Harm and Mac were working on a case in Mac’s office as Harriet popped her head in, “Sir, Ma’am, the Admiral would like to see you both in his office right away.” And she left just as quickly as she had appeared.

They both immediately closed their files and walked out of the office. As they crossed the small space to the Admiral’s office they noticed how cold it was in there. They finally arrived at their destination and knocked on the door, “Enter.” They heared from the other side.

They walked in and the Admiral told them to both have a seat. “Something has just come to the attention of the SEC NAV. Two officers have been reported as AWOL for two weeks now and were finally found in Minnesota of all places.”

“Um... no disrespect sir, but what does this have to do with us?” Mac asked hesitantly, trying to understand why they were in the middle of this.

“Because Colonel, these two officers were head of the operations to find new terrorists. The reason that I’m telling you both this is because Mr. Webb thought that you two would be the perfect ones to bring them back.”

“And why is that?” Asked Harm, still curious.

“Because Commander, these two are a female Marine and a male Sailor. Plus the fact that they seemed to have a particularly close relationship at work. Also the problem being that Webb’s team is overloaded at the moment. So we need you to leave as soon as possible, within the next 24 hours if possible. I suggest that the both of you go home and get packed. Dismissed!” The Admiral smirked as he shooed them out of his office.

As soon as Harriet saw them leave she ran to the Admiral’s office, “So you got them to go?” She asked with at mischevious grin.

“It was very easy Lieutenant.” The Admiral said with a smile.

“Let’s just hope this works.” she said in a quieter voice.

“Oh, if I have anything to do with it, everything will be okay very soon.”
