Sarah: I do hope you all enjoy this story of mine.
CONTENT WARNINGS
This is an alternate universe. There are explicit sex and fight scenes, hence the Adult+ rating. There’s also a good deal of cursing. There might be anal sex. There is going to be a lot of fingering during the sex scenes, so that Damon doesn’t hurt Elena too badly when he enters her. There will especially be sex scenes when Elena is on her period. Damon will leave a few scars on Elena’s body because of feeding on her. This story is only starting, making it a work-in-progress for now. Damon w ill slowly but surely corrupt Elena, transforming her into his dark queen. There will be oral sex from both Damon and Elena, and Elena will perform hand jobs on Damon. This is obviously a heterosexual fanfic, considering the pairing is Damon and Elena. Elena will die to be transformed into a vampire. There might be wet dreams. Um, that’s all I can think of right now. Oh! And this is told from Damon’s viewpoint.
FULL SUMMARY
Damon was the one to save Elena’s life the night her parents died, considering Stefan hadn’t come back at the time. When he ran into her on the road prior to her parents picking her up, he merely compelled her to tell no one that they had met. But after he realized she was human, he started making plans to turn her into his Queen of Darkness. Katherine had died in the church fire the night she was captured in 1864. But he still comes back to Mystic Falls from time to time, to keep an eye on his human relatives. And this time, he decides to stay awhile in order to capture the heart of one Elena Gilbert. But then Stefan shows up. One glimpse of Elena, and Stefan is determined to stop Damon from corrupting her. But it might already be too late… Damon/Elena
Prologue
I lay in the middle of a road just outside of Mystic Falls, staring at the night sky. Suddenly, I hear footsteps and a voice coming towards me. I turn my head toward the noise. My heart leaps to my throat when I see the owner of the voice.
“I know, Bonnie. You’re right. You and my mom both are. I just can’t bring myself to tell him. At least not tonight. I’ll call you later.”
I stand up quickly as she turns off her phone. “Katherine?” I ask in surprise.
“Um, no,” the young woman says, looking over her shoulder as if to make sure there is no one else I could be talking to. That’s when I hear her heartbeat and realize she’s human. “I’m Elena.”
“Oh. You … You just look…” I start. I sigh, annoyed at myself for getting tongue-tied. “I’m sorry. You just really remind me of someone.” I walk closer to her. “I’m Damon.”
“Not to be rude or anything, Damon, but it’s kind of creepy that you’re out here in the middle of nowhere.”
“You’re one to talk. You’re out here all by yourself.”
“It’s Mystic Falls; nothing bad ever happens here.” She looks at her phone then looks at me. “Got into a fight with my boyfriend.”
An idea slowly starts forming in my head. I continue talking to this girl who looks so much like my lost love as I formulate a plan to make her mine. “About what? May I ask?”
“Life. The future. He’s got it all mapped out.”
“You don’t want it?” I ask.
“I don’t know what I want.”
“Well, that’s not true. You want what everyone wants.”
“What, mysterious stranger who has all the answers?” she asks, smirking at me. I like her audacity.
“Well, let’s just say that I’ve been around a long time. I’ve learned a few things.”
“So, Damon, tell me. What is it that I want?”
You want a love that consumes you. You want passion and adventure. And even a little danger,” I tell her, walking closer to her.
“So what do you want?” she asks, catching me off guard. ‘She’s good,’ I think. Before I can gather my wits, we hear a car horn. We turn to look and see a car heading towards us. “It’s my parents,” she says, turning back to see me right in front of her.
“I want you to get everything you’re looking for,” I tell her, using compulsion. “But for now, I want you to keep this meeting our little secret. Tell no one that you saw me tonight. Goodnight, Elena.”
As she blinks, I vamp into the woods to watch from a distance. She opens her eyes and looks around for me as her parents’ car pulls to a stop next to her. Frowning, she climbs in the backseat. I smirk as I follow the car, keeping out of sight in the trees. Suddenly, I spot something in the road ahead of them on old Wickery Bridge. Before I can discern what, exactly, it is, I watch in silent horror as the car veers off in an attempt to avoid hitting it, ending up crashing through the railing of the bridge and into the quarry water below.
Without thinking, I vamp forward, leap over the railing, and dive in after the car. There is no way I can let a girl who looks exactly like Katherine drown. I dive down to the bottom of the quarry to where the car is sitting on the lakebed. I glance in the front, first, to check on her parents. Her father spots me immediately and motions frantically to the backseat, where I spot Elena, already unconscious. I use my full vampire strength to rip her door off the car, tossing it aside before pulling her into my arms and carrying her to the surface. I drag her to the shore. I check her quickly and sigh in relief when I hear very little water in her lungs. I'll take care of that after I get her parents out of the water.
I dive back into the quarry. Upon reaching the car again, though, I realize that it’s too late to save them. Her father had to know that he would most likely forfeit his life when he had me save Elena first. I shake my head but pull the bodies of both her parents out of the car and drag them back to the shore where I left Elena. I proceed to perform CPR on Elena in an attempt to get the water from her lungs. Finally, she begins coughing and I quickly turn her on her side so that she can spit the water out. I then attempt to perform CPR on her parents, but it’s futile. Then I pull my phone from my pocket, grateful that it is waterproof, and dial 911.
“911, what’s your emergency?” the operator ask.
“There’s been an accident at Wickery Bridge. A car crashed through the railing and into the quarry. I was able to get the three passengers out, but only the girl is breathing,” I say. “Hurry.”
“Help is on the way, sir,” she says. “What is your …” she starts, but I hang up before she can finish asking for my name.
I transport Elena and her parents up the bank and lay them down in the grass near the road. Then I shape-shift into a crow and fly up into the trees to keep watch. I can’t let anyone know I’m in town yet. All they will know is that there was an anonymous tip about the crash and the rescue.
I watch as three ambulances and numerous sheriff cars soon pull up, lights and sirens going. The officers and paramedics leap out and rush to take care of Elena and her parents. As soon as they load Elena into an ambulance and it takes off for the hospital, sirens blaring, I take flight for the next town, which holds the hotel I’m staying at until I’m ready to let Zach know I’m in town. I honestly never cared if her parents survived or not, but I somehow know Elena would care that her rescuer had tried to save her parents.
As I fly, I work out my plans to make Elena mine. There is no way I'll allow Stefan to take this girl from me. I saw her first and I’m prepared to stake my claim. I think back on the powerful current the flowed through me when I was giving her mouth-to-mouth. ‘She’ll be mine,’ I think wickedly. ‘But I'll have to get her a locket of some sort and place vervaine in it. While it will keep me out of her head, it will also protect her from any attempts Stefan might make at her. Besides, I want to her to give me her heart of her own free will. That will make it all the more sweeter when I make her mine for eternity.’
