A/N: This is the challenge put up by Lady_Stormrider. So do enjoy.
Summary: The road was slick with the new fallen snow as Jack O'Neill drove up to the base when suddenly a figure appeared in front of the vehicle. Twisting the steering wheel, Jack was able to turn the vehicle enough so it didn't strike the person dead on but bumped them with the side. Getting out to investigate Jack finds a young boy who couldn't be even 10 yrs old lying on the road; his body covered with bruises. Believing that the child teleported from a spaceship, Jack contacts SGC and have the boy brought to the base.
Enter the Grimm
Four years had passed and Harry was now fourteen years old. He was well above his peers, who went to magical schools, when it came to magic and he was now being trained with the weapons that Jack, Sam, Daniel and Teal’c used for their missions. Harry remembered how Remus was now with Teal’c and snickered at the memory.
FLASHBACK
Harry was being taught about Defence Against the Dark Arts, when Remus began to move restlessly in the room. Harry looked up and saw Teal’c in the back corner, and Harry got a wicked idea.
“Remus, can we go over werewolves and their mating habits. Please?” He made sure that the puppy dog eyes could be seen, and Remus caved.
As he began to talk about the mating habits, Harry motioned Teal’c to move closer to Remus. The reaction was instant. Remus’ wolf caved to the dominance in Teal’c’s body and he barred his neck to the Jaffa warrior. Harry gave a small bow and left the room, only laughing once he heard the howl of pleasure from Remus when he was pounced.
Seeing Jack, Harry had given a small smirk and wiggle of eyebrows when he asked about Teal’c and his class. Jack began to chuckle and led Harry to Daniel’s office.
END FLASHBACK
Harry still smirked at Remus every time they had to go over werewolves, and today was no exception. However, before Harry could go into a round of teasing, Daniel came running into the room.
“We found Sirius Black. He’s in the infirmary, and he’s also badly wounded.” The words had barely made it out of Daniel’s mouth before Remus was moving. Harry made his way over to Daniel and let him lead the way to this new person.
Then man was thin, unhealthily so, that it reminded Harry of what he went through at the Dursley’s. Slowly making his way forward, Harry noticed that Remus was stilling stock still by the man, making him important to Harry now.
“Janet, can you give me a full run down of is injuries?” Remus was trying to sound calm, but the sight if his best friend in pain made his voice crack.
The list of injuries that were mentioned made the group flinch, and Harry curled into Jack as an anchor. As Harry curled into Jack, the others were reminded about his past as well. Jack remembered what Harry had gone through as well, and held the teen close to him as they watched Daisy help Janet fix the broken wizard.
They watched as Daisy gave Janet potion after potion to inject into Sirius. Jack was amazed at how quickly the man on the bed gained colour, stopped bleeding and filled out. Looking at Remus, he noticed that Teal’c had his hand on the werewolf. He nudged Harry and pointed to Remus, and smile down at his adopted son. Both missed Sam watching with a fond smile, and Daniel’s wistful look.
A moan from the wizard on the bed brought their attention back to Sirius. Seeing the eyes blink open, Daniel was surprised that he had storm grey eyes. Sirius looked around and upon seeing Harry and Remus he tried to move. Harry looked to Remus and Jack for permission and slowly made his way to the bed.
Upon being within arm’s reach, Harry was grabbed and held closely to the sobbing man. Shooting Remus a startled look, Harry did what he could to calm the older wizard down.
“Siri, I need you to let Harry go for a minute, he needs to get you something from his room.” Remus’ voice broke through the distraught man’s mind and soon after Harry had given him a quick hug, and darted out of the room.
“Welcome to a new way of life Padfoot. Before I can introduce you to anyone, we’ll need to get Harry’s present and you’ll need to speak with George.” Remus gave his old friend a soft smile and chuckled at his startled look from being tackled by Harry once he re-entered the room.
“Remus told me that you’re my Godfather. I should tell you that Jack and Sam have adopted me and that we are quite happy. But, I still want you to be my Godfather encase anything happens to them. Remus has been teaching me magic, with permission, so as my present to you...” With that, Harry cast a spell on Sirius, removing the dirty and torn clothes and putting him in BDU’s and having him cleaned. Once that was done Harry cast another spell that arranged Sirius’ hair and gave him a mirror.
Sirius smiled at Harry and noticed that all of what he had done was wordless. Pulling him into a shaky hug, Sirius mumbled at how he would be honoured to teach him magic, and that he was glad that Harry had a loving family.
General Hammond entered and was briefed on the situation. Once he knew what was going on, he spoke with Sirius.
“Son, I know that this is going to come as a shock to you, but now that you know about this compound, I must ask that you give us an oath that you won’t talk about this place to anyone, under any circumstances.” Sirius was about to complain, but after Harry quickly explained about how dangerous it would be if the wizarding world heard that Harry Potter lived in such a place, then there would be continuous attacks from the outside.
Janet sent them all out, stating that she needed the infirmary for the sick. Daniel offered to show Sirius around, and Harry gave him a knowing smirk. Waving to Sirius, Harry told him that Remus would take him wand shopping later and that he would meet him in class when he was situated.
As they left, Harry turned to Remus and began to rattle off a plan that would make Sirius proud. All they had to do, was to keep Daniel and Sirius together as much as possible, without over doing it. It was a simple plan, but Harry knew a challenge when he saw one.
