Migraine

Migraine

Let's jump right into it...

She gasped. He was coming right at her and she couldn't possibly catch him. At least he'll change when I touch him. Tohru thought to herself as she extended her arms. The limp animal still knocked her to the floor with the weight of its human form.
As she lie on her back with those eyes staring at her, she couldn't help but wonder why a migraine would make a member of the Zodiac act this way. Changing back and forth so rapidly between their two forms was rather odd.
She realized her predicament and slammed her eyes shut as a deep crimson flooded her face.
"O-oh m-my g-goodness! I-I'm s-so s-s-sorry..!" She stammered while trying to make herself vanish.
She waited, but he didn't move. Biting her lip, she dared crack an eye open. There he was, just starring at her. She was so shocked she opened both lids and their eyes locked. Hours could have been seconds or visa versa for all she knew and her breath caught in her chest as he lowered himself closer to her trembling body.
He was millimeters away from her when he stopped and rested on his elbows. His eyes never left hers. She could feel his breath and it was as ragged and uneven as her own. She knew she must look stupid, just laying there and starring, but still he didn't speak.
He seemed to be deciding something. It took him forever to reach a conclusion or it could have been instant, she couldn't tell. But his head came fast at her and she felt a sharp and somehow tender pain on her neck before his body came in full contact with her own.
Her body convulsed and she gasped so hard her throat hurt. She sat up and stared at the animal in her lap with its ears pricked forward, watching her. Waiting for her next move...
