Here's the new chapter. It's kind of short, but I hope you like it. Timeline updated in chapter. Tell me what you think.

Chapter 6
Sam spent the next week in a daze, running on auto pilot. Dean and Cassie were worried about him, but knew that he would talk to them when he was ready. Both noticed that Sam had been wearing sweatshirts that were far too large for him, but figured that he was just following a trend.
Dean was becoming more concerned because Sam had told him that he had gone to see the doctor, and that he was told he had mono. It made sense to him. It explained why Sam was so under the weather, but Dean didn’t think that Sam needed to sleep in the guest bedroom. He really didn’t mind getting sick if it was for a good reason.
“Sammy, please, come back to bed. I’ll be okay,” Dean told Sam before they headed off for school.
“Not yet Dean. After Christmas break in two weeks, I have another doctor’s appointment. I will after that,” Sam answered. ‘Not a doctor’s appointment I’ll be having,’ he thought. ‘How am I supposed to have a kid on my own?’
“Sammy?” came Dean’s worried voice.
“Huh? Sorry. Zoned. Hey Dean, what do you think about kids?”
Damn. Curve ball. “Um, well, someday I guess, but not any time soon. Why?”
Sam’s heart sank. “No reason. Just wondering.” They left the apartment in silence after that. Dean couldn’t figure out what he had done wrong.
“Hey Cassie, I need to talk to you real quickly,” Dean said as he caught Cassie before she left the school. “Follow me to my office please.” She nodded, already knowing what it was about.
Dean closed the door behind them before he began talking.
“Has Sam talked to you at all? Has he told you what’s wrong? He won’t tell me anything. He asked me about kids this morning, but that’s it,” Dean rushed.
‘Kids?’ she thought. “No to all of the above. If Sam’s not ready to tell us, then he won’t tell us. The only other time he was like this was when his parents died. He didn’t tell me for over a month. He just shut down. Whatever it is, he’ll tell us once he’s dealt with.”
“Okay,” was Dean’s despondent reply before opening the door for Cassie and walking her out.
‘Kids? Why would he ask about kids?’ she thought again, but let it drop. Sam would tell her eventually.
Sam sat on his bed visibly shaking. His body had just ‘cleaned’ itself out. It was the most disgusting thing he had ever experienced, but it did exactly that. He had never felt more ‘pure,’ for lack of a better word, than he did right then. He took a deep breath in, then hauled himself from his bed. He looked down at his gigantic belly, giving a silent laugh.
“Guess you’ll be here soon, huh?” he whispered. He had enough time to get through his first period class and get back home before his water broke. ‘Can’t worry Dean by not showing up. Or Cassie.’
Sam spent the entire period white knuckling his pants, and gritting his teeth together so he wouldn’t scream from the pain of the contractions. He didn’t think they would be so hard so fast. When the bell rang, Sam waited for his contraction to finish before he pushed himself out of his chair, and walked to his car, which he had parked outside of the shop that morning. He didn’t even give Dean a second glance as he got into his car, peeling out of the parking lot.
“You should go after him Dean. Something is seriously wrong.” Cassie said as she stood next Dean watching Sam speed away.
“I’m going to. I already called in for a sub. They’ll be in by middle of third period.”
“Good.”
