Chapter five
The Babies
“I am so tired”. She said as he put Rose with the others he scanned Nicola, “no more, that’s it, you can sleep now”. He said. “Thank you Doctor” she said as she fell to sleep.
While she was asleep the Doctor started healing her tummy and cleaning it out of any leftover sperm left by the attacker.
After he’s finished he checked on the eight newborn babies.
The first two were: Adam Scott Clark and Amy-Jo Kim Clark.
The Second two were: Bill Ray Clark and Bella Helen Clark.
The Third Two were: Charlie James Clark and Claire Nicola Clark.
And the last two were: Doctor Derek Clark and Rose Anne Clark.
The Doctor smiled as she named them that “you lot keep quiet, your mum went through a lot to have you and now she needs her rest.” He said. As he said that Adam and his sister grew bigger “oh no, your still growing aren’t you”. The Doctor said as he got to work on something. A few hours later the babies looked to be two weeks old. Nicola woke up “Doctor”? She called.
He came over to her “How are you feeling, Nicola”? The Doctor asked. “Well rested. How are my children”? She asked. He looked down and sighed, “I don’t know how to say this”. “What are they alright”? She asked getting up and walking over to the cribs they were in “they’re still growing, in a day or two they will look like normal toddlers, in about a week they’ll look the age of a 6 or 7 year old”. He said.
Nicola looked at her babies with a new understanding about them. “Oh my, Doctor”. She said looked at each of the babies. “What? What is it”? He asked, “You said the Masharaper race was dying out that they’d do almost anything to save their people”. She said “yeah”. He said looking at the babies. “Well to me I’ve just had Octopletes, but really, I’ve had single babies, they’re going to mate once they’re Mature enough”. She said to him. He raised his brows. “He told me I’m going to be the mother of a new race of human. These’ll have eight other children after they’ve mated” she said to him.
“Oh my god, they’re invading this world”. The Doctor said slapping his head, “couldn’t we take them to another planet that’s empty, but with breathable air water and food”? She asked looking at the babies. “I could have a look at my space chart”. He said stepping out of the room and going to the control room of the TARDIS, Nicola followed. She walked over to the door out of the TARDIS and opened it. They were still at Biggleswade Park. “Are you alright”? The Doctor asked behind her, she jumped. “Sorry. Didn’t mean to make you jump”. He said to her, “In away I can understand why that Masha raped me, but … why… he wanted to save his people … he could’ve asked”. She cried, The Doctor pulled her into his arms “ssshhh, let it all out”. He said as she cried. “All I hear is his grunting in my head and I feel like tearing my hair out”. She sobbed as he led her to the chair. The TARDIS shut her doors “The TARDIS is looking for a new home for your children, while she’s looking tell me where you live and we can get your things”. The Doctor said to her who nodded, “ 134 Winston Crescent Biggleswade, I use to live there when I was younger, then my family had to move to Langford. A couple of months ago my parents and me did the lottery and won the jackpot of £80.5 million. My mum and dad are on holiday at the moment with my sister Kim and her husband Tom. My mum and dad bought me my old house, and I’ve been looking after their pets. Sapphy and me were walking to Langford when I was attacked. She told him.
