Lucas pulled off his clothes, grimacing in disgust as he lifted his shirt over his head since it was covered with various foods from the Halloween Party at Will’s school. How Sami had managed to drag him into that situation in the first place was beyond him, then again Sami had a way of making him get into situations he would have never dreamed of if she wasn’t involved in them one way or another. The woman had more influence over him than he dared admit to anyone, especially to her.
Sami wasn’t even here with him in the deserted gym and yet Lucas couldn’t get her off his mind. Visions of Sami slinging food at those self righteous parents and Will’s teacher almost made him laugh out loud in retrospect over how ridiculous they both looked after everything was said and done with both of them having to make a quick escape before Will’s teacher Ms. Bryce called the police on them. He only hoped Will wouldn’t be more embarrassed than he already seemed to be of them after they left the party, both going their separate ways instead of leaving together.
Maybe he should have taken Sami up on her offer of a ride home, then shook his head, he shouldn’t let himself get too attached to her like he’d become this past summer. He almost thought they had a shot at some kind of relationship, and then Sami had withdrawn away from him even more after receiving annulment papers from Brandon. How he hated Brandon, the man didn’t even come around when Sami was hurt, yet he still had her heart. What Lucas wouldn’t do to be the one Sami cared about, but he knew it was impossible; it would take a miracle for Sami to unharden her heart and let him in.
Lucas mused it was way past time to quit thinking about Sami, even if he knew it was a hopeless cause. He couldn’t stop thinking about that vixen if he tried.

He stepped into the shower, letting the water slide over his body as he began to wash away the goop from his hair. At least the warm water would take away the mess if not his wayward thoughts of Sami. He closed eyeseyes and began to wash his hair, not hearing someone else approach him while he was in the shower.

Sami didn’t know what had possessed her to change her mind and follow Lucas to the gym, but for some strange reason she didn’t want to be alone tonight. It was Halloween, Will didn’t want her anywhere around him after the class party fiasco, and she hadn’t bought any candy to give out in case anyone was trick or treating. Not that she guessed many people would dare to venture to her or Lucas’ apartments for candy since they were branded as suspects in the serial killings, but then again this was Salem, anything was possible.
So she sought out the company of the one person she could be herself around, Lucas Roberts, even if he aggravated her to the point of distraction most times. Maybe he could help her forget her problems for just a while; she had way too much time on her hands and didn’t want to think anymore.
Sami went into the gym, noting how quiet and dark it was. She guessed most people had already worked out and had left to start their weekends. The exercise room was deserted, so she checked out the locker room to see if Lucas was around. The locker room was empty too, but she heard the sounds of water running from the shower area.
She ventured forward to the sound of water and took in the view of Lucas showering.
If she was smart she’d turn around and leave before she made a fool of herself. She still couldn’t believe she’s offered Lucas a ride home and then the mild disappointment she felt when he said that he’d just go to the gym.
Sami hadn’t seen Lucas naked in years and she had to admit he was one fine looking man. Damn she couldn’t believe she hadn’t noticed how sexy he was, there was no doubt she’d been missing out. Taking a deep breath, Sami decided to do the unimaginable and get into the shower with Lucas. All she needed was a diversion from her current problems and watching him bathe, Sami deduced that Lucas could fit that bill rather nicely for her.
out out further ado, Sami stripped down, shedding her food stained clothes and tossing them in a pile. For an instant her reasoning reclaimed her and she almost backed out, then forged onward determined to give Lucas the shock of his life when she stepped into the shower with him. Seeing the look of surprise on his face would be worth it all anyway.

“What in the hell?” Lucas uttered, opening his eyes wide with shock as Sami approached him.
“Now I could think of other words more appropriate than that to use,” Sami chided as she closed the distance between them and gave Lucas a naughty grin.
“Such as?” Lucas asked, still not sure he was having a fantasy of Sami being there with him or if she really was standing straight in front of him in all of her naked glory.
“How about something along the lines of hello or even Happy…”
He cut her words off before she could even finish her sentence and pressed her up against the wall of the shower, kissing her with such abandon that it took her breath away. Sami could feel his long, hard length pressing against her body, could feel his hands roving over her and she was fiercely glad she’d thrown caution to the wind as she started kissing Lucas back.

This was insanity, Sami’s mind warned her, but she was the one who had std thd this and she couldn’t have stopped herself from being with Lucas any more than she suspected he could. Sami pulled back for a moment and saw the way Lucas was looking at her with a mixture of want and need that she had never seen from any other man.
“What kind of game are you playing with me Sami?” Lucas asked, his dark eyes smoldering with desire for her.
“Apparently a very dangerous one,” Sami answered honestly as she began to run her hands down his arms and then touched his waist, tracing the rock hard abs until she reached his manhood. “Do you want me Lucas?”
“What do you think?” Lucas countered back with a question of his own for her as he raised her up slightly and positioned himself to enter her. “Or should the question be, do you want me Sami?”
Sami paused momentarily as Lucas kept himself poised outside her entrance and waited for her to answer him. When she didn’t reply, Lucas held himself back from taking her like he so desperately wanted to.
“I’m waiting,” Lucas groaned half out of frustration, but more out of his need to hear Sami admit she wanted him as badly as he’d wanted her.
“Yes, dammit, I want you Lucas,” Sami admitted.
“As long as we’re both sure on what we want,” Lucas grinned and then drove forward into her with a deep thrust that filled Sami completely. She inhaled sharply the feeling was so intense. Lucas waited a moment for Sami to adjust to him being inside her then started to move slowly at first, until her moans urged him on to go faster, to not stop, to never stop until finally her orgasm overtook her and she slumped against him, feeling the sensations of the water streaming over them.
Lucas kissed her again, pressing them even closer as he felt his control slipping and he climaxed within her, not wanting the moment to end, but powerless to stop it from happening.

Finally the water cooled along with their ardor and Lucas released Sami. She slid down the wall, somewhat dumbfounded over how great sex with Lucas was and wondering why she hadn’t taken the initiative to seek him out long before now.
Lucas crouched down beside her, fearing Sami was already regretting what happened between them, but was pleasantly surprised to see her smiling.
“I guess I should tell you Happy Halloween,” Sami grinned as she started to smile.
“Now was this a trick or a treat?” Lucas asked as he pulled her up and turned off the water to the shower.
“I’ll let you decide that later on at my apartment,” Sami purred as reached for a towel to wrap around her as they got dried off and left to go to Sami’s place together to see what else might happen between them.
