Reunited
My first Viv Vyle-as the show is new-so be nice. Um…Yes the show is called Viv Vyle and while there is plenty of her, rest assured, Helena plays a big part too. This story is exactly a week after the phone incident with Carol. One OC-been warned. Enjoy!!
Disclaimer: I do not own Viv Vyle or anyone else that is in the show. Only one character is mine.
Chapter 1: Reunited
Helena’s morning was shitty to begin with: no hot water, a cup of coffee upturned on her clothes, her daughter still spoke only Spanish, and the potty training was beyond hopeless. To top it all off, as soon as she went out to start her car, the engine combusted. “What?! No! Shit! Shit! No! Fuck!” She angrily tore open the door and looked at the engine, which was sputtering and coughing up smoke. “Are you fucking kidding me?!” she yelled, throwing her arms up in the air. As if to answer her, the engine made one more sputtering sound and finally died, letting off a stream of smoke from under the hood.
Kicking the tire, she swore and started walking to work. As soon as she walked inside, she was met with a bard of people. “Everyone back off! I’ve had a bad morning and right now all I want is some damn coffee! That too much to ask?!” The group quickly split off, one heading to get some coffee.
She stopped dead in her tracks. “Who the hell is in my chair?!” There was indeed a person sitting in her chair, but it was turned to her so she was unable to see a face. Carol, sensing danger, tried to get to Helena, but too late, as she whipped the chair around to face her.
She gasped. “Tristan?!” The man smiled at her, his hands folded neatly on her desk. “You…How…What…”
He chuckled. “Speechless still After all these years?”
Helena finally said “get out! Right now! I’ll call the police!” She fumbled around for her phone which was back in working condition, despite its hurl at Carol’s head. Tristan sat there, calm and cool. “What? You don’t think I will.”
He stood and smiled at her, making his way around to her, Helena backing away and away, until she ran into Carol’s desk. “What? Not happy to see me?” he said mockingly.
Helena snarled and shoved at him, though he barley moved. “Get out! Now!” She grabbed Carol’s cup of coffee and spat “I swear I’ll throw this in your face!”
He backed away slowly, finally going outside. Helena took a deep breath and sighed, slamming her phone on Carol’s desk. “God.”
Just then Viv walked in, Jonathan just behind her. “Why am I getting the impression we missed something?” Viv said quietly, noting that the office was totally still.
“Oh you have no idea” Carol murmured, Helena storming off. “In fact, none of us have any idea.” Puzzled, Viv walked to Helena. Carol nudged Jonathan. “They may need you.” He hesitated for a second but nodded and followed after the two ladies.
