Author’s Notes: This story is not based on any of the episodes thus far, and it is told from McKay’s Point of view.

It was suppose to be an easy mission; a simple, non-combat, no effort task, but as so often the case, the Pegasus Galaxy proved to be anything but simple. What started out as a quest for new trade partners; turned into total chaos for my team. One minute the Major and I were alone walking in the light cool rain, and the next minute we found ourselves dropped into a large cavernous chamber that was at least twenty feet below the surface of the planet. The natives had mentioned to Teyla that they had received a lot of rain in the recent weeks, and the excess water must have caused the ground to erode causing us to breech the chamber’s hidden entrance.

“What the hell just happened?”

I looked around the dark chamber trying to get my barrens, “We obviously fell into some sort of hidden chamber,” I sarcastically replied to my team mate.

“You think?” the Major replied, “I thought maybe we had just discovered where Jimmy Hoffa was.”

I rolled my eyes at Sheppard’s strange sense of humor, and I searched for my trusty flashlight that I always kept close at hand. The artificial light shot out searching the chamber looking for walls and other outlets. I saw that there were strange drawings on the wall that I didn’t recognize, and I found myself wishing that Daniel Jackson were there to help to decipher the alien language.

“McKay, what are the odds that you can translate that writing?”

I let out a loud sigh of frustration, “Let’s put it his way, we have a better chance of seeing the Red Sox and the Cubs in the World Series then we have of me reading any of that language.”

“That’s what I was afraid of. Just once I would like to go on a mission and not get shot at, or bitten by a bug, or dropped on my ass into some stinking, musky, dark hole in the ground.”

I flashed the light in the direction of the Major’s face, “I’m actually beginning to find all of this amusing. How can one man, like you, get into so much trouble in such a short amount of time?”

“I don’t do it on purpose McKay.”

“You do know that there is a betting pool on you back at the base right?”

“Excuse me? You guys are betting on me getting into trouble?”

“Yep, and I’m happy to report that I have already won my twenty dollars from Ford for this mission. He said it would take at least six hours for you to get into trouble.”

“What the hell did you bet McKay?”

I turned away from him ignoring his question, “Look. It’s a tunnel. Let’s follow it,” I walked quickly away from Sheppard barely holding the laugh that threatened to come out from my smiling mouth.

“What did you bet McKay?”

“It’s getting lighter as we go. This must be the way out,” I heard him mumbling on about the bet and something about me being an asshole; “You’ve just figured that one out Major?”

“What are you talking about McKay?”

“I heard you call me an asshole and don’t try to deny it.”

“Oh, I’m not denying it. I just didn’t realize I said it out loud. What was the bet?”

“Damn, you military types sure are persistent. I bet that you wouldn’t last two hours on this mission without getting yourself in a load full of trouble. Are you happy Major?”

“Just get us the fuck out of here McKay, so I can kick both yours and Ford’s asses when we get back to base.”

I only smiled and continued our exploration further into the passage hoping for an easy escape. I had won money on Sheppard’s bad luck, but I wasn’t happy about being involved in that bad luck myself. Why must the man drag his friends down with him? I had only known the man for a few months, but he had quickly became a friend that I could joke and laugh with, but he would also put me in my place when I got out of hand. I could lie and say that we work well together, but we usually end up arguing because of my pessimism and short-temper, and his sarcastic humor can really grate on my nerves. You throw in the facts that he’s too handsome to be a field leader, all the women flock to him, and he has the Ancient gene, one could see that it’s really a miracle that I can stand the guy.

We walked for about ten minutes both of us hoping for the narrow passage to open up into a larger chamber, “Maybe we should have stayed where we were McKay. The others would eventually find the hole and come down to get us.”

“Major, it’s almost dark on an alien planet. They won’t be able to look for us tonight. We might as well search for a more comfortable place to rest tonight, unless you want sleep in a hole in the ground with rain soaking you to the bone.”

“I just hope we can get back to the right place at daybreak.”

“We’ve only walked ten minutes in a straight line. How hard could it be?” The second the words left my mouth the ground suddenly shook violently dislodging dirt and rock from above. I looked back behind the Major just in time to see the tunnel entrance being sealed up behind us. I saw the look of disbelief in his eyes and smiled, “That was not my fault. You’re the one with the bad luck.”

“I am so going to kick your ass when we get out of here McKay.”

“Threaten me all you want, but it won’t help me to find a way out of here. You’re usually the calm on in these types of situation, so just relax and let the Doctor do his job.”

“It’s hard to relax when you’re supposed team mate betted on you to get into trouble. This is so your fault McKay and I will threaten you all I want.”

I could sense the change from the typical frustrated Sheppard into the highly pissed off Sheppard, and I decided to close my mouth for a change. We continued walking in silence for a few more minutes both of us tired and grumpy. Neither one our moods improved when the passage abruptly ended with no apparent way out. I was about to go into one of my notorious panic-filled rants when I spotted the chamber opening to my left near the floor level.

We looked at each other in doubt, “How far down do you think it goes?” I asked.

He took the flashlight from me and peered into the darkness, “About ten feet or so. I don’t see that we have a lot of choice here McKay.”

“Well, you can go first.”

“Fine,” he sighed pushing himself through the tight opening. I watched in dread as he dropped into the darkness. I suddenly felt a stab of fear in the possibility of me getting stuck in the entrance. He was smaller than me, and he barely fit. I would never live it down if I got stuck with my feet dangling into the black void below, “Come on McKay. What are you waiting for?”

“I just wanted to make sure you were okay before I jumped,” I lied. I pushed myself through the entrance sucking in my gut, so that I could squeeze through, and I landed on my feet in the dark cavern.

“Oh, this is stellar McKay. The ground is soaking wet. You call this more comfortable? We should have just stayed where we were. At least there was fresh air in the first chamber.”

“Sorry, but I bet the ground is wet because we’re near an underground water source, which could lead to a river or stream.”

“I bet you are right Doc. Seems you’re a master at betting. Remind me to take you to Vegas if we ever get back to Earth.”

I ignored his harsh comment, and instead surveyed the dark chamber with my flashlight. I immediately saw unlit torches along the wall, “Why don’t you light those, so I can give the batteries a break?”

Without hesitation, he lit two of the torches, and the chamber was filled with the light of the dancing flames and a strong unidentifiable odor. There were more of the unrecognizable drawings on the walls, and there was an altar of stone in the center of the room, “This must have been some sort of religious temple in the past. I’m sure they used the altar for a sacred ritual.”

“Like a sacrifice?”

“Possibly, but it’s been abandoned for centuries I suspect.”

“What makes you think that McKay? You don’t know anything about these people or this planet.”

I couldn’t take anymore of the insults, “What is your problem Sheppard? Why are you being such a dick? It’s not my fault we fell into this hole or that we’re stuck here together!”

“Maybe if you hadn’t have bet against me; we wouldn’t be here right now!”

“Well I did, and we’ll just have to make the most of it! Now why don’t you stop whining and complaining and look to see if you can find another way out of here?”

He completely ignored me and instead put his weapon on the ground, lifted himself up onto the altar and sat on the edge. I noticed that his feet we dangling off of the ground. I couldn’t understand what had gotten into him. He was acting like…well…like me! He wasn’t interested in helping, and all he offered to me were insults and complaints. I on the other hand, was becoming more acceptable of our situation, and I suddenly lost interest in trying to locate an exit. I was perfectly content in the damp poorly-lit chamber, and I leaned against the wall watching his legs swinging back and forth. I realized that he was frustrated with the situation, while I was apathetic. He was stubborn about accepting my apology, while I was willing to forgive. Finally, he was bored out of his mind, while I was so horny I was afraid I would lose mine.

A part of me knew that the feelings I felt were unnatural for me. I knew there was something interfering with my thought processes, but I didn’t try to fight it. I wondered if it was happening to him as well. I couldn’t remember ever seeing him so frustrated and angry, so perhaps he was being affected. I knew that I should investigate the cause of our emotional state, but the rock-hard erection in my pants kept me from doing it. Beyond my control, my eyes followed the length of his legs up to his hips, which were in a perfect location for fucking. I found myself staring at his crotch and hoping for him to spread his thighs farther apart, so that I could get a better look at the place I so wanted to be in.

“Do you smell that McKay?”

I couldn’t stop staring at him even as he asked the question again, “Hello, Earth to McKay. Do you smell that?”

I looked up at his face, and smiled at his annoyed glare, “It the water Sheppard. I told you that we are near a river or stream.”

He was oblivious to my lusty stare, “So why don’t we try to find it? I’m bored.”

“No! We’re not leaving tonight.”

“We’re not leaving tonight? I thought I was the one here making the decisions.”

I realized my mistake, “I meant that we shouldn’t leave tonight. It’s dark outside, we don’t know where the underground water is coming from, and it’s raining cats and dogs above the ground. We should just stay here tonight and start out first thing in the morning,” I didn’t know what had overcome me, but I wasn’t going to leave until I was satisfied.

“Fine, we can stay here, but that smell is not water McKay. It’s sweet and it’s giving me a headache.”

“I feel fine,” I lied licking my lips slowly; “I think you are just stressed. Why don’t you lie down on the altar and get some rest.”

For a change he did as I asked, and I watched him lie back on the stone slab putting his hands behind his neck for a pillow. I stared a few moments longer; watching his chest rise and fall with each breath, and his legs falling further apart as his muscles relaxed. I knew that I would have to move quick if I was too get my release. He was trained military, while I was a pompous, arrogant, scientist who thought he knew everything. It was funny how the scientist in me didn’t even try to stop what was getting ready to happen. My mind was primal and acting on impulse; rather than being logical and thinking through everything.

I approached “Sleeping Beauty” cautiously taking survey of my surroundings. His P-90 was on the floor, but I knew that he had a back-up in an ankle holster, and he had a knife behind his back. I knew that I had to trap his hands immediately, so I bounced on him with all of my weight grabbing his arms roughly. He awoke instantly and tried to buck me off of him, but I was too heavy for him.

“What the hell are you doing McKay?”

“I’m getting ready to fuck you John. Is that okay with you?” I expected to hear profanity and protests from below, but instead he just smiled at me, “Did you hear me Sheppard? I said that I was going to fuck you.”

He relaxed in my grip, “It’s about damn time McKay. I was wondering if you were ever going to get the balls to make the first move.”

“You want this? You want me inside of you?”

“Why not? Neither one of is getting any action in this galaxy. We might as well use each other for pleasure.”

“You can get action John. You just choose not to do it. I on the other hand, can’t get anyone to notice me.”

“It’s because you’re always blabbing on about something. Now, shut up and fuck me already McKay.”

I kissed him violently bruising his lips in the process. I sucked on them hard, and shoved my tongue into his hot mouth, “God, I am so fucking horny. You’re driving me crazy.” I continued possessing his mouth and arched neck, while I yanked off his boots and pants. I wasn’t in the mood to tease him or to take my time, “I hope you’re ready for me Sheppard because I’m not going to be all sweet and soft with you.”

“That works for me McKay,” he stated yanking me down between his spread naked legs. I bent down, spread his cheeks apart, took a moment to appreciate the tight puckered entrance, and spat on it. I shoved a finger inside his tight entrance without warning, and he arched his back off the altar in pain. Part of me knew that he deserved better than to be violated and used like this, but the other part of me didn’t care. The fact that he wanted me to do it to him like this made me even hotter.

“You like that Major?” I asked shoving three fingers cruelly into his channel. He moaned in appreciation as I twisted my fingers upwards brushing over his prostate, “Oh, you definitely liked that didn’t you?”

“Yes…”

“Well, you’re going to like this even more,” I announced unzipping my pants and pulling out my hard length. I coated myself with my own spit and shoved my throbbing cock into his sweet little hole, “Fuck yes…oh damn you feel so fucking good on my dick.”

I looked down at him not surprised to find his eyes closed in agony, and it looked as if he was holding his breath in pain. It was obviously some form of pain control. I knew that I had ripped him with my entry, and I knew that he would be walking awkwardly for couple of days. I should have felt remorse with my treatment of him, but I couldn’t allow myself to feel that sort of weakness. He was mine to use as I pleased, and I enjoyed hurting him.

I grabbed his legs, roughly pushed his legs to his chest, and pounded into him mercilessly hard. I heard his breath catch when I hit his prostate with my dick, and his eyes snapped open, and his lips curled up into a smile. He was totally getting off on the brutality of our union, and I knew I wouldn’t last long with that sexy smile on his face.

“Shoot it on me when you cum,” he begged, “I want to see what I’m doing to you.”

“I’ll shoot it in your mouth or your ass. Those are your only options,” I confidently informed the little slut who was driving me over into a blinding orgasm.

“Shoot it in my mouth McKay. I want to taste you,” he opened his mouth and stuck out his tongue waiting to catch my warm spunk. I pulled out of his ass, approached his mouth, and let the slut have all of juices. I smiled when I purposely missed and shot it on his face, then his tongue, and into his mouth. When I was spent, I stroked his face with my cock rubbing in the sticky seed. I wanted him to know that he had been marked and claimed by me. It was after this that I took the time to see if he had achieved pleasure, and he had without being touched.

I didn’t want talk to about our actions just yet, “Get some sleep. We’ll talk about this later.”

He stared at me for a moment in hesitation, but he turned over onto his side, and promptly fell asleep without being asked twice. I smiled at his cooperation, and wrapped my arm around his chest. I buried my face into his neck and settled my chest up against his back. I was suddenly too tired to stay awake, and I quickly joined him in sleep.

************************************************************************************************************************

When I awoke the next morning, the torches had been extinguished, the smell or toxic had dissipated, and the Major was digging with his knife into the wall. He had the flashlight on, and I watched him for a moment as he dug into the wet dirt. I didn’t feel the overwhelming desire for him like I had the night before, but the lust was still there, like it always had been, and I knew that the toxin had given me the courage to take what I had always wanted, but I wasn’t sure how he felt about the union.

“I found water McKay. I think the underground source is on the other side of this wall.”

I got off of the altar, zipped up my pants, and walked over towards him, “How are you feeling?”

He stopped digging, “A little sore, but good. I figured out the smell was coming from the torches. I guess we poisoned ourselves last night.”

“I don’t regret what happened last night. I just regret how it happened. You didn’t deserve to be taken like that. I’m sorry if I hurt you.”

“It’s okay. I could have stopped you if I wanted to,” he said as he returned to his digging.

I watched him as he got muddier by the moment. There was a trickling of water coming through the mud, and it was running down his hands onto his legs, “No you couldn’t have. I was prepared to take you by force last night. The fact that you didn’t fight me meant nothing to me. Whatever we were breathing made me violent. Didn’t you feel it?”

“I could have stopped you McKay, but I didn’t want to,” he reiterated.

I put my hands up in defeat, “Okay, I guess you could have if you really wanted to.” We both knew that I was a liar, but if it made him feel better about the event than so be it.

As the water broke lose, and the small underground stream was exposed, he looked at me and smiled, “Besides, if I had stopped you last night then I wouldn’t be getting my twenty dollars from Ford today.”

“Excuse me?” I asked as he pulled himself through the small opening he had made in the wall. I watched him standing in the stream waving for me to come after him.

“It seems like you’re not the only one here who can win a bet. Now, get your ass in here so we can get out of here.”

“What kind of bet did you make with Ford?” I asked as I approached him. The water splashed as we walked through the small stream. He completely ignored my question obviously enjoying the payback.

We walked for about an hour when we heard the rushing water from below. He pointed to a small hole a few yards away that allowed us to drop into the running water below, “Tell me about the bet in case we don’t make it Sheppard.”

“It’s a small underground river that will drop us into a lake through a waterfall or something. We’re not going to die.”

“What if the waterfall is fifty feet high?”

“Well, maybe it’s not a waterfall. Maybe we’ll come across a well first, and we can pull ourselves up to the surface.”

“Just tell me about the damn bet!”

“Fine, Ford and I betted on whom you would fuck first. I won! Now let’s get going.”

“I should be pissed at you for assuming anything about my sex life, but I find myself flattered that you two talk about that kind of stuff when I’m not around.”

“Well, we do. Now, let’s make the plunge and hope for the best.”

Just before he jumped, I grabbed his arm, “Just for the record, I would never fuck Ford. That was easy money for you.”

He smiled knowingly, “I know it was, but try telling him that.”

I let him go, and he jumped into the small river below. I quickly followed him not in fear of his bad luck, but instead I found myself grateful for his uncanny ability to get himself into trouble. I wished that all of his bad experiences were as rewarding and as satisfying as this one had been, and I was betting that there would more opportunities to experience more of Sheppard’s bad luck and perhaps more of Sheppard.

The End
