“Well Tommy left the team before they battled the evil Dark Spectre and his minion Astronema, so he kind of vanishes from sight for a while, then a few years later he shows up in Reefside and takes a job teaching science at a local school “ “And his Ranger duties?” April asked she was on tenterhooks waiting for the next piece, this was the scoop of a lifetime and she was there to help break it, it was just like when she first met the guys. “ Well for a while everything was quiet, until Messaging showed up, first he sent his minions to not only infiltrate the school for some nefarious reason, but he also wanted them to find 5 stones of unimaginable power, these stones were called dino gems and it was through a series of misadventures, that Dr. Oliver found one and with it became the Black Ranger, pilot of the Carrier and assault craft known as the Brachiozord. And it was this same heroic spirit which enabled him to help his team and rescue the trapped industrialist Anton Mercer.” “ So if he survived Mesogog then how did he die? I mean our viewers will have questions.” “Well April while some of the information is sketchy it is believed that he was killed while protecting a former student from some bigots who were attached to a KKK style organisation called Combat 18.” “I get it, so do you think the attack has anything to do with the anti hate crime bill currently being discussed in the senate?” “While I doubt that the bill was created because of it I am sure this will see that the bill will be passed April.” Cassidy smiled at that, it would be nice if some good came from all of this, then she turned to the camera and prepared to sign off.
