Dean's True Love Ch7
The new Winchester trio made their way to the diner after a very annoying discussion over who got to sit in front with Dean. Sam won because he didn't fit so well in the backseat, freakishly long legs and all. Mara sighed in defeat and layed out on the back seat ignoring Dean telling her to wear a seatbelt. He gave up after a few minutes, the diner was only five minutes away and he was too tired to fight about it. On the way back though she'd be wearing it if he had to put it on her himself.
Course Dean wanted Sam in the front seat with him because then they could randomly touch each other and with Sam being so close he could smell him. Course all of this only tortured his aching cock, he wanted to kiss Sam so badly and he knew Sam felt the same way.
They pulled into the diner and Mara jumped out of the car, her stomach rumbling."Thank god, I'm dying here." Sam shook his head, highly amused as he leaned over and popped the trunk and started for the back of the car.
"Dude what are you after?" Dean asked as he waited by the door of the diner, holding onto Mara's hoodie so she didn't run in without them. Sam looked over at them as he lifted the lid to the trunk.
"I threw my green hoodie in here, I want it." Dean rolled his eyes at the answer and then at Mara tugging on her shirt to go inside.
"Children." He mumbled under his breath.
Sam leaned into the trunk and smirked when he saw two pieces of kid size luggage in hot pink with a design of black skulls and crossbones all over them. Sam yanked his hoodie out from under them and headed to the door."So I assume the hot pink luggage is Mara's...unless you have something to tell me big brother." Dean rolled his eyes again as Mara giggled and shoved the door open. She ran over to a table, sat down and stared at the menu with great interest. The brothers walked over and sat with her. Sam sat next to her and Dean across from him.
Mara looked up and was about to say something when all thought left her mind as she stared over at a
teenaged boy in a leather jacket, who was playing with his lighter at a table across from them. He looked up and saw Mara staring at him, he smiled softly and waved slightly at her. Sam looked at her funny and then looked in the direction she did. He grinned when he saw the blonde kid, he kind of reminded Sam of Dean, he was all attitude. "So Mara..see anything you like?" He bit his lip not to burst out laughing when the little girl turned three different shades of red and looked back down at the menu.
"Shut up uncle Sammy." She mumbled as she tried not to look up. Dean looked over at the two of them and tilted his head slightly.
"Ok, what did I miss?" Sam shook his head and waved the waitress over.
"Nothing dude, just bugging her." Dean shrugged and gave the waitress a charming grin, as he placed his order. Under the table however his foot had found Sam's leg which was more of a reason for Dean's grin than the waitress. Sam barely noticed the normal charm Dean was using on the waitress, he was mostly noticing the heat of Dean's leg through the denim as it started to rub against his. Sam ordered his breakfast, but Mara rolled her eyes at her father's grin and smiled up at the waitress as well and ordered.
As they were waiting for their food and Mara had gone back to staring dreamily at the boy. However a blonde girl wearing a light pink shirt a size too small, at least for her breasts, bounced over to the boy and sat with him. She giggled over something he said and cuddled into him. No one really noticed except Mara, she glared at the two of them and when the girl raised her cup of coffee the cup cracked and then fell apart, covering her nice pink shirt in dark brown coffee. The boys glanced up at the girl's squeal to see what was wrong. Since it was of no interest to them they went back to talking about the ghouls. Sam glanced over at Mara and noticed the huge smirk on her face.
"Mara, did you do that?" She looked up at him with huge innocent eyes and blinked. Of course she did it, but there was no way in hell she wanted to get in trouble for it.
"Uncle Sammy, how could you think that?" He looked at her for a moment and then shrugged, dismissing it. Mara went back to grinning as she watched the girl whine over her shirt.
The waitress brought over their food and the three Winchesters devoured it in no time. Sam and Dean took longer than Mara because they were having a conversation about the ghouls while they were eating.
Dean shoved the last bite of waffle in his mouth."So it's settled then, Sammy and I will go out after dark to kill the ghouls and you baby girl will stay in the motel room, protected by symbols and salt." He nodded as he chewed the waffle, Sam nodded in agreement as he finished his own breakfast. Of course Mara now glared at the two of them.
"That is not fair, I want to go with you...the hotel room is no fun.." She whined and crossed her arms. Mara was tired and didn't want to be agreeable.
Dean shook his head as he wiped his hands on his jeans. "Baby, you are too young for this. You can't fight yet."
Mara brought her head up and sat up straight."Uncle Sammy went on hunts when he was younger than I am now." She lifted her chin in defiance, a movement very much like the man she was talking about. Dean looked over at Sam and he was using a napkin to wipe his mouth.
"Mara, I was trained to use knives and guns since I was four. I knew how to hunt at age eight, you have no training hon...we can't risk you getting hurt." Sam smiled softly at her as he spoke, he knew how it felt to want to be involved in the hunt but couldn't go. However despite how much sense the words made Mara refused to listen, she kept complaining and whining about it as she tried to hide her yawns.
Dean finally couldn't stand it anymore. "Mara, stop it! Sam and I made our decision, just drop it." Mara looked up at Dean, surprised at his tone. She crossed her arms and leaned back in her chair, anger coming off her in waves.
Dean went and paid the bill and when he came back Mara's bottom lip had poked out and there were tears in her eyes. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "Look Mara, if you want Uncle Sammy and I will start to train you to hunt, ok?" Mara's face spread into a wide grin as she jumped up and hugged Dean tight.
"Thank you Dad, that would so rock." Sam smirked at Dean as he stood and started heading for the car.
Dean followed with Mara's hand in his. He wondered if he would ever get used to this dad thing and how easily your kids can manipulate you.
