“Where the hell is he” Sky Says Worriedly, “Forget it I’m Gone to Look for him” Sky leaves the SPD Base in search of Jack, in New Tech City square Sky looks around and goes near an alley, he peeks and sees a crowd, he gets worried and walks over to the crowd, pushing his way through he gets to the center only to see his worst fears realized….
Syd!, Kruger Demandingly says as Syd try’s and keeps her way past him as his back is turned, “How did you know it was me?”, Kruger points to the wall in front on him that shows a reflection of the hallway behind him, “Where is cadet Tate, and Cadet Lander’s?”, he asks “I don’t know but I saw Sky Leave out in a rush like something was wrong” she adds, “they haven’t been answering there Morphers, but when you see them tell them I wan to have a word with them”, he says, “ok, no problem” Syd leaves, “doggie why have you been so concerned with those two so much”, Kat Asks still with her face in a computer screen, “Something worries me about there union” he adds “I guess since you see them as your children, your fatherly instincts are kicking in” she says as she chuckles a little, Kruger gives her his signature growls
“Z?…Z?…Z?….Bridge to Z….Hello are you there?”, Bridge asks, “yes Bridge I’m here I’m just thinking, now what do you want?”, “what do to think of Jack and Sky being together?” Bridge asks like a curious child, “Bridge I think its nice, Jack is happy and Sky Is happy, so therefore I’m happy ok, I don’t have a problem with those two being together at all, even though it is weird that they fall for each other even though they gave each other such a hard time” Z says “my brain hurts now, I’m going to go make some toast” Bridge says as he leaves, “Ok” Z laughs while saying, but the Syd rushes in “Z, big problem”, she says worriedly, “what is it now?” Z asks with annoyance “Jack went out awhile ago, and hasn’t come back, then Sky went out to look for him and he hasn’t come back, now Kruger has his tail in a twist plus he’s mad” Syd says fast, “ok, I got the part about Jack and Sky…somewhat, but the rest I couldn’t make out…anyways give it time, there probably ok…”
Sky begins to tear up, Jack lays in a small puddle of blood coming from his head, Sky rushes over and grabs him, he looks at the crowd, “why the hell are you all just gooking, call for an ambulance” , Sky says with a crackling voice trying to hold back his tears, a young lady comes to Sky’s side, “it’s ok Mr. I called for an ambulance, it’s pretty rude of the people to just stare and not help” , she says looking at the dispersing crowd, “do you know him?…you don‘t have to answer if you don’t want to”, she asks, Sky looking at Jack with his eyes full of tears, “he’s my boyfriend”, “aww, now I’m going to cry” she adds beginning to sob, Sky looks at her and begins to smile, “thank you” “for what” she asks, “for saving him, if you didn’t do anything he’d probably be…” he says, “don’t think of such things, and your welcome” she says smiling.
“Z I’m so worried, wonder if they were attacked by murderous thugs” , she says worriedly “Syd?!”, Z says continuing reading her magazine “oh hey Jim lets attack the cute black boy, oh sure bob, oh and we should wait for his adorable white boyfriend to” Syd says playing out the ridiculous scenario in her mind, Z just stares at her, “something is seriously wrong with you, you know that!”
In the hospital, Sky waits patiently in the waiting room, pacing back and forth with his new found friend trying to calm him down, “umm, Mr. Sky I think you should sit down” she says cautiously “no I shouldn’t to worry to relax” he says continuing to pace “fine be my guest, it’s not going to make things better, trust me on that” she says beginning to look at a magazine “your rite I should just sit down, and remain calm” Sky says as he sits down, but then a doctor comes in “Mr. Tate” the doctor says as Sky shoots out his seat “yes”, “Mr. Landers is alright were stitching him up, he’ll be ready to leave in a few, but we have found something you should know about” the doctor says, “yes, what is it” Sky says bracing for the worst, “Mr. Landers has a small tumor above his right eyebrow, which may have led to a possible mild aneurism, which led to his collapse, and head injury, so we have to put him on medication to make the tumor shrink” the doctor says as sky lets out a sigh of relief, “so Is it ok for me to go see him?” Sky asks, “sure it is” the doctor says smiling, the doctor leads them to the room were Jack is in, As Sky sees Jack he begins to tear up as Jack Sits in the middle of a huge bed with a bandage on his head above his left eyebrow, flipping through channels looking like a little child. He sees Sky and a huge smile appears on his face, Sky runs over a pulls him in for a big hug, “don’t ever scare me like that again Jack, you hear me?”, Sky says barely holding back his tears, “I won’t” Jack says weakly, Jack sees the young girl standing in the door way, “Cynthia?” he asks, “yes Jack its me” she says with Sky looking around confusingly, You know her?, he asks, “yes that’s my stepsister”.
