Chapter 6- A New Beginning

Sitting on the bed, next to Jay. Amber connected with his eyes, "Jay, what is it?".

"We need to talk, Amber." Jay rubbed his hands on his legs and stoo up. Pacing up and down.

Following, Jay with her eye, Amber stood up and walked over to him. "What is it?"

Breathing in deeply. "It's us".

"Us? Kind of confused here. What about us?" Moving her hand backwards and forwards, indicating both of them.

"I think we need a break".

"A break?! Are you fu.cking serious?!" Anger, flustering her cheeks.

"Amber, I care for you, but it's not how it used to be....not anymore," sadness in his eyes.

"Are you breaking up with me?" Tears fell from her eyes.

"Y..."

Not letting Jay finish, Amber screeched; "get out!"

"Amber.." Jay started to plea.

"GET OUT!" Pointing towards the door.

Bowing his head, Jay walked towards the door.

"One thing, before you leave. Did you ever....you know...love me?" Amber asked.

"Once apon a time, maybe I did." Opening the door and leaving a heartbroken, Amber to cry on her bed.

Unlocking his car, and stepping inside. Immediately the radio, switched on as soon, as Jay started the engine.

"Funny this song came on," Jay half laughed.

The song started to fill the car...

Of all the things I believe in
I just want to get it over with
tears from behind my eyes
but I do not cry
Counting the days that past me by

I've been searching deep down in my soul
Words that I'm hearing are starting to get old
Looks like I'm starting all over again
The last three years were just pretend and I say

Goodbye to you
Goodbye to everything I thought I knew
You were the one I love
The one thing that I tried to hold on to

I still get lost in your eyes
And it seems like I can't live a day without you
Closing my eyes till you chase my thoughts away
To a place where I am blinded by the light but it's not right

Goodbye to you
Goodbye to everything I thought I knew
You were the one I loved
The one thing that I tried to hold on to

Ohhh yeah
It hurts to want everything & nothing at the same time
I want whats yours and I want whats mine
I want you but I'm not giving in this time

Goodbye to you
Goodbye to everything I thought I knew
You were the one I loved
The one thing that I tried to hold on to
The one thing that I tried to hold on to

Goodbye to you
Goodbye to everything I thought I knew
You were the one I loved
The one thing that I tried to hold on to

We the stars fall and I lie awake
Your my shooting star

Losing track of time, Jay found himself at Jack's house, but funnily enough Jack was outside, sitting on the porch and looking at Jay's eyebrow with a cocked eyebrow.

Getting out of the car (once, it stopped obviously), Jay walked slowly to Jay.

"Hey Jay."

Hi Jack," Jay smiled.

"Can we talk," both said at the exact same time. Laughing Jack invited Jay inside.

"What do you want to talk about, Jack?" Jay walked into the kitchen.

"Us" . That was all Jack said.

"Yeah, we do," pouring himself some juice.

"Is there an us, I know, I know...your straight."

"Wrong." Jay said more to himself, but loud enough for Jack to hear.

"Really? Jay...is there a chance for ...us?" Longing tracing, Jack's feature.

"I.....I.....want there to be an us, Jack," turning slowly, but before he could turn fully, Jack's lips where on his own. Shocked at first, but not for long as, Jay leaned into the kiss.

Both where locked in a passionate kiss, not aware that they might be caught.

"Come on," Jack said, taking Jay's hand into his own.

"Where we going?" Jay asked.

"My room...." not finishing what he was going to say, both ran up into Jack's room and closed the door......

To be continued.
