Ode to her
I watched her, her beautiful body lying in the sun. Beautiful Katherine Austen. My Kate. I thought Jin's departure would devastate me, but then Kate reached out to me and I found something I hadn't had for such a long time. Love. Someone who would love me and take care of me forever. She reached out and in the space of a few seconds, my life was transformed into something wonderful.
A life with Kate. We kept it secret of course, fearing the reactions. Even Jack doesn't know. However we like to take the moments to sneak away for kisses and hugs. Lovemaking is more glorious with Kate then with anyone I have experienced it with. Which comprises simply of Jin and Kate. When no-one is watching we enjoyed the simple act of holding hands. I enjoy her company as when we are not in the hatch, we are in essence together.
The pleasure we feel running down the sand, holding hands, then resting in the sun in our bikinis. The warmth of the sun is nothing compared to the warmth emanating from Kate. Each experience with her magnifies the joy in my heart. At night, we snuggle close to each other, holding ourselves close. No-one suspects the depth of our love. However I suspect that Claire knows. She always as a grin when she sees us.
Life on this island I was considered a punishment. Now I see it for what it is: a chance to be reborn. To lead a new life. I am Sun Park and nothing makes me happier then to spend eternity on the island with my true love. Kate Austen.
