.Charity's first victory.

Part 7.......Charity's first victory.

Charity woke just as the sun was rising and looked at the beautiful man asleep by her side. She hardly dared believe sometimes that he was her husband nor that they had been married now for a full 2 weeks.

Gradually she was getting to know this troubled soul who had captured her heart. He was certainly no angel.
He had a foul temper though he considered it unacceptable to hit a woman. Unless she hit first.
He was vain, arrogant and could be cruel with distressing ease. However, she was enough of a realist to know that as he was in the business of upholding the law then ruthlessness was part of the job. If this could only be channelled in the right direction..............
She was growing in understanding of his motivations too. His unhappy childhood devoid of love after his Mother's death and never made up for.
His desperate need to regain dignity and respect for his family name with position and power.
Vasey his only means of getting these things was clung to in the absence of family and friends. And Vasey had ensured Guy's loyalty by involving him in crimes for which he could be hanged. Silence depending on Vasey's pleasure.
Well he was alone and friendless no longer. He had her now and there were others who might become friends given the chance.

Through the closed window shutters she could see the red/gold light of the rising sun.
Impulsively she climbed out of bed and opened the shutters to flood the room with the shining rays.
Her slumbering husband seemed to glow as his skin reflected the light. All the muscles that felt so marvellous under her fingers shown in unsparing detail.

She stood at the window perusing a waking world. Unable to resist frequent looks back at the vision on the bed.

Guy had been part way between asleep and awake and Charity rising from bed was enough to close the gap.
Feigning to still be asleep he watched her move to the window and open it. He had always liked curves on a woman and Charity's were to his mind perfect. The way her breasts and soft round buttocks quivered as she moved..........
He was already hard with wanting to use the privy but as he looked at Charity leaning out of the open window, her soft round a**e so tempting, he got harder still.
He quietly slid from the bed and went to empty his bladder. Sure enough still hard as ever afterwards and he walked towards the source of his arousal.

' Looking over your domain My Lady ?' He purred into her ear.

Robin Hood and Alan a Dale had been hunting a young stag who had sussed their game and wasn't wanting to play.
He had led them a wild goose chase for a good half hour and now he broke out of the tree cover. Running faster than even Robin's arrow he flew across an expanse of Loxley Manor's grounds and back amongst the trees.
A dispirited Robin threw down his bow.
' Rabbit again then'. Alan quipped drily. 'Good job we all like it'.

Robin led the way around the grounds. There would be plenty of rabbits out feeding at this hour.
This was his family's home if all were as it should be and he always said that Gisborne should be frequently reminded of the fact and there was a savage pleasure in finding ways to do so.

Ears pricked for the sound of Gisborne's guards and eyes peeled for rabbits Robin was on full alert. So the sound of clucking fowl came to him easily.
' Better than rabbit eh ?' He grinned.
It was a shock to hear Alan say. ' No Rob. We can't take any of them'. Robin stared as if he'd never seen Alan before.
' Are you telling me that Gisborne needs.........' he counted the birds.......
' 42 hens ? That would give 2 hens to each household in the village and still have 2 left over'.

Allan looked serious. ' Quite a co incidence isn't it ? Giz having enough hens for the village as well as him'.
Robin gave a derisive laugh. ' Oh no. Don't tell me you think that Guy of Gisborne is providing chicken and eggs for the village ?'
Alan looked at him solemnly. ' Sit down Robin. There's something I have to tell you.
I knew I'd have to eventually'.
Robin sat of a log and looked in dreadful expectation at his friend.

' Most of those hens are for the village as well as some other animals and there's going to be veggies planted too.' Allan was in his stride now.
' Giz finally okayed the idea but it came from........His wife.
Giz is married Rob. It's been 2 weeks now. Me and Will saw her when she first arrived. She's the lady that gave us money from her dowry.'

Robin's voice seemed to come from far away. ' And how does one of my gang know so much about Lady Gisborne's business ?'

' We saw her maid Niamh in the forest a few days after the wedding. She told us what her lady wants to do for the village and asked if we would help.
Will didn't think it was a good idea...........but I had an ulterior motive.'

Allan's blue eyes lit up now. ' It's Niamh. She's beautiful and she and I are.......I suppose you could call it courting.
Lady Giz is a good sort Rob. She wants to help the people here and she wants to sort Giz himself out. Get him away from Vasey and so on'.

Robin gave another hollow laugh. ' She sounds like an idiot to me. Thinking that a rotten to the core b****rd like Gisborne can change'.

' She loves him though'. Allan replied. 'I think that if anyone can give him the incentive to change then it's her. Niamh reckons he's falling for her too'.

' She is an idiot then'. Robin answered. Picking up 4 rabbit's he'd just shot.
But all the way back to camp and for the rest of the day he was absent mindedly deep in thought.

Guy's long elegant finger slid smoothly between his wife's labia drawing a soft gasp from her. ' So wet already? ' He murmured silkily. ' What have you been thinking of ?'

' I was looking at you on the bed. All bathed in sunlight.'
She gave a moan of pleasure as Guy's thumb found her clit and she rubbed back against his hand.
' Come for me darling'. Guy leaned in to her ear. ' There's only the forest to hear you as well as me........Tell me how it feels'.

And Charity's whimpers built up to a keening unrestrained howl of ecstasy as she writhed against Guy's finger and thumb.
She had barely finished shuddering before Guy put a footstool under her feet and his finger was slowly replaced by the wider girth and greater length of his c0ck.

He held still for a few moments running his hands over her hips and buttocks and reaching forward to feel her breasts fall into his hands like ripe fruits.

' You look so gorgeous there'. He groaned softly as his hips began to rock slowly. His c0ck glistening with her juices.
' I wish someone would walk past right now'. He continued, his voice humming with lust.
' I'd love every man in Nottingham to see how sexy My Lady looks bending over with my c0ck in your c*nt.
All desiring you. Their c0cks hard as they want to f*ck you.
But they'll never know how good you feel because you're all mine. And I'm all yours.'

Charity was quivering again as another orgasm began to wash over her.
'Yes Guy....... ' she gave a heart felt moan. ' Oh yes..... I'm yours all yours'.

Vasey had sent Guy out on business and was catching up on some letters that had just arrived.
The first he picked up had the seal of the Earl of Leicester. he cut through the wax and unrolled the parchment.
He'd only get through half of the message before he went into a frankly childish fit.

The matter of Lady Gisborne's dowry had been looked into. ( How did the Earl know about that?)
And he was required to have given ¾ of the money to Sir Guy. An audit would be done to ensure that the present deficit was paid.

When Guy returned to the castle he found himself sent for as soon as Gaius had been stabled.

He walked into the Sheriff's office to be met be a wave of foul temper.
' It seems that someone has been writing complaining letters to the Earl of Leicester.
Saying that I'm a very bad man who hasn't given enough of Lady Gisborne's dowry to you bla di bla di bla. Now who could it have been I wonder ?
Not you obviously. You haven't the brains to come up with an idea like that.............'

Insults and sarcasm turned to viciousness. ' What have you been telling your wife Gisborne ?' He grabbed Guy's leather in a white knuckled fist. ' It was her. I swear it was'.

Guy tried hard not to smile. Charity's letter had worked. It had bl**dy well worked.
And he could honestly answer 'nothing My Lord. Finance is hardly the stuff of pillow talk.'

Well he hadn't told her had he ? She had asked Thornton and he had given her the details. She had discussed it with Guy but he had given her no new information.

Vasey was pacing, burning with nervous energy. ' It had to be her that did it. Who else ? '
Oh he would be having words with Clitheroe about this. The man had been adamant that Charity would be no trouble. Vasey would hardly know she was there. Ha !

He dismissed Guy. Who as he departed failed to prevent the merest of smiles from curves his lips.

The Sheriff decided it was time he showed Lady Gisborne who really held her husband's leash.

Robin's mind burned with the injustice that his beautiful Marian lay buried in the Holy Land instead of being here with him. And the man who had killed her was living in wedded bliss.

From the morning he'd heard about Gisborne's marriage all though of killing Gisborne himself had flown.
Better still thought Robin to make him live with the torment of losing the one he loved.
She would be killed in front of Guy. Her life ebbing away in his arms. Robin would go to Loxely alone tonight and confront the Gisbornes in bed.

***********************************************

' Lady Gisborne. You are a genius and I salute you.'

Guy swept his wife into his arms and she was treated to the sound of a real genuinely happy laugh flowing from him. ' I wish you could have seen how angry Vasey was. It was fantastic'.
He smiled at her and sat her on his lap so he could kiss her.
He broke off in the middle however and looked at her with such concern on his face that she wanted to weep. ' He's guessed that you sent the letter. 'He told her.
' We've got to be careful. Vasey's a dangerous enemy to have.'

Charity studied him. Eyes soft and dreamy. ' I'm not afraid. I have my Black Knight to protect me'.

Guy stroked a hand over the softness of Charity's face. He knew he was falling in love and it felt good. ' I'm so glad I accepted Vasey's demand and agreed to this marriage'. He replied before returning to his kissing of her.
