…”

“And you’re not into partying?” she asked.

“Exactly, so if you’ll excuse me,” Sam responded pulling himself away from the wall and the seductive woman.

She smiled regretfully, “Didn’t mean to freak you out. I just thought you might want to have some fun.”

Sam was angry at himself for refusing the woman because he doubted Dean would have let such a good offer go unclaimed. “Look, I’m flattered and I appreciate the offer, but my brother and I are really just too busy with our work right now, and I don’t think that he would appreciate me bringing a stranger along.”

“Well, your brother sounds like a bore…”

Sam chuckled at the stranger, “Hardly, if anything, I have to keep an eye on Dean at all times because he likes to have too much fun sometimes.”

“Well…maybe I hit on the wrong brother. Where’s he at?”

Sam didn’t appreciate the sudden disinterest from the beautiful red head, “He’s not here, and I think it’s time I leave.”

“Sweetness, I was just teasing. You’re not jealous of your brother are you?”

The hair on the back of Sam’s neck stood up in warning, “Why this sudden interest in my brother?”

“You sure of protective of him aren’t you? You two must be real close,” she suggested stepping close to Sam again.

Sam knew that he needed to turn away from the woman, but he couldn’t seem to pull away. “As close as brothers can be.”

She arched her brow suggestively, “Is that a fact? Is he why you were jerking off in the bathroom?”

“Excuse me?”

“You heard me Sam…” she whispered into his ear.

Sam grabbed the woman’s arm roughly, “Who the hell are you?”

“I think you already know that genius,” she responded yanking her arm out of Sam’s grip easily. “You better play nice if you want to see your precious Dean again.”

Sam stared into the woman’s blue eyes and suddenly felt dizzy with panic. “You fucking bitch…” he yelled as he ran away from the red head towards the parking lot where Dean hopefully awaited. His eyes roamed the parking lot spotting the familiar Impala but he immediately noticed that it was empty. “God…no, please be here somewhere…Dean!” He frantically looked around the parking lot but found no sign of his brother. “Dean!” he yelled again. He took out his cell phone and dialed Dean’s number, “Please answer. Please tell me you went next door to the convenience store.” He listened as the phone rang not surprised to hear Dean’s voice mail instructing him to leave a message, “Dean, if you get this message, return it ASAP!”

He ran back inside the diner determined to find the mystery woman, but there was no sign of her anywhere. Both bathrooms were empty with the windows locked from the inside, and she hadn’t come out the front door or the back door, according to the kitchen staff. Sam went back out to the car and climbed inside thinking about the night’s events. “Where the hell did she go?” he asked himself. “It’s like she disappeared into thin air…” The realization of what the woman was hit Sam like a semi, and he slammed his hand into the dashboard. He grabbed his phone once again and dialed his father’s number. When he received John Winchester’s voice mail he spoke quickly, “Dad, I think we were setup. We came to Greensboro for a job, but Dean was taken, while some bitch kept me distracted.” He rubbed his hand nervously through his hair, “Dad, I think that Christian had family or something and they are out for revenge. I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure that the woman I was talking to was a vamp, and now I can’t find her or Dean…Dad, please call me back. I don’t know what to do here.”

“That’s okay, because we do,” Michel warned just as he grabbed Sam by the neck and began squeezing. “You’re going to so wish we had killed you right here and now, but our dear sister is a bit of a sadist, and she wants to torture you a bit.” Sam dropped the phone and pulled frantically at the hand wrapped around his neck. Michel grabbed the phone with his other hand and talked into the handset, “You’ve been a bad boy Sammy calling your father so quickly…Oh well; I guess the more the merrier as they say.”

“Leave him out of this,” Sam struggled to whisper as the hand around his neck held on firmly.

“You should have thought about that before you and your father killed my brother,” Marco remarked as he opened the door and climbed inside the Impala. “Nice ride,” he commented as he stroked the leather interior. “Dean’s got nice taste.” Marco watched as the human’s eyes began rolling into the back of his head from the lack of oxygen. “I can’t wait to get to know your brother better…” With his remaining strength, Sam lashed out and attempted to hit Marco, but the vampire easily avoided the attack. “You know Michel; I think our dear Sicily is right about this boy.”

Michel smiled in pleasure as he felt the human falling into unconsciousness, “What is she right about Marco?

Marco watched as his brother easily pushed the human’s limp body into the backseat of the car, “I think that little Sammy is jealous of his brother.”

Michel climbed into the driver’s seat, turned the key, and listened as the Chevy roared to life. “Hmm…I guess we’ll just have to take him out of his misery then.”

Marco laughed as his brother raced the car out of the parking lot towards their temporary home. “But only after Sicily and Christian are finished with him, and then we can have our fun with him.” He looked back at the unconscious human in the backseat, “Do you think Christian will let us play with Dean?”

Michel raced down the road, pushing the Impala’s to its limits. “Of course he will. After all, we’re all one big happy family, and our dear Sire always taught us to share.”

Marco frowned, “Yes, he did, but Christian has always been selfish with his things, and I don’t see him being so eager to share Dean with us.”

Michel looked over at his brother, “If he doesn’t share than we will just have to take his toy away…”
