Note: Season 3 Fan fiction. The only thing different is that Marissa isn’t going to go to Newport Union. Instead she just stays at Harbor. AND Taylor is really going to star in Season 3.

CHAPTER One: End Of Summer Break…
Another perfect summer that has ended. Normal people go on holiday or visit their grandparents, but some people just don’t. No, they would rather just run from the law, because one girl shot the brother of her boyfriend. Self-defense or not? That’s the big question, isn’t it?
“I just SO don’t wanna go back to school.” Seth Cohen says while reading a comic and eating cereal. Ryan Atwood prepares a bagel and nods. “I SO agree with ya there, buddy.” Ryan says while smearing up the bagel. “Hey you guys! Ready for school? Meeting new and old people?” Sandy Cohen asks as he enters the kitchen, beginning to prepare his bagel… even though someone was missing… his wife Kirsten, who had agreed to go into rehab.
“Morning to you too, dad.” Seth said while finishing up his cereal. Ryan began eating his bagel, choosing not to reply to his dad, or more accurately, the man who had agreed to take him in two years ago. “Heard anything from Marissa lately, Ryan?” Seth asked, making Ryan nearly choke on his bagel. “She’s alright.” Sandy chose to reply. “As least as she can be.”
“Marissa, sweetie, I don’t think too many people know about what had happened. Going back to school won’t be that bad.” Marissa turned to her mom. “Oh? You’ve had this happen to you as well? Can’t say I’ve been in the prostitution business!” Marissa said to her mom. “Please, Marissa, honey, calm down.” Her mother tried to reason with her.
Ryan and Seth parked the car in which they had carpooled at the parking lot at Harbor High. Seth hadn’t gotten out of the car for a second or his eyes had spotted his girlfriend and also her best friend. “Speaking of, there’s Cohen and Ryan!” Summer said and ‘dragged’ Marissa to her male friends.
All four friends were watched by two people, a boy and a girl, two new arrivals at Harbor High.
“I mean, look at them! She shot her boyfriend’s brother to save her boyfriend! And Cohen’s just too obsessed with that Summer chick! I tell you, Jason, is that love like ours?” She asked, hotly kissing her boyfriend. Jason grinned evilly and seemed to be lost in checking out not only Summer’s body, but also Marissa’s!! “Yeah, baby. We’ll show them. Soon there won’t be any of their relationships left… my dear Taylor.” Jason said while kissing back his girlfriend as hotly as she had done.
