I do not own Charmed, nor any of the characters from it. I do not make any money from the writing of this story.
Prolog
A/N: this is a crossover with Harry Potter, mentions of Yu Yu Hakusho are found throughout the story. It may be a bit confussing but as time goes on, I hope to clear things up. I may put up a story to help this one along if it looks to need it. All feed back is helpful. Let me know if you have any suggestions that could help.
“You can’t be serious Albus. They are too unpredictable, especially his wife.” McGonagall said to Dumbledore.
“They are needed in this war. Their powers could prove to be the turning point. Harry needs someone to train him in all areas of combat. Who better than Wyatt and Sahara Halliwell?” Dumbledore replied with the twinkle in his eyes.
“They may not want to leave their children behind and come halfway across the world to help us.”
“They helped us before. Anyway, they will be bringing their children here. I’ve already sent an owl requesting their help.”
“You going to have them teach here?”
“No. They will help with the order and train Harry during the summer.”
“I feel as if you should explain to Harry about what you have decided for him. It should be his choice as to who he wants or even if he wants to train. The boy has been through so much.”
“That is why I sent Remus to bring Harry here so we can cover the plan with him. It will be his choice to learn from them but we will still need their help.”
“I hope we are doing the right thing by bringing them here.”
“It will all work itself out. You will see.” Dumbledore said with a knowing look in his eye.
“I hope you are right.” McGonagall replied still feeling as if they were making a big mistake.
Over in San Francisco, an owl arrived to a beautiful three story home. The owl pecked at the kitchen window until someone came to let it in. The one who let him in was a beautiful dark haired woman. Just one glance told someone that she was of Asian decent. She took the note and walked over to the counter. She went through the cabinets until she could a treat to give the owl. She handed the treat to the owl and walked away. She headed to the living room where her husband was located.
“We’ve got a letter.” She said softly.
“Really? Who from?” her husband asked standing up. He was a tall blonde with blue eyes. Power seemed to ratite from him. He appeared to be in his late twenties or early thirties. Yet he had the wisdom of someone older.
“Some old friends. They request our help again.” Her dark eyes gazed into his light. Her hair was black with traces of red in it. If one gazed into her eyes long enough, they could swear they were a mixture of red, black, and gold that blinded perfectly. She appeared to be in her twenties, yet no one would believe that she was much older. Her slender figure began to tremble, causing her husband to quickly come to her side. He took the note from her and pulled her close to him. He looked over the note to read for himself.
“Well it does say that we can choose to come or not. It doesn’t mention what they need us for though.” He said trying to clam her.
“We both know why they need our help, Wyatt.” She said clinging onto him for dear life.
“It means he’s back. Sahara, we need to decide to help or not.” Wyatt said to his wife as he sat on the couch, pulling her with him. Sahara sat beside of him with her head on his shoulder.
“You know we will help but we need to talk with the kids first.” She said.
“You are right. We will send a rely saying that we will help. We will talk with the kids when they return from Magic School.” Wyatt replied.
“I hope things don’t turn out as badly as they had before. I don’t think I can stand to loose another friend.”
“We won’t loose anyone else. The kids will be protected at the school and will be learning new kinds of magic.”
“That would have to be explained to them. You know Ally will want to use all of her magic. Including the heritage from me.”
“Yea, that would be a problem. It will be harder for her to control her magic, since she is as powerful as me and you combined.”
“Why was it the youngest that would be the most powerful?”
“She inherited your curiosity and thirst for knowledge, while she inherited my power. She is a fast learner.”
“That’s true but it took us years before we could get her to control her magic. Over there, she will be exposed to a new kind of magic that my conflict with hers. Some of those spells could be more harmful to us than usual. She would have to be careful.”
“We will have to teach her what spells to stay away from, once we get there.”
“Then it is decided, we will help.”
“Now to just break the news to the kids and we can head out.”
Wyatt stood up and went into the study. He looked for a pen before writing a reply on the back of the note. He headed into the kitchen where the owl was still waiting. He handed the owl and extra treat for his patients. He tied the note to the owls foot and watched as the owl took off into the day to deliver the note. Sahara came up behind him and wrapped her arms around him.
“I feel as if we are entering something we should not.” She told him. He turned to face her. He cupped her chin before replying.
“It will all work itself out.” He kissed her deeply before pulling her close.
