Part 5


Nathan's Pov

I was right when I said there is no way that Haley would remember saying that she wanted me last night. She woke up today and did not remember anything but what Lucas said. She asked why she was asleep in my arms, in my bed. She had not remembered how she got there. It kinda hurt knowing that she did not remember what we said last night. But I can't blame her, she was talking in her sleep.

After we got dressed we went to school and went our seperate ways. I new she was still upset about what Lucas said to her last night. I could've punched the stupid jerk for what he said. What gives him the right to threat Haley like that? She is probaly the nicest girl in this school, maybe even town. But I was proud of her when she stuck up for Tim and me.

As I went to my locker to get some books out for the next period, Brooke Davis comes up to me. Brooke Davis is the school's tramp. She was practically wearing nothing. She had on the tinest short i've ever seen and the shortest skirt. I can't belive that she did not get sent home for wearing that. Well she is popular and rich so I guess that is why she got in no trouble. She had a smirk on her face when she stood in front of me.

"Can I help you?" I asked not understanding why she was near me.

She put her head back and giggled. "Ohh you bet you can. You see I am Brooke Davis, the most popular girl of the school, and the head cheerleader and I get everything that I want and desire, and you Nathan Scott, your what I want this month. I want you. So lets go make out." Brooke said grabbing my hand and trying to pull me in a nearby classroom.

I was shocked did she actually say that to me? Sure she was hot in a bad girl way, but I have eyes for only one girl, and her name is Haley James. "Um i'm sorry to say, seeing that this is the first time that someone turns you down, but no thanks, go try to seduce someone else, perhaps Lucas would fall for this." I said and walked away, leaving her there shocked and she had a smirk on her face. She can not belive that I turned her down.


End of Nathan's Pov.


Peytonn saw Brooke talking to the other Scott boy and she just rolled her eyes. Brooke can be a slut sometimes. Peytonn watched Nathan walk away from Brooke and she could not help but chuckle. Wow someone turned down Brooke Davis, that is a first. Peytonn walked up to Brooke.

"You might want to close your mouth before you catch a fly." Peytonn said laughing. Brooke glared at her. "So did someone finally turn you down Brooke? How does it feel?" Peytonn said.

Brooke glared at her friend again and said, "He'll be mine by the end of this week, I just got to go shopping for something that'll get his attention." Brooke smiled at her.

Peytonn just shook her head. "When are you going to get over it? He does not want you, I think he is with his friend Haley. Haven't you seen those two around? There always together. It is kinda cute. You can get any guy you want, so leave him alone." She said and walked away.

Brooke smiled. "Yes your right P Sawyer, I can get any boy I want, and I want Nathan SCOTT!" Brooke said to herself.

Lucas's Pov


I sit in my english class starring at the back of Haley Jame's head. She is so damn hot. How she smart mouthed me, that was a total turn on. I was so not expecting her to talk to me that way. I mean she is a 'good girl' and good girls do not talk that way. She has the nicest hair, i'd do anything to run my hands thru them. I bet her hair is nice and silky. She also has the cutest button of a nose. And the nicest lips ever. I bet there'd feel so soft if we kissed. Ya like that'll ever happen. She also has a nice piece of @$$. Nathan is lucky to have her. I see the way they look at eachother, but that is about to change. Because Nathan has the life that I want, I got stuck with our asshole of a father and Nathan has everything, but not for long, because I am going to turn his little whore on my side. She is going to be my little b**ch. I smirk at the idea.

I see Nathan trying to psst to her, to get her attention, but she ignores him and listens to our boring @$$ of a teacher. Nathan keeps on trying and I just have to laugh because she is totally ignoring him. I see the teacher look at him annoyed and I just laughed.


"Is there something funny Lucas Scott?" The teacher asked.

I just laugh and said no.

"Ok well controll yourself." The teacher said.

The bell rang and I was about to run out of there as quick as possiable when the teacher asked to speak with me.

Haley look at me, more like glared at me. I deserved that. I was a dick to her last night and she really did not deserve that.
I just smirk at her.

She just rolled her eyes and vanished. Nathan saw the looks we gave eachother and glared at me after chasing her.

"Lucas, you are failing my class, and you need this class. If you don't start raising your grades then your going to get kicked off of the basketball team." The teacher said.

"Sounded kinda like a threat to me." I growelled.'

"You can play that popular, jock, rich boy act with any other teacher, but not with me, i'm just trying to help you, I am not threatening you, I suggest you get a tutor." He said.

I smirk at the idea. "Actually I think that, that is a wonderful idea, thankyou." I said and walked out of there chuckling.

You wanna know why I am laughing dont you? Well what if I told you that the one and only Haley james was a tutor? And that she'd have to tutor me. That is so perfect for my plan.

End of Lucas's Pov

Haley's Pov


I've been giving Nathan the cold shoulder all day, and I don't mean to. I know that he is hurting. I never ignore him or aviod him. But now, I practically ran out of class to get away from him. I know that he is looking for me. But I can't help but feel this way.

What Lucas Scott said to me last night, has had me thinking. I don't think that anyone could ever love or want me ever. Not even Nathan. Sure he gets turned on by my body, but that does not mean he wants anything else from me. I just won't let anyone hurt me. Nathan is like the only person I have in the world to turn to and I can not let my feelings for him ruin our friendship. I won't do it. That is selfish.

But anyway I don't think that I am capable of having someone love me. I am just like what Lucas said, I am trash. I am poor, I have no family that cares for me. I have like 1 friend and he is most likely going to join the basketball team and befriend everyone, I mean he has the talent and then he'd forget about me, because he'd be popular. I get out of my thought when someone grabs my arm, ahh it's probaly Nathan and I don't know if I am ready to face him again, I am embarressed.

"Look Nathan I just want to be left alone, please." I said, turning around to a smirking Lucas.

"Having trouble in Paradise?" Said Lucas

I glare at him. What a bastard. "No, now go away you jerk." I said walking away from him.

"Haley wait I did not come here to be an @$$, I came here for another reason." Lucas said.

I eyed him up and down, "Oh ya what? To annoy me? To check out my @$$? What?" I said pissed

He laughed at that. "Well I can't deny the last part, I mean Hales you have the nicest body. But no I came here to ask you to tutor me." Lucas replied with his Scott smirk.

"OK first of all NOBODY can call me Hales but Nathan, that is his nickname for me got it? Second of all forget it." I said and walked away but not before hearing him shout.

"I'll see you later Hales." Lucas said smirking.

Ahh what a bastard. I am not going to tutor him.

What Haley did not know was Nathan watched those two talk. She may act all pissed off but that is not what he saw.
