Animal Machines (Wild Force)
Disclaimer in first and second chapters. And People, a note about the story: the reason it reads the way it does, is because it's supposed to. They are just moments in time. I would say random, but it's not entirely random. Just moments in chronological order.

Licking Her Wounds:
Tamsyn sunk against the wall, exhausted and aching. She had been scratched to hell by the fight, even though you couldn't tell if you had watched the fight. She moved too fast.
REALLY BIG Red Kitty:
Tamsyn lifted her head when she heard almost deafening footsteps, feeling more jittery than she had been when she got there. She cocked her head, closing her eyes. The approaching being felt like a cat, a large jungle cat to be precise. But the sound proceeding it made it sound a hell of a lot bigger. When she opened her eyes, there it stood. A huge ass red lion thingie!
"Nice Kitty?" She chuckled, coughing.
Nice Red Kitty:
The Red Lion cocked it's head. The animal child was and wasn't afraid of him. He didn't mean to scare her, he only wondered the source of the pain he could sense. And he had found it, he guessed.
"I won't hurt you, child," The Lion spoke.
Tamsyn choked.
"You talk?"
The lion chuckled, "Yes, Child, I talk."
"Why are you here?" She asked.
The lion shook his head.
"Direct one, are you not?"
Tamsyn let out a decidedly unladylike snort.
"Yeah, and?" She said pointedly.
She could have sworn the lion rolled his eyes. She did a double take. He did! The damn lion rolled his eyes at her!
"I sensed pain nearby and wondered where it came from," He answered truthfully, "and I am guessing that I found it."
Tamsyn nodded.
"Some rangers were getting their asses beat," She sighed, "and I couldn't keep out of it."
The lion seemed to catch on.
"Your heart would not let you stay out of the fight," He stated, Tamsyn nodding.
Damn Yoda Kitty:
Tamsyn sighed heavily. The damn cat was right. Her Jiminy Cricket wouldn't shut up when she saw the news cast about the fight. Damn Yoda wannabe with huge ass whiskers!
Holy Cow, Batman!
The Black Bison could sense that the Red Lion was talking to someone. A young..female...animal-like someone, to be precise. He was already heading in the direction that the Red Lion (AN:...Snickers silently at the pun...Red Lion....hotel....) was in and decided to continue heading in that direction.
"Holy Cow, Batman!" said a voice.
The Black Bison turned his head, looking to the girl child the Red Lion was speaking to.
"Damn....David would have a cow if he..." The girl smiled, "wicked..."
And what are you?
The Black Bison laid down, to bring himself to a closer level as the girl-child was currently at.
"You do not feel like the humans I have encountered before," He said bluntly.
The girl snorted in a most unladylike manner.
"Duh..." She groaned, "not supposed to be normal..." she grumbled, "wasn't made that way."
The Black Bison didn't understand what the girl meant by saying she wasn't supposed to be normal, or her comment about not being made that way, so he looked to the Red Lion who just seemed to shrug.
That is one big damn Birdie!
The Yellow Eagle flew over head, seeing the Red Lion and Black Bison together. Which was rather odd since the end of the Rangers a while back. She landed on a ledge and looked down at her friends.
"What brings you here?" She asked them.
"Holy Shit, that is one big ass fucking bird!" a girl's voice laughed.
The Yellow Eagle and looked down at a girl that smelled like animals, but on a more genetic level.
Big Bird!
Tamsyn laughed, looking up at Yellow Eagle. If that Zord wasn't anymore a pun, she didn't know what was. She was big, a bird, and Yellow. She half expected to hear the Sesame Street theme song in the Zord's wake.
Here Fishy, Fishy, Fishy!
The Blue Shark was rather amused when the Red Lion called for him, hearing a girl-child chattering in the background, calling, 'Here Fishy, Fishy, Fishy!'. Then almost falling out of the sky laughing when Yellow Eagle corrected her, saying 'More like here Sharky, Sharky, Sharky!'
It's a whole damn zoo!
The Red Lion called the rest of the Wild Zords to him. The White Tiger, The Blue Elephant, The Yellow Giraffe, The Black Bear and Polar Bear, The Green Gorilla and Black Alligator, The Black Wolf, The Hammerhead, The Blue Rhino, The Armadillo, The Green Deer, The Red Falcon, his twin the Black Lion, Black Bison's twin: The Brown Bison (or as Tamsyn called him, Brownie), the Blue Condor, The Saw Shark, and the Yellow Leopard.

I gave them names. Well, all except Blue Shark. He was already called Sharky. But the others I did.

Yellow Eagle: Big Bird...I couldn't resist,

Blue Elephant: Phanpy....what I'm a pokemon fan,
Yellow Giraffe: Ty...as in Beanie Babies? What? I got the Beanie Giraffe.
Black Bear: Shadow,
Polar Bear: Moon,
Green Gorilla: Ape...like Ape from George of the Jungle?
Black Alligator: Bindhi...like the one on The Croc Hunter, the one his daughter's named after?
Black Wolf: Selene...It's a moon thing.
Hammerhead Shark: MC...MC? As in Hammer? I'm a walking pun, people.
Rhino: Bluto...don't ask.
Armadillo: Panserbjorn, (Those who have seen The Golden Compass will get this one).
Deer: John,
Falcon: Esper, (I would have put Aeon, but it's a Final Fantasy Summons nod)

Cool, huh? I even got my cell programmed to them. Ringtones for all of them. Big Red picked Cat Scratch Fever before the other feline Zords did. Ape picked the Miami Mix of Pitbull's Culo cause he liked the beat of it. Licorice picked a remix of Britney Spears' Everytime for a reason he wouldn't tell me. Big Bird just had to pick the Sesame Street theme song...(mumbles) Stupid bird...
Snow picked Never Ever by All Saints, said she liked the lyrics and the pace of the song. Phanpy picked the Pokemon theme song, Ty picked Lindsay Lohan's cover of I Want You To Want Me. Selene picked Rockets Collecting from the Underworld Soundtrack...since the female lead was a Vamp named Selene. Shadow picked Beat Of My Heart by Hilary Duff and Moon picked With Love, also by Hilary.
MC picked Can't Touch This...need I say more? Bluto picked the Charmed Theme Song. Panserbjorn picked He's A Pirate. John picked Partystarter by Will Smith.
