Chapter six: Attempt to Reassure
‘ In the late of night, just before I close my eyes….” Persephone paused in her soft sing to sob in her hands again, she believed herself to be alone, but Hades watched her from the shadows , watching her depressing movements, the young goddess only slowly rocked herself back and forth on the bed. Knees huddled against her chest. Tears running down her cheeks. Shakily she continued to sing.” ….I cried as you kissed my lips good buy….” And she sobbed again.
It hurt the dark god to know that all he was bringing to her was pain and unhappiness. It pained him to see her like this. He wanted to show her that not all of the Underworld was as bad as Demeter had told her it was. So he slowly approached into the light.” You may venture anywhere you know. “ He started as Persephone stopped crying and stared at him as he continued,” My intent was to have you rule by my side as Goddess of the Underworld.”
Persephone ran her hands along her wet cheeks. “ So…..I’m not a prisoner to this room?”
Hades shook his head,” No you may leave the room, when I retire to bed however you must remain here as well and when you do leave the room you would be accompanied by me.” Persephone only nodded
“ I…” She started,”….like to see the outside of your domain.” She whispered.
Hades smiled gently and offered his hand to her, Persephone slowly accepted and Hades noted that she looked like Tartarus so he decided to make a little suggestion,” You would feel well if you stepped into a nice warm bath.” The young goddess could only nod.

She blushed as she sat relaxed, naked in the bath, which Hades placed in the chambers for her before he had brought her down. So now you would think she was nervous around Hades who was sitting beside her near the largish Jacuzzi like tub. He was just explaining her boundaries…..but she wasn’t nervous at all.
“ Hades please tell me what is Cerberus?” Persephone asked while she washed out her long hair.” The three headed creature I’ve heard of.”
“ There is not much to say. Only that he is a loyal creature with the heart of a puppy.” Hades said with a shrug, “ Persephone.” He started brushing the long wet hair back off her shoulders” I ask for your forgiveness. I had heard you sobbing, I want you to smile.” He whispered. Persephone turned around in the water to face him and stared into his brown eyes. The god continued.” You will find much happiness here as you once found on Earth.” He paused as Persephone turned away.
“ Perhaps .” muttered the young goddess, which brought some sort of hope to the god. Gingerly he leaned down and brushed his lips against her shoulder, bringing slight shivers to Persephone. But also that made her blush slightly and sink herself deeper into the water just as Hades unlatched his black velvet robe coat and lifted the black loose leather shirt over his head, unseen to the goddess and unnoticed he removed his black leather pants and his boots. Then he slowly lowered himself into the water.
Persephone seemed to stunned to say or do anything. Hades body was divine. ( Mmm….fangirl moment….hold on a sec….mmm…done.) The goddess noticed that the God of the Underworld had not one inch of body hair upon him.
Hades smiled at her surprised look,” Demeter sheltered you from God hoods I assume.” He mused.
Persephone giggled and blushed as Hades stood up , his penis erect. Eager to see the eyes staring at it. After her giggling Persephone answered,” No, mother never let me see those.”
Hade sat back down on the little platform in the water,” I hope he’ll sleep soon or else I will have to bury him….” He paused to leer slyly at her.
Persephone didn’t seem to understand, Hades realized this and chuckled nervously feeling now like a jack ass. “ Never mind my statement.” He said and approached Persephone, she stiffened ,” Relax I merely wanted to….” He paused to glance at her startled look and in his hands he offered her a goblet of God Nectar.”…offer you something to drink.” He finished.
“ But…I…can’t ….eat here.”
“ Yes that is true but you can drink.”
“ I don’t trust you.” Persephone glared.” You might try to drug me and have your way with me.”
Hades seemed to inch back from her slightly after she had said that. Though he knew he wasn’t going to pull any sort of shit like he did the night before he asked Zeus for her. So he put the goblet upon the ledge of the pool and backed up, with the intent of having Persephone trust him.
