"Major Lorne could I please see you and your team in the briefing room in ten minutes?" asked Dr. Weir.

"On our way" said Lorne into his earpiece.

"I wonder what is going on?" asked Elle.

"Probably some 'amazing' discovery by the science team and they want us to go and baby-sit them" said Lorne rather sarcastically.

"It probably is amazing. Not that you'd really care it could be a weapon for all you know" said Elle sarcastically.

"Ok, ok I give up" said Lorne. "Franks, Lyssa could you meet me in the briefing room in ten minutes Dr. Weir wants to discuss something." said Lorne.

"Ok, AT-3 have discovered what looks to be a half-buried Ancient tech lab on Z38-097. There are on this planet a wide range of predatorily creatures as well any potential dangers inside the lab so I want you all to go and escort the science team to the lab while they run diagnostics" said Weir to Sheppard and Lorne's team.

"Ok lets move out then." said Sheppard.

"Babysitting the scientists.. why do we always get that job?" complained Ronon.

"Because we are the best" said Teyla.

“Ok fine but I still don’t like it, all they seem to do is complain” said Ronon.

“They're scientists.. not soldiers what do you expect?” said Sheppard.

Ronon raised his hands in defeat. “Ok I get the picture” and they went down to the gate to wait for the science team.

“About time you got here we were supposed to have been gone ten minutes ago” complained Rodney as Zelenka came down the stairs carrying a case of equipment and a laptop.

“Well it could have gone faster if you helped carry some of this stuff” grumbled Zelenka as Rodney crossed his arms.

“Ok stop bickering people, we got work to do, dial the gate” said Sheppard.

Rodney continued his grumbling as the stargate activated. They were the last two through the gate after the other members of the science team hauled the diagnostic equipment through the gate.

Once they reached the lab Sheppard said “Alright time to pair up and search this place there could be something nasty in there, once its all clear the science team may go in. Ok Teyla go with Franks, Ronon with Lyssa and Lorne and Elle you stay here and keep watch. You're with me Rodney, lets move out” said Sheppard.

After a few minutes of wandering around a dark and dirt smelling room the lights slowly began flickering on reacting to the presence of the ATA Gene.

“Alright don’t touch anything you don’t know what it could be, it could be damaged therefore dangerous” said Rodney.

“We don’t need to know that we already know” said Ronon.

“Ok spread out and lets clear these rooms out, if the doors won’t move don’t force them they could be jammed for a good reason” said Sheppard.

“I never understood how Elle could be fascinated by all of this stuff, its just a pile of old broken stuff” said Lyssa.

“Me neither” said Ronon they walked past some damaged looking doors that activated and slid open.

“Lets check this room out” said Lyssa.

Ronon followed her in.

“Wow looks like the control room on Atlantis” said Lyssa.

“It probably is like that one, if this was a research lab they’d have to have a control room” said Ronon.

“Yeah makes sense” said Lyssa. “Rodney you might want to come and check this out we found what looks to be a control room, there’s probably a whole bunch of records in here”

“Ok we will be there in a moment” said Rodney.

“Just another room with dead consoles” said Franks.

“I wonder if there actually is anything worth the time in here there doesn’t seem to be anything working” said Teyla.

“I don’t know that’s something for the scientists to decide.” said Franks.

“There’s another room over here” said Teyla as she pointed to a scorched looking door.

“This looks more promising.” said Franks as he remarked on the burn mark.

After trying to open the door it wouldn’t move.

“Looks like the burn mark sealed the door it won’t open” said Teyla.

“Damn too bad, lets move on” said Franks.

“Wait” said Teyla as she caught out of the corner of her eye a bright glow. “Can you see that?” asked Teyla.

“Yeah I can see it what is that?” asked Franks

“I don’t know but I intend to find out” said Teyla as the walked to another door next to the scorched one this one having a similar mark near the door controls.

After trying to open it for a while Franks said “Looks like this one is damaged too” Just as they turned to leave the door slid open.

“Lets go in shall we?” asked Teyla.

“Yeah lets check out that glow” said Franks.

They entered the room and found a set of tubes that had long burn marks up and down them.

“Whoa what happened here?” said Franks.

“Looks like the reason for the lab being abandoned would be that something bad happened here, though there doesn’t seem to be anything dangerous here.” said Teyla not realizing that they just set of a transponder.

“Wraith Darts Inbound!” yelled Lorne into his mic.

Before they could move a bright light enveloped them and they collapsed to the floor.

“Everybody inside the darts can’t get us from in here there’s life signs dampening from the EM field that surrounds this lab” said Rodney.

“Teyla, Franks report” said Sheppard. “Teyla, Franks do you read?” repeated Sheppard. “Lorne I can’t contact Teyla or Franks.” said Sheppard.

“The wraith can’t see our life signs inside the shield so maybe they encountered something nasty like?” said Rodney.

“Its possible” said Sheppard. “Lorne come with me and we will look for them” said Sheppard.

Some time later they still had no contact from Franks or Teyla.

“The wraith are gone but there is no telling when they will be back, we’ve searched every accessible room in this lab and haven’t found them yet, I say we come back in a jumper and look for them they can’t be far.” said Sheppard.

“Ok, everybody back to the gate now” said Lorne.

Walking back to the gate they came across Teyla and Franks.

“Where were you all?” asked Franks as he approached Sheppard.

“Where were you? We have been looking for you for an hour we were worried you guys had been taken by the wraith.” said Sheppard.

“What wraith? I did not sense any.” said Teyla.

“There were four wraith darts flying ahead and you didn’t sense them?” asked Sheppard.

“No I did not, all I know was that Lt. Franks and I were standing here and were looking for you who had seemingly disappeared” said Teyla.

“We have to get back to the gate before the darts return, when we get back to Atlantis, you're both going to see Beckett and that’s an order” said Sheppard.

“Its Col. Sheppard’s IDC ma’am” said Chuck.

“Lower the shield” said Dr. Weir. “What happened out there?” she asked as the teams came out the steps.

“Wraith attack” said Sheppard.

“Oh” said Weird. “I want to see you in the briefing room in ten minutes” said Weir.

“Ok” said Sheppard.

“You two will be going to the infirmary after debriefing” said Lorne.

“Alright” said Franks.

“Ok what happened out there?” asked Dr. Weir.

“Four wraith darts came out of nowhere after the search teams had been in the lab for about one hour.” said Lorne.

“When Lorne informed us of the wraith raiding party we lost contact with Franks and Teyla.” said Sheppard.

“After we started travelling back to the gate we found them outside coming out of the nearby forest and they said they were looking for us” said Lorne.

“We honestly can’t remember anything that happened in that time that we were supposed to have been in that lab” said Franks.

“Neither can I” said Teyla.

“Ok I want you two to go to the infirmary now and get checked out” said Weir.

“Rodney, was there anything of use that you found in there?” asked Weir.

“Yes but the control panels had low levels of power and took awhile to power up, they also needed the gene to activate them” said Rodney.

“Might I suggest we take a puddle jumper back to the planet so we may continue this.” said Zelenka.

“Not at this time Radek, the wraith could still be around, tomorrow maybe.” said Weir.

“I suppose that is reasonable enough” said Zelenka.

“Dismissed” said Weir and she left the room.

“Ok well I can’t see anything wrong with either of you, nothing to account for the amnesia” said Dr. Beckett.

“Ok Doc can I go now?” asked Franks.

“Sure lad if you start forgetting other things come back” said Dr. Beckett.

“We will” said Teyla as they left the room.

Later in the mess hall Teyla was sitting with Lyssa and she noticed that Teyla was checking out Lt. Franks.

“You so totally have a crush on him don’t you Teyla?” asked Lyssa.

“I do not” said Teyla as she blushed.

“You're blushing, you do. Why don’t you talk to him?” said Lyssa.

“Because I don’t feel the need to” said Teyla.

As she said that she got a vision of opening her quarters doors and pulling in Franks kissing him hard pushing him on her bed and tearing off his shirt.

“Hello.. Teyla you in there?” asked Lyssa.

“What?” asked Teyla.

“What just happened there?” asked Lyssa.

“Nothing.” said Teyla. ‘Yes what did happen there’ thought Teyla.

“What happened out there today Franks?” asked Maj. Reece.

“I have no idea I wish I new mate.” said Franks.

“Why don’t you make a move on Teyla mate? She keep checking you out” said Reece.

“Really does she?” asked Franks.

“Yeah she does, she’s totally hot for you, just let her know that you like her checking you out.” said Reece.

“Why would she want to hang out with me? We haven’t ever really spoken.” said Franks.

“You chicken mate?” asked Reece.

As he said that Franks got a vision of a door opening in front of him he pushed the figure who turns out to be Teyla against the wall and kisses her hard. Throwing her down on the bed he tears of her shirt and pulls her bra down massaging her breasts with his tongue.

“Hello?? Anybody in there?” asked Reece. “Matt..” said Reece as he waved his hands in front of Franks.

“What?” said Franks.

“Where were you dude? You in a dream or something?” asked Reece.

“I have patrol duty now Teyla, I have to go” said Lyssa.

“Sure I will see you tomorrow for our sparing session?” asked Teyla.

“Yes, see you then Teyla.” said Lyssa.

Once Lyssa left, Teyla received another vision, she was on top of Franks stroking his bare chest she moved down and unbuckled his belt and pulled open his pants. She pulled off his pants and groped him through his boxers making him groan. Teyla snapped out of the vision and thought ‘What is with these visions with Lt. Franks? “I haven’t seen him anywhere either, I don’t think that either of them have their mics on.” said Sheppard.

“Why don’t we go and use the sensors try and find them that way?” asked Lorne.

“Ok I’ll meet you up at the control room.” said Sheppard

“That’s strange neither of them seem to be in the city, their life signs aren’t being detected” said Zelenka.

“I’m going to go check her quarters again maybe she’s turned up there” said Sheppard.

“Ok I will come with you there some anomalous readings coming from that area.” said Zelenka.

While in Teyla’s quarters, Teyla had Franks’ back up against the shower wall while they ground against each other rubbing shower gel into each other’s skin. “Ok” said Teyla as she got up and pulled on a bathrobe. “Yes! Coming” replied Teyla. She opened the door and Sheppard was standing there next to Zelenka who was putting the door crystals back in.

“You look really tired Teyla” said Sheppard.

“I can feel it, what did you want John?” asked Teyla.

“Where were you? You were supposed to meet me for a sparring session two hours ago” said Sheppard.

“I totally forgot I am sorry John, we can do it tomorrow” said Teyla.

“Have you seen Lt. Franks at all today? Major Lorne is looking for him” said Sheppard.

After seeing Teyla blush, Sheppard pushed pashed Teyla and found Franks lying in a deep sleep on her bed.

“Well you get some rest Teyla it looks like you need it” said Sheppard as he left.

Teyla dropped down onto the bed next to Franks as he snuggled into her when she fell into a deep sleep.

“So did you find Teyla or Franks?” asked Lorne.

“Yeah I found both of them in bed together” said Sheppard.

“Wow, I didn’t know that Franks was seeing anybody.” said Lorne.

“I didn’t know that about Teyla either” said Sheppard.

“Know what about Teyla?” asked Lyssa.

“Just that Teyla is in a relationship” said Sheppard.

“Could it possibly be with Lt. Franks?” asked Lyssa.

“Yes and how would you know that?” asked Sheppard.

“Oh just that I have been seeing Teyla checking him out a lot recently” said Lyssa.

“It looked like to me they had an extensive ‘workout’ Teyla looked about ready to pass out when I finally managed to track her down” said Sheppard.

“So I take it that Franks is out of commission for awhile?” asked Lorne.

“Yeah he is, take Ronon with you” said Sheppard.

“Ok” said Lorne. ‘Hmm I’m going to get all of the details I can from Teyla when I see her next’ thought Lyssa.
