Author’s Notes:
1. This is my fantasy of what could happen in The Eye (the sequel to The Storm). I know that this won’t happen, so please don’t give me a hard time about the unlikely chance of these events occurring.
2. If you don’t want to see Sheppard being humiliated and violated you do not need to read this story. You can’t say I didn’t warn you.
3. There is actually a plot building up to the non-con situation, so be patient and you will get there soon. I promise.
4. I’m assuming that the Genii can read and speak our language as they did in “Underground” and in “The Storm”
********************************************************
“I’ll fly you out of here myself,” Sheppard yelled into the radio.
Commander Acastus Kolya looked into the fear-filled eyes of Dr. Weir and Dr. McKay thinking over Sheppard’s proposition. The Major had already killed two of his men, and he was rapidly turning into nothing by trouble for his strike team. He had wanted to claim Atlantis for the Genii, but the last grounding station had taken damage, thanks to Sheppard, and there was no way to secure the city of Atlantis against the storm. He knew that he needed to stick with the original plan, which was to secure medical supplies, C-4, a ship, and the Wraith storage device, but the desire to come face to face with Sheppard was overwhelming. Cowen, the leader of the Genii people, had warned him of Sheppard’s ability to think fast and to take control of a situation, and the Major had already proven Cowen correct in both aspects.
“You will bring the C-4 as well?” Kolya asked suspiciously.
“I will bring the ship with the C-4 to you once you let Weir and McKay go through the Stargate,” Sheppard replied.
“How do I know you will do as you say?”
“Well, I guess you will just have to trust me Kolya.”
“That’s not good enough Major. You come to the control room unarmed first and then we will talk about me trusting you.”
“Only if you let them go.”
“I let them go as soon as you come to me Major. I will have no need for them once I have you,” Kolya smiled.
“Don’t do it Major! He’s not going to let us go,” McKay exclaimed. He was rewarded for his efforts with a rifle butt to his gut.
“Major, I will let Dr. McKay dial up the gate now. It will be open and ready for them to transport as soon as you get here. You have my word.”
Reluctantly, Sheppard accepted Kolya’s demands, “McKay, go ahead and dial I’ll be there in a couple of minutes.”
“But Major you can’t possible let them take you back to their home world,” McKay reasoned.
“Just do it McKay! I know what I’m doing!”
Grudgingly, Rodney began dialing the home world of the Manarians, the very people who had betrayed them all. He knew that they had to make sure that the other Atlantians were okay, and he also knew that they would need a chance to regroup and to come up with a rescue plan for the Major.
By the time Sheppard got to the gate room, the address had been entered and the wormhole was established to the Manarian planet. Kolya had every intention of honoring his promise, so he allowed the doctors to approach the gate. He had also planned on handing Sheppard over to Cowen for interrogation once they returned home, but when he saw the lithe form of Major Sheppard across the gate room, he knew that Cowen would never get his hands on the Major.
“Major Sheppard. How nice of you to join us. You don’t mind if my men search you for weapons do you?”
Sheppard stood still as two members of Kolya’s strike team frisked him down. He stared into the eyes of the man who had threatened his friends and Atlantis, and he felt his hatred and annoyance increasing to a dangerous level. He had every intention of flying the bastard out through the Stargate in the Puddle Jumper, but he had no intentions of landing them safe on the ground. He was willing to sacrifice his own life if it meant keeping the Ancient technology out of the Genii’s hands.
Kolya watched as his two men searched the Major for weapons and he felt a twinge of excitement watching Sheppard being helpless. He watched as the hands roamed over every square inch of the thin body for hidden armaments, and he held in the lustful smile that threatened as his men took off the Major’s vest and jacket. The long-sleeved black undershirt worn by Sheppard accentuated his torso and waist, and Kolya found it hard to pull his eyes away from the man, but he knew that he had to play the game right if he hoped to win, and letting Sheppard in on his desires too early would cause a hell of a mess.
“He’s clean Sir,” the men stated.
“Very well, Dr. Weir and Dr. McKay can now depart,” he instructed smiling at Sheppard.
“John, are you sure you want to do this?” Elizabeth asked.
John looked at his friends and frowned, “It’s what I have to do. Now get the hell out of here!”
He watched as Weir practically dragged McKay through the gate, and he thought it strange that McKay would be so reluctant to save his own ass, but Rodney seemed to surprise him everyday. The man was infuriating, arrogant, and self-centered, but occasionally, he showed signs of caring for others, and apparently this was one of those times.
“Come on Rodney, we’ll find a way to get him back, but I need you with me if we hope to figure out something,” Elizabeth begged pulling on his arm with impressive force.
“We better,” he simply stated walking through the gate keeping eye contact with John until the very end.
Kolya watched the departing scene in interest. He could tell that the scientist had feelings for Sheppard, but he felt no remorse at separating the two men, “Well Major, I upheld my end of the bargain. Where are the supplies I requested?”
“Not here,” John smiled
Kolya smirked at the Major’s sarcastic remark, “Obviously, so where are they Major?”
John looked up at the hanger, “Up there, in a Puddle Jumper.”
Kolya looked up noticing for the first time the seams in the ceiling that obviously opened and closed, “Your ships are up there?”
“Yes, I would give you the official Atlantis tour, but I figure we have less than an hour before we’re shattered by 30-foot waves and a monsoon of rain”
Kolya shook his head in understanding, “Can you control the ship from here, or do you have to go and get it from the hanger?”
John honestly had no idea if there was a way to bring the ship down to them from the control room, “I have to go and get it. Give me five, and I’ll be right back.”
Kolya smirked, “Of course you will, but I think that Barnell and Talvin will follow you instead, and don’t try anything Major or I will be forced to go to the Manarian home world instead of my own.”
John swallowed in dread thinking of the possible harm that would be done to the Atlantis Crew at the hands of the Genii and the Manarian, “We can fit eight. Have your people ready to board.”
Acastus watched Sheppard and his men leaving for the hanger, and deep down he knew that Major John Sheppard was going to be nothing but trouble for him, but he was willing to give it a try. A smart man would shoot Sheppard the second they landed, but he knew Cowen wanted him alive, and that was exactly what he planned on doing. Of course, he could think of a thing or two he wanted to do to Sheppard himself, and they didn’t involve death.
**********************************************************
Kolya watched the hanger doors open and looked on in appreciation as the small ship descended down into the embarkation room. He had no doubt that the ship, along with the C-4 would make a huge impact on their war with the Wraith. A war, thanks to Sheppard, which was coming sooner than anticipated. He knew that somehow the Major had awakened the Wraith and that they were culling human worlds sooner than expected, and he had every intention of finding out how Sheppard had managed such a feat.
When the outer hatch of the ship opened and Talvin gave him the thumbs up to proceed, he ordered the immediate evacuation of the planet. “Sora, once we load up the medical supplies, I want you to dial the gate and get the rest of the team out of here. We’ll be right behind you,” he ordered as he walked onto the small ship noting the boxes of C-4, which his men had already verified. He noted that Major Sheppard was sitting quietly at the helm probably contemplating a means of escape, “You wouldn’t be planning a fiery crash would you?”
“Why would I do that Kolya? If I wanted to die I would just stay here on Atlantis,” John lied.
Kolya looked at the Major full of doubt, “On second thought Talvin, unload the C-4 and let the rest of the team carry it through the gate. That way if we don’t make it to Cowen alive they can send the C-4 as a bomb through the Manarian’s gate.” He saw the Major’s eyebrow arch in surprise, “That should take care of your plans to crash this ship, and Major, I expect a smooth ride through the gate and a perfect landing at my designated spot. Is that understood?”
John began readying the ship for the jump through the gate losing his feeling of hope rather quickly, “Yes.” He listened to the men transporting the C-4 off of the ship wondering if Kolya knew that he could destroy an entire people. He knew that the Naquada in the gate would cause the explosion to wipe out a good portion of the Manarian city taking every Atlantis crew member with it; including Weir and McKay.
When the gate was activated, John readied himself for the inevitable. He didn’t see a way out of the current situation. He was going back to the Genii home world, back to the man he had deceived, and back to the place where he had made yet another enemy for Atlantis. He turned to Kolya who had seated himself in the co-pilot seat, “I hope your satisfied Kolya. You got everything you came for.”
“Yes I did, but I’m not quite satisfied yet. However, I plan on being soon.” He laughed softly at the confused expression on the Major’s face. He had hinted at the real game just a tad, and he could tell that Sheppard’s imagination was getting the best of him. He almost felt sorry for him, but it was just too much fun watching him squirm in dread.
***************************************************
The trip through the gate was quick and uneventful, and John had no choice but to fly to the designated landing spot. He landed the Puddle Jumper softly, and waited for the Commander’s next order, “Nice flying. Where did you learn to fly this ship?”
“I’m a pilot back on my home planet, and it just came natural to me.”
Kolya dug further, “Really? I would think that something built by the Ancients would be complicated to operate; especially something as intricate as this ship.”
“It’s not as hard as it looks,” John calmly replied hoping that the man wouldn’t continue to press the issue. He didn’t want the Genii to know about the Ancient gene or his ability to work the Ancient technology. Knowing Cowen, he would find a way to use it to his advantage. He could just imagine him taking him to one of the Wraith ships in some sort of bargain. Would the Wraith trade a planet of food for one who possessed the gene? “Steve”, the Wraith they had imprisoned had once mentioned to him that the Wraith preferred Ancients over ordinary humans, and that they would be drawn to him because of the presence of the gene in his DNA. The gene had been nothing but trouble since he had arrived at Atlantis. Sure he could work some really cool technology, but now the Wraith was after them, and according to “Steve” they were more after him rather than Atlantis. He had awoken the Wraith, he had reactivated Teyla’s necklace, and he had caused the Wraith to cull other worlds nearly fifty years earlier than they should have. He had also made enemies with the Genii, and all of this was because of some stupid Ancient gene that he never even knew he had until he sat in a stupid chair in the middle of Antarctica. (These are some facts presented in my story “The Reawakening”-see my website if you wish to read this story).
Kolya remembered his conversation with Dr. Weir about people being able to operate the Ancient technology. She had adamantly denied her ability to operate the city, but he never asked her about Sheppard, “You wouldn’t have the ability to use Ancient technology would you?”
“Nope, it doesn’t take any special gene to operate this ship. It’s just your basic alien vessel that happens to have built by the Ancients,” Sheppard lied once again.
“I do remember Dr. Weir telling me about this gene. It allows people to operate Ancient technology. If you are able to control this ship then you must possess this gene she spoke of on Atlantis.”
Sheppard rolled his eyes at his own stupidity. Why the hell did he even mention the gene? “There are some that have a smidgen of the Ancient gene in their system, but it’s hardly anything to get excited about.”
“You don’t think that is exciting that a person could use Ancient weapons to defeat the Wraith?”
“Well, the Ancients were defeated by the Wraith, so they must not be that effective,” John lied for what felt like the hundredth time in an hour.
“Yes, they were defeated, but it took thousands of years for the Wraith to do so. Until your C-4 came along, we had no hopes of defending ourselves against them. Surely, your people discovered weapons that could be used against them in Atlantis?”
John was becoming frustrated with the line of questioning, “Well, if you are so eager to find out about Ancient technology and their weapons, why don’t you get your ass back to Atlantis. I won’t complain if you go.”
Kolya stared intently into the frustrated eyes of the Major sure that he was hiding something. He would get it out of him one way or another, but at the moment, he wanted to show Cowen how successful his mission was, “Stand up Major and hold your hands behind your back.”
John did as he was instructed, and he was not surprised when he felt cold steel shackles being clamped around his wrists. He tested the chain that held the shackles and his wrists together. It was solid, and he knew that there was no way to get his hands free. He allowed himself to be dragged by the arm out of the Puddle Jumper, squinting at the bright sunshine that awaited them. Where were his trusty sunglasses when he needed them? He watched as every team member grabbed the supplies they had acquired from Atlantis, and he begrudgingly followed down the path towards the underground bunker where he knew Cowen would be waiting.
***************************************************
McKay, Zelenka and Weir exited the Atlantis Stargate fifteen minutes after they had been forced to leave by Kolya. They took the chance that the Genii would be gone when they arrived, and from the looks of things they had been right in their assumption. They knew that they had risked certain death by coming back to Atlantis, but they had to try to save the city before the hurricane destroyed their home.
Elizabeth watched as McKay frantically scanned the room for Sheppard. “Rodney, let’s get that final grounding station console repaired, and then we can concentrate on getting Major Sheppard back”, she reassured McKay who was distraught with worry over his team leader. She knew that she had to keep the scientist focused on the matter at hand if they had any hope of saving the city. She sure as hell didn’t want to spend anymore time on the Manarian home world as necessary, and getting the grounding station repaired was their only hope. Once Atlantis was saved, they would rescue Sheppard. She could only hope that there would be a Sheppard to save after all was said and done.
***************************************************
Cowen greeted his Commander with congratulations as he saw the Genii bringing in the medical supplies, the C-4, and the Wraith storage device that the Atlantians had stolen from them, “Commander Kolya, you should be proud of yourself. You did an outstanding job! Were there any problems?”
“No Sir, but I did lose two men.”
“Well, that was to be expected. You did say that they were not ready for such a strike.”
“Yes, their inexperience almost cost us the mission, but I did manage to capture the one who killed my men. What would you like me to do with him?” Kolya asked.
“Kill him,” Cowen quickly ordered.
“Perhaps, I could hold on to him awhile and show him that he shouldn’t mess with the Genii. I can be quite convincing in my techniques.”
Cowen took a moment to think about the just punishment deserved for an enemy of the Genii, “As tempting as that sounds Commander, I don’t think he deserves torture. We did after all go to their base and cause the problem. I think he deserves a quick death. He did nothing different than what we would do to an invading enemy.”
Kolya nodded towards Talvin who left the room to retrieve the prisoner, “I really think that you need to rethink my offer. I would be more than happy to torment and abuse this prisoner. He is a true enemy of the Genii, and you should not let a man as this go unpunished.”
“Commander, I told you what I…” Cowen could not form the last word as he saw Major John Sheppard being dragged through the door. His face twitched in anger at the man who had dared to steal from the Genii and to make a fool out of him, “Commander? How did you manage to capture Major Sheppard?”
“Let’s just say that I can be very persuasive when I need to be. As I said, you cannot let such an enemy go unpunished,” Kolya reiterated.
“Bring him closer,” Cowen ordered. He watched Sheppard’s face carefully as his men followed his order.
Now inches away from the Genii leader, Sheppard remarked, “Good to see you again Cowen.”
“And you as well. Major, do you remember what I told you before?”
“Not really. You pretty much babbled nonsense the last time I was here. Something about Uranium and bombs, and Wraith ships, and…”
Cowen grabbed John’s face roughly covering his mouth with his hand effectively silencing him, “I told you that you did not want to make an enemy of the Genii, but you ignored that warning, and here you are getting ready to pay the consequences of your decision.” He noticed how fragile the smaller man looked in comparison to the larger Commander who stood behind him, “You may take him Commander. Have your fun, but make him pay for what he has done to our people.”
Kolya watched as Cowen slowly released Sheppard’s face from his firm bruising grip. He noticed the small bruises already developing on the Major’s cheeks. He just knew that he was going to look lovely covered in bruises, “Thank you Sir. I won’t disappoint you.”
As Sheppard was grabbed by Kolya and turned towards the door he countered, “Don’t I get a say in this? It’s not like I intentionally deceived you. You betrayed us first, and you lied to us! I don’t see how I’m the bad guy here.”
“You should never have come to this planet Major. You have endangered us all with your carelessness with the Wraith,” Cowen replied to the protesting Sheppard. As he watched the Commander dragging out the helpless Major, he couldn’t help but to feel a small sense of remorse for his actions, after all the Commander was notorious for his torture; especially to pretty things like Sheppard. He had never preferred the company of men in bed, but even he could appreciate the beauty of Sheppard. He almost felt sorry for the boy, but he knew a glass or two of Harvest Moonshine would make him forget about the woes of Major Sheppard.
*****************************************************
Kolya stared intently at Sheppard, “Why don’t you tell me about your encounters with the Wraith? I’ve heard that it is because of you that we are pushing up the testing of the bombs. What did you do?”
John sat in the wooden chair opposite Kolya’s desk struggling to get comfortable. His arms were already aching from the awkward position, and the metal shackles were cutting into his wrists, “Not much to say really. We went in, we woke them up, and we ran like hell.”
“Why were you there?”
“Didn’t Cowen already brief you about the incident?”
Kolya got out of his chair and walked over towards Sheppard, “I’m asking you Major. What made you think that you could go into a Wraith ship and get away with it?”
Sheppard looked up into the eyes of his captor in defiance, “We were bored.”
Kolya smiled, grabbed Sheppard by the collar, and threw him down onto the desk face first. He held the struggling man’s neck down onto the wooden surface and reached around to the front of John’s pants, “Since you are so reluctant to answer my questions, I’m afraid I have no choice but to give you a small taste of what’s in store for you.”
John couldn’t budge the hand from his neck, and his hips were pinned to the desk by Kolya’s weight, “Get the fuck off me!”
Kolya pushed John’s pants and boxers off of his slim waist and pushed them down to his knees, “I do plan on getting off on you Major, but for right now I just want to play.” He took a moment to admire the firmness of the pale cheeks of John’s ass, spat on his free hand and rubbed the spit into Sheppard’s crack. When he felt the puckered entrance, he shoved a finger inside the struggling man, “The next time I ask you a question I suggest you answer me quickly and truthfully.”
John squirmed in pain as the probing finger pushed further inside, “All you had to do was tell me that, and I would have cooperated.”
Kolya chuckled, “Of course you would have, but this way I’m guaranteed your cooperation.” He shoved another finger inside the tight hole enjoying the moans of pain coming from Sheppard. His dick jumped inside his pants thinking of the pleasure to come from the hot tightness wrapped around his fingers. He pumped his fingers inside the warm darkness several times basking in the small sounds of discomfort coming from his prisoner. He felt his cock growing harder every time Sheppard attempted to throw him off of him, and he wanted nothing more than to dive down deep inside the very core of the Major, “Will you cooperate with me Major?”
John had his eyes closed in humiliation, and fearing something much larger being pushed inside him, he relented, “Yes!”
Kolya stilled his hand enjoying the feel of the Major’s heartbeat on his fingers. “Yes what?” he teased wiggling his fingers around John’s prostate. He was rewarded with a moan that sounded something between pleasure and agony.
“Yes, I’ll fucking cooperate if you get your fingers out of my ass!”
Kolya pulled out slowly smelling his fingers for a moment before pulling John’s pants back up over his hips, “You have quite a mouth on you Sheppard.” He released John’s neck and pulled him off the desk and onto his feet. He pressed his chest into Sheppard’s back and whispered into his ear, “You smell good too. I can’t wait to get a taste.”
John shivered in disgust as Kolya’s hot tongue snaked inside his ear, “What do you want to know?”
Kolya grabbed John’s neck once again and squeezed hard, “I’m the one asking questions here Major. Now why don’t you go sit back down in that chair like a good little boy.” John followed the order and plopped back down into the wooden chair almost tipping it over in the process.
“Good boy. Now why don’t you tell me about how you woke up the Wraith?”
************************************************
“Come on Zelenka. Can’t you go any faster?” McKay asked impatiently.
“I’m going as fast as I can McKay. The circuits have been fused together. You breathing down my neck won’t make me go any faster!”
“Rodney, let Zelenka work on the grounding station panel. You and I need to talk about what to do once we save Atlantis,” Elizabeth pleaded.
Rodney sighed in frustration and walked over towards Weir, “Well, obviously the Genii will have their gate being watched, so we can’t exactly go marching in there demanding that they release Major Sheppard.”
Elizabeth looked into the eyes of the most self-centered person she had ever known, “How long?”
He shook his head in confusion, “How long what?”
“How long have you been in love with him?”
“What the hell are you talking about Elizabeth?
“How long have you been in love with John?”
McKay stared at her with a gaping mouth and shook his head in disbelief, “It’s official! You’re certifiable. I have no idea what you’re talking about. I’m simply concerned with his well-being, and I thought that you would be as well.”
Elizabeth gently smiled at Rodney’s denial, “Of course I care about his well-being, but I’m not the one having a panic attack over the situation.”
“Well excuse me for being agitated about my team leader being taken prisoner by the people who want to blow up the Wraith with nuclear bombs!”
“Okay, forget I asked. What do you suggest that we do Rodney?”
“I don’t know how to get past their security. If we walk through the gate their obviously going to capture us. Maybe if we had a ship we could use it as some sort of diversion.”
“We could send multiple teams in after the ship. Hopefully, they would be so interested in the ship they would try to pinpoint its location and leave the gate with minimum coverage. That way our teams could take the gate, and we could send a team in after the Major,” Elizabeth suggested.
Rodney shook his head in doubt, “If we do that we take the chance that they will kill him before we find him. There has to be a way to get to him undetected.”
“Is there any Ancient technology that would help us?”
“We could send in the two teams as you suggested, but have them followed by a Puddle Jumper in stealth mode. We then could fake a retreat by our teams when they see themselves outnumbered by the Genii, and the Jumper could land undetected. The Genii would think that we went back through the gate, when in reality we’ve landed on their planet.”
“Sounds like the best possible plan. Can you pull it off?
“Pull what off?” McKay asked.
“Could you fly and land a Puddle Jumper without the Major’s help? I know that he has been working with you.”
“Well, actually…he’s been helping me more with the gun thing. I tried to fly the Jumper once, and I nearly got us killed. He said that we wouldn’t try that again until I could shoot better.”
“Are you any better shooting?”
“Do you ever see me carrying a gun around the base?”
Elizabeth smiled, “Good point. Okay, who do we have that can fly a Jumper through the gate undetected?”
“Nobody can do it like Sheppard, but there are a few people that could do it with minimum risk.” They both began running through the possible candidates in their heads, but they were interrupted by Zelenka.
“I got it McKay! The panel is operational again. Come in here and tell me the code,” Zelenka demanded.
“He’s good,” Rodney proclaimed before he ran out to Zelenka’s position.
As Elizabeth watched the grounding column separating, she let out a sigh of relief that Atlantis had been saved, but she still worried about Sheppard. She knew that for this plan to have a chance of working they would need someone capable of flying stealth-mode Jumper through the gate without any detectable noise. Sheppard was by far the best pilot she had and she wasn’t looking forward to relying on someone else to fly the Jumper.
As she contemplated her decision, it occurred to her that she had not seen Ford or Teyla come back from the Mainland. She wondered if they had gotten trapped by the storm and had been unable to go to the Manarian world. She picked up a discarded radio, “Lieutenant Ford. This is Dr. Weir. Come in please.”
“Dr. Weir. Is everything okay? Major Sheppard told us what happened. We have been too afraid to contact you in fears that the Genii would hear the communication.”
“Lieutenant, the Genii are gone. How long before you can come back to Atlantis? We have secured the city, and we should be safe from the storm.”
“I suspect that we will be able to leave here in a couple of hours. Where is Major Sheppard?”
“Lieutenant…Major Sheppard had been taken by the Genii. We need you and the Jumper here as soon as possible.”
There was a moment of silence as the information was absorbed by the young officer,” I’m assuming that Teyla and I will be going with you to get him.”
“Of course you will, as will Dr. McKay. Now, just get here as quickly as you can. Every minute counts.”
***********************************************
“Fascinating, so you impaled her on her own weapon, and she died. We were under the impression that the Wraith were difficult to kill. She obviously proves that conception inaccurate. What happened after she died?”
Sheppard released a sigh of annoyance, “Apparently, the Wraith is connected through in some sort of mental link. When she died, the entire ship began to awaken, and now they are building up strength to come and get us.”
“Are you sure that they are after your people and not just you?”
“Why would they do that? Surely, they wouldn’t wake up early just for one human. Obviously, Colonel Sumner told the female Wraith about Atlantis, and now they are curious about who is living on their old enemy’s turf.”
“Major, you’re not a very good liar. I read your file while I was on Atlantis. I know that you possess the gene, and I know that you have problems following orders. I also know that you have a tendency to get into trouble on your missions, and that you and Dr. Weir don’t always see eye to eye.”
John rolled his eyes, “Not very impressive, so you read a few mission files, so what?”
Acastus got up quickly from his chair and approached John threateningly, “You would think that someone in your situation would be more polite to their jailer.”
“You have to earn politeness.”
“Fair enough, why don’t you tell me about this Ancient gene? What type of abilities do you have?”
“I thought you read the mission reports,” Sheppard defiantly countered.
“I read the one about the pendant that you activated, and how it was used to track your location for weeks. How many people were injured or killed during this time period?”
“There were two deaths, some injuries and a couple of us got stunned with Wraith weapons,” John answered thinking back over his past missions.
“How do you feel knowing that is was your fault that your people were killed and injured?”
“I don’t blame myself for what happened to them. It’s not like I asked to come to Atlantis or to have this gene.”
Kolya began massaging his fingers tenderly through Sheppard’s hair, “Yes…I read that as well, and I also read that you have the most Ancient ability of your people.”
Annoyed once again, Sheppard yanked his head away from the roaming hand, “Why the hell are you so interested in the gene? It’s not like I can help you win the war with the Wraith. If anything it will cause you to be detected and slaughtered, and thanks to you, the only real defense against them is being destroyed by a storm as we speak!”
Kolya grabbed Sheppard’s hair and yanked his head backwards, “I suggest you watch your tone with me Major, or I will have to teach you a lesson about manners.” He licked the arched neck slowly, “Umm…I was right. You do taste good.”
“I’m glad you’re enjoying yourself, but I didn’t realize I was a buffet.”
“Oh, this is just the appetizer. Tell me; are all pilots from your home planet this pretty?” John refused to answer the question as Kolya reached down inside his shirt tweaking his nipples. Kolya whispered into his ear, “I’m going to make you feel so good baby…I’m going to have you begging for it.”
“That would be begging for you stop, right?”
Kolya once again grabbed Sheppard by the neck and threw him on the desk. This time he turned him over on his back effectively pinning his arms out of the way. John kicked out with his legs attempting to keep Kolya at a distance, but the larger man grabbed his thighs and held them down on the desk, “That’s it baby. Fight me. I love a good scrap!”
John attempted to thrust his hips off of the desk, but he was held down with a unyielding grip, “Don’t fucking touch me again!”
Kolya pouted, “Listen to you pleading for me to stop already.” He put one hand on Sheppard’s chest holding him down, while he removed his boots, pants, and boxers, “Are you going to cry like a little girl when I fuck you?” Sheppard managed to kick him in the knee but he only laughed, “You kick like a girl Sheppard. I just bet you bruise one like one too, don’t you?”
“Well, I don’t hit like one. Why don’t you be a real man and on do my hands and you can find out!”
Kolya grabbed Sheppard’s thighs hard and spread them apart, “No, I think I like you just like this Major. You look all pretty spread opened like this for me.”
Kolya massaged John’s thighs easing his fingers closer to the prized entrance. John closed his eyes trying to think of anything except what was happening to him. He thought of riding a Ferris wheel at the State Fair, or a wave off the coast of California. He thought of Elizabeth and her ‘I told you so’ expression, and he thought of McKay arguing the finer points of Astrophysics with Zelenka. He tried desperately to ignore the thumb that was invading his most private part, and the sweat of the pig lying on top of him. He tried not to feel the roaming hand under his shirt that was rubbing his nipples or the exploring tongue on his cock. He tried to keep in the moan of pain that escaped as two fingers were added to the thumb. He knew that he should be grateful for the preparation, but he wanted nothing more than to expel the fingers that were invading him.
“Please stop,” John whispered.
“Make me,” Kolya teased.
“Why are you doing this?”
“Because I can,” Kolya explained undoing his own pants and pulling out his throbbing erection. He lifted Sheppard’s legs up and pushed them back towards his chest, “Open up good and wide for me baby.” John closed his eyes in dread as he felt the head of Kolya’s dick at his entrance, “Let’s see if that Ancient gene of yours can help you through this.”
Just as he felt himself breeching Sheppard’s entrance, there was a knock at the door, “What is it?” Kolya demanded.
A soldier came into the office, saw Sheppard’s predicament and smiled, “There has been an off-world activation of the gate. What are your orders?”
Acastus noticed John turning his head away from the soldier in shame and pushed himself in a little further. He saw tears slowly trickling down the Major’s face, “I just knew you’d be a crier and it looks like your friends have bad timing.” He looked over at the smiling soldier, “Maybe I should give you to him Sheppard. You’re not being very cooperative.”
“I would be more than happy to take your place Sir,” the soldier responded enthusiastically.
Kolya looked the soldier up and down, “I bet you would…but right now I want you to find his friends and kill them. Is that understood?”
“Yes Sir.”
“Good, keep me updated, and if you’re successful in fulfilling my orders, I might let you take a turn at him.”
Kolya watched the door close and preceded to shove himself in further to the protesting Major, “Now, where was I?”
*****************************************************
“Nice job Lieutenant,” Teyla complimented as they prepared to exit the Jumper.
Ford smiled appreciatively, “It wasn’t as good as Major Sheppard’s landings, but I did the best I could. I hope the Genii don’t suspect that we’re here.”
McKay made his way out of the Jumper frantically inspecting for signs of Genii opposition. He scanned for the unusual radiation levels that they had encountered before, “I’m getting the same radiation signal from before. It’s due East in that direction.”
Ford raised his eyebrows in surprise, “You’d think they’d have enough common sense to stop using Uranium once they knew the Wraith were awake.”
“Lucky for us they didn’t. How should we precede?” Teyla asked.
“Team three guards the ship. Team two grabs the supplies,” Ford commanded. It felt weird giving the orders, but Elizabeth had put him in charge of the mission. “We’ll make radio contact every five minutes. If we’re not back in twenty minutes I want you to leave through the gate.”
“Good, now that everyone knows what the hell the plan is can we get our asses moving?” McKay asked walking off towards the underground bunker.
Ford watched the man in interest. Since when had Rodney McKay care about anyone else but himself? He walked closer to Teyla, “What’s going on with him?”
“Isn’t it obvious Lieutenant Ford? He’s concerned about Major Sheppard, as am I.”
“Yeah, but I’ve never seen him move that fast unless he was being chased by a Wraith. Why the sudden change?”
Teyla looked at the young officer in bewilderment, “You honestly don’t understand what is going on with Dr. McKay?”
“I wouldn’t ask you if I already knew.”
“You’ll figure it out eventually,” she remarked walking off towards the retreating McKay. She wondered if all young Earthlings were so naive about love, and she wondered if Major Sheppard had a clue himself about McKay’s feelings.
************************************************************
Kolya shoved himself all the way inside the helpless body smiling uncontrollably, “Oh, yes…you feel even better than I imagined Major, so fucking tight.” He pumped in and out of the tight hole unable to control his fast-paced movement. He knew that he would be able to take his time later. He just wanted the first time to be all about him getting off. He would work on the Major’s pleasure and humiliation later.
John held his breath trying to keep in the gasp of pain that wanted to come rolling out of his mouth. He wouldn’t give the bastard the pleasure of knowing how much he was hurting. Each thrust felt like a knife was slicing into his rectum. He knew that he was torn and bleeding, and the tight skin of his entrance was tearing around the large cock that was embedded inside him. He wasn’t a virgin with men, but it had been a few years since he allowed himself the privilege of being with one, and the pain was intense. There was no pleasure in this intrusion only defilement and violation.
Sweat was dripping off of Kolya’s forehead from the over-exertion, “You’re going to make me come so hard in you baby…Oh, fuck…yeah, that’s it baby. Take it all!”
John clenched his hands underneath his back into fists when he felt Kolya’s warm liquid release coating his insides. The bastard had stained him forever with his essence, and he unwillingly released a big sob of pain that turned into large sobbing tears.
Kolya cruelly laughed, “So the dam breaks. I knew you had big girlie sobs in you somewhere. I don’t know if I like these or the smaller tears better?”
“Please get off of me,” John pleaded through clenched teeth. He felt the tears running down the side of his cheeks, onto his neck, and into his hair.
Kolya ignored Sheppard’s request and instead stayed inside the tight warmness. He felt himself growing hard again, and he slowly began to thrust inside once again. He pushed up the black form-fitting shirt exposing John’s abdomen and nipples. He bent down and began licking and sucking the pretty pink nubs that he discovered. He pulled himself back up to admire the view; both nipples were wet and hard, his cock was glistening with his own cum and Sheppard’s blood, and there were several dark bruises running up John’s thighs, “I knew you’d bruise prettily. I can’t wait to bruise you all over.”
He bent down once again to feast upon Sheppard’s nipples, “Get the fuck off of him!” a voice exclaimed from the door.
Kolya looked up at the intruding voice, but he never stopped thrusting inside Sheppard, “Dr. McKay, you really should have knocked. I’m sort of in the middle of something here.”
McKay held the P-90 confidently, “I said to get the fuck off of him, or I will blow your head off!”
Kolya looked at the assault rifle and McKay’s face. He could tell the scientist meant business. He looked down at Sheppard and reluctantly pulled out, “Just give me a minute to take care of this nuisance.”
McKay tried not to clench in revulsion when he saw the hard cock plop out of his team leader. It was covered in Kolya’s seed and John’s blood, “Move your sick ass away from him!”
Kolya pulled his pants up slowly and headed for his chair, “Dr. McKay, perhaps I could interest you in a sampling of Major Sheppard. I’m sure he wouldn’t mind. He’s seems to enjoy being fucked.”
Rodney reached for Sheppard’s pants and handed them to the injured man “Shut the fuck up Kolya!”
“I would think that someone with your education background would use more intelligent language. The cursing really doesn’t suit you.”
Rodney pulled John up into sitting position apologizing for the pain he was causing him, “Where are the keys to the shackles?”
“In my pocket, why don’t you come and get them Doctor.”
Rodney made a move to approach Kolya, “Don’t,” Sheppard softly ordered. “I’m sure he has a weapon on him.”
Kolya licked his lips seductively, “Yes, I do have a weapon on me, and I can’t wait to get it out again.” He rubbed his crotch that was still painfully hard and needy, “Perhaps, Dr. McKay would like to see you on your knees sucking cum and blood off of me. A pretty mouth like that shouldn’t go to waste.”
“I’d rather see your blood splattered on the wall.” Without hesitation Rodney pulled the trigger of his P-90 three times and watched as Kolya’s blood made a grotesque pattern on the office wall. McKay stared in shock at the man he had killed in cold-blood. He couldn’t believe that he had allowed himself to lose total control of the situation. Part of him wanted to drop to his knees and beg for forgiveness, but he knew that getting John to safety was the priority.
“Why the hell did you do that?” Sheppard asked in shock. He saw blood coming from Kolya’s head and chest.
“He was reaching for his gun,” McKay lied digging into Kolya’s pockets for the keys to the shackles.
John looked at the Kolya’s dead body looking for some sort of gun. When he saw none, he stared into Rodney’s eyes in silent understanding, “Good shot. I guess you finally got the hang of the P-90.” He dressed himself slowly wincing in apparent pain trying to avoid the concerned eyes of McKay.
McKay shook his head in amazement that Sheppard could even joke at a time like, “Can you walk?”
“I guess we’ll find out soon enough,” John answered trying to rub the feeling back into his wrists.
“Let’s get the hell out of here then. Ford, Teyla, and teams two and three are waiting on us.”
John grabbed his arm to stop him from leaving the room, “Look McKay, I appreciate what you just did for me, but what he did to me doesn’t leave this room. Do you understand?”
Rodney stared in shock, “You want me to keep this a secret? I don’t know if I can do that Major. Dr. Beckett will need to examine you…”
Sheppard interrupted, “I don’t want him examining me. I’ll be fine. Now promise me that you won’t breathe a word of this to anyone.”
Rodney reluctantly agreed, “Okay, fine, but I don’t like this one bit. I just want to go on the record that this is a bad idea. You’re gong to have physical and mental repercussions from this experience, and pretending that it didn’t happen is going to be worse in the long run.”
“Your concern in duly noted, but this is my decision to make, not yours. Now, let’s get out of here before other Genii come in here to check on the Commander.”
Rodney followed Sheppard out the door noting the slow pace and awkward gait. He knew he would be able to keep his word to Sheppard because Beckett was going to figure it all out on his own. Carson had a way of seeing what others couldn’t see or didn’t notice, and there was no way that Sheppard’s injuries would go unnoticed by the intuitive Dr. Beckett.

Beckett.
