Love at Last Part 4
Jessica stormed into Mulligans after a rotten shift at work. she sat down in a stool next to Jason who raised his eyebrows. "let me guess a fuzzy navel" Jolie the bartender asked with a hint of amusement in her voice. "Yeah I had a bad fuckin day" Jessica growled out. which inherently caused a shiver of desire to go down Jason's spine. Jason slung an arm around her shoulders. Jolie smiled at the new couple, as she made Jessie's drink. A minute later she handed the drink to Jessie.
"Want to talk about it?" Jason asked in a low comforting voice. Jessica sighed then started recounting her day "My day started out great I woke up in a wonderful mood but when I got to work My Bosshole was in a snit about something or another and decided to ride my ass all day, when finally I stood up, told her I quit, then stormed out, and came here of course" Jessica said feeling a little better to get that off her chest. Then took a long sip of her drink and purred with approval. "mmm tastes like orange starbursts" Jessica said smacking her lips together already feeling the warmth on the inside that good alcohol generates.
"feeling better" Jason asked in amusement at her innocently charming actions. Jessica gave a little burp and blushed as she said excuse me. Jessica then sighed "Now what will I do, I mean it's not like there are too many job openings in this town" Jessica mumbled. Jason frowned in thought having decided to ask her to move in with him when he gets to Reefside where his friends are currently living. "I'll be moving to Reefside California to be near my friends why don't you move in with me?" Jason asked Jessica gaped at him open mouthed 'we just met, but I have this feeling that I am meant to be with him' Jessica thought coming to a decision that would change her life forever. "When do we move" Jessica asked with a smile.
"Well I have to call my friends, and there are a few things you need to know before we leave" Jason said the last part with a faraway look in his eyes trying to think of how to explain to her that he is/was a Power Ranger. Jessica already knowing from her conversation with Trini the other night leant over to his shoulder and whispered into his ear "if this is about you being a Power Ranger I already know" Jessica then leaned back to see his reaction. He looked confused "Trini explained everything to me the other night" Jessica said in a low tone so that only Jason could hear. "Oh" Jason simply said feeling slightly relieved. Jessica whispered into his ear "There is something that I have to tell you as well" Jessica said "What is that?" Jason asked curious. Jessica bit her lip and whispered "I am a wiccan witch" Jessica said preparing herself for the mockery that usually comes, but was surprised when Jason whispered back "So am I"
