I really enjoyed this story; it was well written, engaging and had me hooked.I had a tear in my eye when Carter lost the baby, but the way you made them work things out at the end actually made sense in terms of canonical storylines. Well done!

Excellent! Just... amazingly excellent. The story itself is extremely touching. And I love how you incorporated lines from the first episode. It was excellently done to add subtext that would never have been there otherwise. I need to rewatch that episode with this story in mind!
Also, when it comes to the sex scenes, AMAZINGLY done as well. You have an expert hand at writing an aggressive, dominating alpha male without it coming off as insulting or degrading. My only wish is that their was more to the scene where he was 'ordering' her around by the four-wheeler. That was amazingly sexy, just amazingly.
I think this story is going to colour all of my future watchings of Stargate.
