CHAPTER ONE: MISSING: ONE SUPERHERO
It looked like just another day in LazyTown, when Stephanie, the girl with pink hair walked out of her uncle's house one morning. She walked to the center of town. Soon, she saw a girl with three ponytails playing kickball.
"Hi, Trixie," said Stephanie.
"Hi, Pinky," said Trixie, "wanna play ball?"
"Sure," said Stephanie.
***
"Have you seen Sportacus?" asked Ziggy, about an hour later.
Stephanie shook her head.
"No, I haven't, actually," she said, "have you, Trixie?"
"No," said Trixie.
"I wonder where he is," said Ziggy, worriedly.
"He's probably still up in his airship, Ziggy," said Stephanie, trying to comfort the younger boy.
"You're probably right, Stephanie," said Ziggy.
***
Ziggy went to Pixel's house. Pixel had lots of cool stuff at his house. Pixel was in his room, sitting at his computer.
"Hi, Pixel," said the blond haired boy.
"Hey, Ziggy," said Pixel, "what's up?"
"Oh, nothin' much, except no one's seen Sportacus today."
"Really? That's strange."
"Yeah," agreed Ziggy, "what are you playing?"
***
While Pixel was explaining the game to Ziggy, Stingy came in.
"Hey, I haven't seen Sportacus today. Who's gonna protect all my stuff?" he said, grumpily.
"Neither have we," said Pixel and Ziggy.
"Oh."
***
At lunch, Mayor Meanswell said, "It's been quiet today in town."
"We haven't seen Sportacus at all today, Uncle," said Stephanie.
"You haven't?" asked the Mayor in surprise.
Stephanie shook her head.
"No, we haven't."
"That is so unlike Sportacus," mused the Mayor.
"I know!" said Stephanie, brightly, "I'm going to look for him!"
***
Stephanie went to where Sportacus' airship hovered. On the way, she met Ziggy.
"Where are you going?" asked Ziggy.
"To Sportacus' airship," replied Stephanie.
Ziggy followed.
***
Stephanie and Ziggy called for Sportacus, but the blue-clad hero never answered.
"I guess he's not in his airship," said Stephanie, in disappointment.
"Where could he be?" asked Ziggy.
"I don't know," answered Stephanie, "but we need Pixel, Stingy and Trixie. We have to have a meeting."
***
Once the other kids arrived at Pixel's house, Stephanie told Trixie, Stingy and Pixel of her and Ziggy's discovery.
"He's not outside anywhere, either," said Trixie.
"Where could Sportacus be?" asked Ziggy, for a second time.
"I have a bad feeling about all of this," said Pixel, "something just isn't right."
"What are we going to do?" wondered Stingy.
