Summary: Olivia and Fin are working closely together on a rape case which causes then to get close in more than one
way.
Warnings: Some seens in this will be very sexually graphic

It seemed like a slow day at svu. Olivia was at court testifiying at a rape trial. Elliot was finishing up
some paper work and Munch and Fin where just hanging out when a young woman who was badly beaten up came in. Fin
and Munch ran to her side, she could barely walk so Fin picked her up and carried her to a chair and had Munch call
for an ambulence.

"What happened to you," Fin asked.

"My husband...." stammered The girl "He is going to kill me."

"Who is your husband? What is your name?" asked Fin.

"The ambulance is on the way," Munch said, "This is bad. Who could hurt someone like this?"

"My name is Theresa, my husband is Senator Kelly."

"Oh thats just great!!! Someone with p AND AND money," Fin exclaimed, "The punk probably thinks he can get away
with murder"

"Thats the thing," Theresa said, "he can and will kill me when he finds out I was here"

"No he won't," said Capt Cragen, "My detectives will see to that."

"Do you have any family you can stay with?" asked Stabbler.

"No, my parents died last year in a car crash, my sister in the towers, and my parents wonlyonly children."

The paremedics came in with the streacher. Fin piked her up to put her on it and the medics started to try and
make her cofortable.

"Captine I'm going to the hospitail with her to get a full statment of what happened," Fin said.

"Okay, Munch you go with him."

After the doctors are finished with there examination Theresa explains to Detectives that ever scince her
parents death her husband has beaten her up on a regular bassis. He had, over time, run off all of her friends so
she had no one to turn to when the abuse started. He wouldn't let her work so she had no money for herself and he
wouldn't give her any money to do anything with. The only time she got to shop was when he was with her and they
had someone that did all the grocery shopping for them. The bank accounts where all in his name and she was not
allowed access to any of them for any reason. This time afer beating her almost to death he went and droped her
off in an ally near the precenct and left her for dead. The hospital wanted to keep her over night so Fin offered
to stay with her and make sure her husband didn't come to get her. Olivia came up that night to see if he needed
a break and brought a couple of officers to stand out side the door. Through it all she really wished it was her
Fin was paying attintion to.

"How she holding up?"

"Okay I guess. She is scard out of her mind though."

"Can you really blame her Fin? She has been terriorized by the man that she loved."

"How could any one blame her? I have a half a mind to go do to him what he did to her!!"

"What would that solve?"

"Other than showing him how she feels? nothin'."

"Fin!!"

"What? The son of a bitch deservis it. She could barly walk!!"

"You are upset, why don't you go home and get dome sleep"

"I won't be able to sleep. You know she is only 23 and look at what he did to her!! I just can't understand why
someone would do this to her."

"It is hard to understand but you can't get so involved."

"Your one to talk Olivia."

"You need to get some rest go home Fin. If you want you can stay with me."

"Thanks 'Liv but not untill the bastards behind bars for good"

"Casey is working on the warrent right know."

Just then Olivia's phone rings, she answers and listens for a minute.

"Okay we're on our way (hangs up) the warrents up come on I think you want to be in on arresting this guy"

When they got to the condo Senator Kelly acted suprised to see them, but being the good detectives they are could
tell that it was just an act.

"If you didn't do why didn't you file a missing person report punk?" Fnn asked.

"Because she takes off from time to time and always comes back," explained Sen. Kelly.

"Why? Because you threaten to kill her if she doesn't," accussed Stabler.

"I would never do that!" Kelly exlaimed.

"Like when Clinton didn't inhale?" asked Munch.

"Or never sleeped with Monica Luwinscy," said Olivia

"I want to call my attorny!!"

"You can do that at the precinct," Fin said.

"Hey! Those cuffs are hurting me"

"Tough luck!"-satbler

Latter at the precinct..........

"Whats the deal with you Fin?"-Munch

"What do you mean?"

"You seem to be taking this case personally."

"I use to watch my father beat the shit out of my mother. It wasn't a pretty sight. I vowed never to be like him.
I was the happiest person alive the day he left. Now to see someone doing the same thing to someone so young......

"How old where you when he left?"

"I was eight. I was the man of the house then. I was tweleve when I got my first job to help mom out. My dad
never payed a dime of child support or did any thing to help me and mom out. He didn't care about us, just getting
drunk and his whore's."

...Just then Capt. Cragen walks in.....

"Hey Fin the vic. is awake and asking for you."

"Okay Captin."

....At the hospitale....

"Hey Theresa, how are you felling this morning."

"Better, they said I could go home this afternoon, but I can't face that house"

"Well we will figure something out for mean while lets get you a hotel room."

"Really it wouldn't be a problem?"

"Not at all!!"

....The next morning at the precenct......

"How's Theresa holding up, finn?"- Olivia

"As well as can be expected."- fin

"You like her don't you?"-Olivia(wishing no was the answer)

"She's a sweet girl."-Fin

"That doesnt answer the question."-Munch

"Listen its not like that."-Fin

"Somebody is touchy today."- Stabler

"Why don't you guy just drop it?"

"Fin, Alex wants to talk to the vic. When will she be ready?"-Capt. Cragen

"I'll go get her."

"I'll go with him."-Olivia

.....In the car all Olivia can think about is how much she wants towithwith him but what she doesn't know is that
he feels the same way and doesn't know how to tell her that he wants to ride her all night long....

"I know this probably doesn't make a differance but I believe you about Theresa."- Olivia

"Thanks 'Liv."

"Where did she stay last night?"

"In a motel not far from here."

"Your paying for it aren't you?"

"Yes, but its better than her staying at her house or mine for that matter."

........He looked at Olivia thoughtfully and then looked away kinda bashfully.........

"What is it Fin?"

"nothi.......well, what are you doing tonight?"

"Tonight? nothing, why?"

"Come over to my place and you'll see."

"Odafin are you asking me out?"-Olivia couldn't contain her excitment

"Yes I am, do you want to."

"I'll be there."

................That night Fin had everything set up nice, candels, flowers, candy, and his specialty speggetti.
He wanted the mood to be perfect.......as he lit the last candlr the door bell rang, it was Olivia.....

"Oh my gosh!!"Olivia exclamed as she walked in, "Its beautiful in here!"

......They ate dinner and afterwards sat in his living room talking about nothing praticular until Fin felt the
need to get to why he really wanted her here for......

"Olivia can I be honest with you."

"You know you can Odafin."

"Well you see ever scince i first saw you I have been in love with you. I have wanted nothing more than to be with you in every way possible including.....well....sexually."

"Realy!?!" Olivia exclaimed not able to contain her exitment,"Fin I feel the same way about you!"

....A relived Fin moved to her side and kissed her. As they kissed he undid her bloose and bra and started to rub

...........Captin Cragen walks in just then........

y, gy, guys Theresa's back in the hospital."

"What happened?" Fin asked.

"Her husband made bail."

"Oh no I'm going to see her and find out what happened."

"Hey I need to finish paper work I can't go with you," munch

"I will" olivia

..............What had happened is that once Senator Kelly had made bail he did try to kill his wife. He seemed to
be a man of his word. The good news was because of the atack his bail had been revoked and would sit in jail
during the trail. Luckaly for Theresa Fin had told the holet manager what was going on with her and they were able
to stop the attack before he killed her...........At the end of the trial Senator Kelly was convicted of two counts
of attempted murder......
