The New Girl

Everyone starred at Juliette as she entered the room. She could feel her skin blushing but she tried not to make it obvious in her face.

    "Damn profilers." she thought to herself.

She stood next to Hotch and smiled as warmly as she could.

    "Good morning everyone. I would like to introduce the newest member of our team. Dr. Juliette Gideon."

Everyone around the table suddenly came to life. Looking at each other, moving in their seats.

    "Gideon? As in Jason Gideon?" stammered Morgan.

    "Yes, one in the same. Jason Gideon is my dad."

Reid banged his fist on the desk and causing Emily Prentiss who was sitting next to him to jump.

    "That's where I knew you from! There was a picture of you in his office! Wait.....did you say Doctor? I'm not the only Doctor now!?"

Juliette smiled and shrugged her shoulders.

    "Guess so Dr. Reid"

Spencer looked puzzled. Juliette sat down next to Penelope Garcia who was beaming from ear to ear at her.

    "I love everything about what you're wearing right now....you look like a gorgeous pin up secret agent."

Juliette chuckled and shook her head.

    "Well thank you Penelope. My dad told me you and I would probably become fast friends."

    "What are your doctorates in?" Dr. Reid blurted out from across the table.

    "I have two bachelor degrees in Psychology and Sociology. My doctorates are in abnormal psychology and criminal psychology."

Hotch was walking towards the big screen at the front of the room with a stack of files in his hand.

    "I am sorry to interrupt the introductions but there is always time for this later. We caught a case."

Juliette felt her blood surge. Her first real case working with the FBI. She glanced over the case file only looking up for a second she caught the young doctor across the table staring at her. She smiled. Reid smiled nervously and quickly went back to reading the case file. It was then she noticed Hotch standing next to her. He was giving details of the case but he was looking down at her. She bit her lower lip and tried not to feel the eyes of every male in the room, including her boss.

    "That's it guys. Wheels up in 30."
