CAPTURED!

Jan Robert Bristow was enjoying a lovely dream, where he had the
girl of his dreams right where he wanted her... he'd never expected
her to strip down her clothes that fast... apparently she was as
eager as he was. The two were now stark nude and reached out to one
another. . . Jan was about to taste her lips when ---- RING RING!
The cartoon bubbly dream snapped instantly as Jan jolted awake and
reached for his cellphone. It was his dad. "Good morning to you too,
Dad." Jan said, clearly not enjoying this abrupt wake-up call. When
his dad called, it usually meant Mission!

"Good morning, Jan," said Michael Bristow said to his son on his
cell phone. "I need you to meet me at the airport. We're on our
way to Lisben and it is imperative that we leave at once. I can
brief you enroute." michael Bristow paused, and an evil smile
spread across his lips. "I wasn't interupting anything, was I, my
boy?"

His fist landed on his pillow. WHY was his old man ALWAYS right?
Yes, he did interrupt. . . but it wasn't that much of an
interruption to begin with! It wasn't like he had found a girl at
the bar last night. . . That was all it was: Just a dream! "Okay,
dad, I'll meet ya there. And no, you didn't interrupt anything."

"Good, see you then," he said, and flipped his cell phone shut. An
evil grin spead on his lips as he wondered, what would his son think
if he knew that he did not work for the CIA, but rather for the veyr
terrorist organization he thought he spent his life fighting
against. He wondered what his son would think if he knew that the
flight they were about to take was to thwart an actual CIA mission,
to win a big victory for the bad guys instead of the good guys....

Jan wondered about the dream, if he would ever find someone to
love... as his college years flashed back before him. Jan quickly
took a shower, shaved his face and then got dressed. "True" from
Ryan Cabrera had just begun playing on the radio when Jan entered
his car, put on his seatbelt and drove towards the airport...

Michael boarded the plane and waited for his son. he hated to call
his son a fool, but really, it had been so easy to convince him he
was working for the CIA.

MEANWHILE, AT THE REAL CIA- Mischa Vaughn was tasked to go out on a
mission to Lisben, to retrieve a bio weapon the covenant wanted to
get their hands on. She sighed and left for the airport, figuring
she'd prep on the plane.

Jan softly sang along with the music, deep in his heart that if this
gig didn't work out, he'd still make it as a pop singer. Jan reached
the airport, parked his car and boarded the plane....

"Hello, son," said Michael, greeting his son and motioning for him
to sit next to him on the plane chartered just for them. He handed
his son a folder of information, all changed to reflect that they
were the CIA on a sanctioned mission. "The covenant is sending
their operative to retrieve a new bio weapon. They cannot get their
hands on it. We need to interecept their operative. Any
questions?"

Mischa examined the file for her solo mission, thinking this
shouldn't be too hard, it was straight retrieval and the covenant
was not set to strike on it for another 72 hours.

"Not really, dad." Jan said grinning. "But now that you've asked,
how did you sleep?" Jan asked his father. "Oh, there's one, is there
a name connected to this one Covenant operative?" Jan asked as he
took a sip from his cup of morning coffee that was on the board in
front of him.

"We only have a code name - Shooting Star. There's no other
information available on him." He paused and smiled, answering
Jan's question, "I slept well- how about you, Jan?"

*Hmm.... Shooting Star? Sounds more like a woman or girl's code name
to me....* Jan thought. He couldn't quite shake off that feeling
that his instinct was right... as he totally ignored his dad's
question, lost in thought...

"Jan? Jan? Are you all right son? You seem distracted," said
Michael to his son as the plane traveled quickly towards Lisben.

Meanwhile, mischa boarded her plane and was not far behind....

"Huh... oh, sorry, I didn't get much sleep last night. That's what
you get when you try to listen in on the Covenant's secret plans...
plus listening to music." Jan said with a small smile. He didn't
want to let his father know what the REAL reason was for being quiet.

"Oh, ok," said Michael, smiling. He added, with a sly smile, "I was
young once too, Jan." He looked at his watch, and turned to his
son. "You should try and get some rest before we land- I need you
completely ready when we get to Lisben." **** Mischa dozed off a
bit as the plane progressed through the air.

"Alright then, dad." Jan said, almost wanting to add 'You win.' And
dozed off a bit as the plane progressed, continuing on its course
for Lisben.

Michael watched his son doze off, and before he knew it, the plane
was landing in Lisben, He gently poked Jan. "We're here," he said
softly, waking his son. *** Mischa heard the pilot come over the
intercom, "Agent Vaughn, we're landing in Lisben." This woke her
from a restless sleep.

"Wow, how fast was that?" Jan asked laughing. Then, stopped. He
remembered his dad not being such a laughing person. "Alright, let's
get that operative!"

Michael kept his stoic gaze as they got off the plane and got into
the van that was waiting. "We need to be careful, everything our
intel indicates is that this operative is well trained." *** Mischa
got off the plane and into her car, which was waiting for her,
eading to the abandoned warehouse where the bioweapon was being
held. She had no idea she had company...

"Whoever it is, that person's gonna lead us right to the bioweapon!"
Jan whispered softly, in a grin, and carefully moved about toward
the car. *Hmm.... this mission isn't gonna be *SO* hard after
all...* Jan thought as he got into the car.

Michael pulled the van into the lot of the abandoned warehouse,
seeing some movement on the other side of the lot. "Looks like th
operative is already here. Do you want to take the front or the
back entrance, Jan?" *** Mischa moved quickly and silently inside,
searching the warehouse inventory for the codename of the bioweapon-
Project Mercy.

"I'll take the most action required." Jan joked. "The front
entrance's fine."

"Then I'll get the back. Good luck, Jan," said his father, holding
his arm and adding, "Dont forget how dangerous this operative is. I
don't want to see you get hurt." **Mischa looked through the eye
holes of her black ski mask, searching as quietly as possible for
the bioweapon. She turned, dressed all in black, as she thought she
heard a noise at the front entrance, but then there was nothing, so
she continued with her mission.

*Oh right... NOW you're getting all concerned?* Jan thought. Jan
nodded and stealthly followed the operative's footsteps into the
building. When he saw the operative turn around he hid somewhere,
and after realising there was nothing, continued to follow the
operative... deeper into the building.

Michael moved into the back of the building, and also got the visual
on the operative. He moved in closer, ready to take him by surprise
if Jan didn't get to him first. ** Mischa found the large locked
box with the label "Project Mercy" and began picking the lock,
oblivious to the sound she thought she heard when she first moved in.

Jan still moved within unseen sight of Mischa and saw her picking
the lock, and also his father, knowing that he would jump in if
there was any trouble. Jan struck the person by wrapping his arm
around her throat and putting his other hand around her body to
restrain her to move further.

Michael moved in, cuffing the agents wrists and ankles as she
struggled to break free. Jan had knocked her down, but had not
knocked her out, which was better. They couldn't get any
information fom someone who was unconscious or worse. He attached
the cuffs to chains, holding him secure so Jan was free to let him
go, and looked at his son. "Well, let's see who this operative is.
Jan, would you care to do the honors?" ***Mischa fought violently
against the arm that held her secure. "LET ME GO!" she cried, as
she felt her wrists and ankles cuffed.

"Absolutely..." Jan said with a grin, but.... stopped dead in his
tracks. The voice sounded feminine.... could it be? Without any
thought whatsoever on that subject of the sex gender, Jan pulled off
the ski mask. . .

Mischa felt her mask pulled off, her golden locks spilling out
around her face as her face was revealed. Unfortunately, the faces
of her captors were still covered. "You don't know what you're
doing. I suggest you release me right now." ** Michael Bristow
laughed a laugh that sounded evil. "So, Shooting Star is a woman.
Quite an impressive file for such a pretty little girl," he said,
running a finger down her cheekbone. As he felt the operative
roughly pull away, he added, "and fiesty too."

Why did his dad always get to do that? Was he the more responsible
of the two or something?? Or would it be that if his son did that,
there'd be trouble arising on the horizon??? "Quite the impressive
woman, yes..." Jan said with a dangerous grin...

Michael Bristow smiled as his son agreed, and looked to his
son. "Take her out to the van, and put her in the back. You can
lock her cuffs onto one fo the hooks in the back. If she gives you
any trouble, knock her out." Michael paused, and when he spoke
again the smile he wore could almost be heard in his
voice. "Considering her fiesty nature, I'd say that's a good
possibility, but... I'm sure you can handle her, Jan. I'll be right
out." ** Mischa listened to the voices, and couldn't believe this
was hapening. Slowly, it began to dawn on her- she really had been
captured by the Covenant, and there was no way out of it, at least
not yet.

Jan gladly took the 'reins' from his father and ushered her toward
the exit of the building and toward the van, where he locked her
cuffs onto the nearest hook in the back. "Don't worry, Michael. I'm
sure I can handle such a feisty lady..." He had said before he had
gone to take her to the van... but not before trailing his finger
over her lips... that felt so soft.....

Mischa pulled away roughly as this man ran a finger over her
lips. "Don't touch me, you bastard!" she said angrily, struggling
in vein to break free. She was full of anger, but also fear mixed
in a bit. She thought she recognized the voice of the other man
involved, and if she was right.... she was in trouble. *****
Michael quickly picked the lock and withdrew the bioweapon, hiding
it in a cylinder, intent on telling his son that the weapon was not
there at all. He smiled an evil smile as he whipped out his cell
phone and told his superiors of his success before returning to the
van.
