Meanwhile, back on the Good!Enterprise...
Captain Jonathan Archer stared at the two visitors on the transporter platform. Lieutenant Malcolm Reed scowled noticeably and kept darting his eyes around the room. Ensign Sarah Miller sighed in irritation and bitched at Hoshi about some stupid thing.
He was damn glad to be getting rid of them
"
"Alright, you two. Enough!" he ordered at Miller and Sato, who had begun to argue about protocol. "Let's just get this over with."
"About fuckin' time," mumbled Reed, adjusting his footing.
Archer glared at him and stepped up on the transporter platform. A very silent and very annoyed T'Pol followed him up. "You ready?" he asked the Vulcan.
She raised an eyebrow. "Yes," she said, "Though I still believe that we should bring more security along."
Archer laughed. "Too many people and we end up being found out. If they're any indication," he said, motioning towards the sparring otherworldly duo, "We need to do this quickly and quietly."
"You two have no idea, do you? I keep telling you, your crew members are most likely dead already," said Ensign Miller, matter-of-factly.
Archer rolled his eyes. "Hoshi, energize."
*
They materialized in a transporter room identical to the one they just left. Reed stomped off the pad and stabbed a few controls on the wall. "Your crewmen are in Engineering," he said. He glared at the Captain. "I believe you know the way."
Jonathan sighed and looked at T'Pol. "Let's go." He turned back to Reed and Miller. "Stay here till we get back."
Miller smirked as they left the room. "Yeah, whatever."
*
T'Pol gripped the phaser in her hand tightly. "I don't think it was a good idea to trust those two, Captain."
Archer stalked through the halls, determined to get to his destination. "We didn't have much of a choice."
They halted when they heard a group around the corner. The stood silently till they passed, then kept moving towards Engineering. T'Pol stared at Archer, knowing it would do no good to discuss this any further with him.
When they got to Engineering, they peered around the corner and spotted Sarah and Malcolm working. "They are being guarded," said T'Pol, almost unnecessarily.
Jonathan sighed and considered his options. "I'm going to get them," he said, walking out before T'Pol could stop him.
He licked his lips as he approached the group. The security guards turned at his arrival. Jonathan nodded to them, and looked at his crewmembers.
"I'm taking them," he paused, thinking, "to Sickbay. We need to run some tests on them. You're dismissed." He looked at the security team expectantly.
They hesitated for a moment, but obeyed his orders. "Yes, sir," said one, and they all turned and left.
Jonathan made sure they were gone before looking back at Sarah and Malcolm. "We're leaving," he said.
"You're not taking her anywhere," growled Malcolm, stepping forward. He had been waiting a long time for this. "I won't let you touch her again, you sick son of a bitch."
Sarah winced at the words. Jonathan furrowed his brow in confusion. "What?" he said, looking over to the girl behind Malcolm. He stared, afraid to realize what was meant. He shook his head and looked back at Reed. "It's me, Malcolm," he pleaded. "We've come to rescue you."
Malcolm raised his eyebrows as T'Pol stepped out from her hiding place. He pursed his lips. "Prove it," he said, holding his position.
Archer gazed at Sarah, noticing her lowered face. Her looked her over slowly and then suddenly became aware of the bruises. "What the hell happened?" he said, stepping forward. Sarah jerked back, frightened, and Malcolm stepped between them.
"Back off," he warned, still not sure if this was his own Captain. Jonathan swallowed and looked back at T'Pol.
The Vulcan stepped forward. "I assure you we're not from this dimension, Lieutenant," she said, "And I can prove it by saying that new new 336 Phase Pistols arrived from Starfleet yesterday."
Malcolm narrowed his eyes and stared at her. She didn't even blink. He took Sarah's hand and pulled her alongside him. "Let's go home then," he said.
Sarah squeezed his hand and smiled at him, almost not believing that this was actually happening. They were so close to leaving this place - she prayed they could get out without incident.
She didn't meet Jonathan's worried eyes as they walked by, following T'Pol. She couldn't bring herself to even think about him right now.
The group walked in silence until they got to the transporter room. Entering, T'Pol stopped in her tracks.
Jonathan quickly moved to the front of the group and found himself glaring at his own image. Except his image was grinning and pointing a phaser.
Jonathan tossed a dirty look to Lieutenant Reed, who was smiling happily. He had obviously set them up. "Let us go," said Jonathan, hoping that he could reason with himself.
"You kidnap two of my crmbermbers, sneak onto my ship, and try to kidnap two more, and expect me to you let you go?" said Archer, amused. "It just doesn't work that way."
"Look," said Jonathan, stepping forward, "We just came for our crew. We want everything back to normal."
Archer stuck out his lower lip. "Well, I don't. He winked at Sarah, who was gripping tightly on Malcolm's arm. "There are some things I've gained that I'm just not willing to give up."
Archer nodded hiad aad and a swarm of security officers overtook the group. "Take them to the brig," he said.
They were walking out the door when Archer stepped forward, a thought entering his mind. "Wait," he said, moving towards Sarah. He smirked at Jonathan before taking Sarah's chin in his hand and kissing her softly on the lips. "I'll see you soon," he said, roughly letting her go and smiling at Jonathan's wide-eyed shock.
"Take them," he said, grinning as the door closed behind them.

Archer paced his cell, mad beyond words at what had happened. He really should have listened to T'Pol and taken more security. And he should have listened to this ship's crew when they said that things were probably worse than he thought. He looked up and across the hall, trying to see Sarah in her cell. He couldn't see her, though, and he was sure she was probably keeping herself out of sight for a reason.
He bit his lip as he thought about what Archer had did in the transporter room. He had kissed her. A horrible feeling rushed through him when he realized that his double had probably been the one to give her those bruises. He didn't want to think about what else he had done to her.
Archer noticed T'Pol staring at him from her cell across from his. "Got any ideas of how we can get out of here?" he asked her, his voice shaking.
She looked at him sympathetically. "No, I don't."
"Neither do I," he said, sitting down on his bunk. He sighed and licked his lips, waiting for something to happen.
It didn't take long before Ensign Mayweather came in the room. A handful of security officers trailed him.
Jonathan watched as Travis stabbed a few controls. The security barriers around T'Pol's and Malcolm's cells went down. Mayweather pointed a phaser at them. "I've been ordered to transport you back to your ship. Let's go."
Jonathan's eyes widened in relief and anxiety. He nodded to T'Pol when she looked at him, not sure what to do. "We'll be okay," he whispered as Malcolm looked at him in concern.
"Protect her," said Reed, as he was forced away from the cells. Archer swallowed at the meaning. He watched them leave, and then looked back at Sarah's cell. He still couldn't see her.
"Sarah," he said, quietly, almost afraid to talk to her. "Are you alright?"
Sarah sighed at his words. Part of her had hoped that they could sit in silence, that she wouldn't have to converse with him. "I'm fine, Captain."
Jonathan sighed at her tone. "Can you tell me what happened?" he asked, wanting to help her.
Ensign Miller pulled her legs closer to her body. She wanted to disappear into the walle lee leaned on, wanted to just leave this place. "I'd rather not," she replied, her voice catching.
"Okay," he said, angry that he had caused her unwanted pain. He sat back down and sighed, not knowing what to do. There wasn't anything he could do, and that killed him.
Sarah wiped the tears from her eyes, upset that she felt so uncomfortable hearing her Captain's voice. She tried so hard to remind herself that this wasn't the man who hurt her, but the memories kept flooding her mind and causing her to feel fear at his very presence.
She froze as she heard the bay doors open again. She was terrified that Archer was going to come for her again.
The room was silent except for the footsteps coming towards her cell. She could hear Jonathan get up from his bunk. "What the fuck are you doing?" she heard him growl. She knew then that Archer was there to get her.
She clenched her jaw as Archer appeared in front of her cell. "Hello, Sarah," he said, smiling. He pressed a few buttons and the field went down. Holding out his hand, he said, "Come on."
Sarah hesitated, and that only made Archer mad. He stalked into her cell and grabbed her by the arm, forcing her up and out of the small room.
She whimpered in pain as he dragged her towards Jonathan's cell.
"Leave her alone, you son of a bitch," growled Jonathan, standing at the edge of his cell. Sarah swallowed heavily, staring at Jonathan, her eyes pleading for help.
Archer stopped and smiled at Jonathan. "It's a little late for threats," he said, smirking.
Jonathan's face softened when he realized that he couldn't do a thing to stop Archer from taking advantage of her. "Please," he said, quietly, "Don't hurt her."
Archer's face was confused for a moment, but then he grinned broadly. "Why, Captain," he said, stepping closer to the field, "Do you have feelings for this little whore?"
Jonathan bit his cheek, stopping himself from lashing out at his double. "You must have some decency in you," he said, looking at Sarah, "Let her go."
Archer laughed as Jonathan looked back up to him. "You aren't too bright, are you? This bitch is mine now," he said. He paused, and looked at the man in the cell with interest. "But I suppose I'd be willing to share," he said, smiling.
Sarah's eyes closed shut, and she tensed in worry. She opened them slowly and looked at Archer, shaking her head. "Please don't do this," she whimpered, "I'll do anything. Just not this."
Archer frowned and slapped her, fast and hard. She fell to the ground and stayed there, afraid to get up.
"Fucking asshole!" yelled Jonathan, clenching his fists. "Why don't you try that on someone your own size for a change?"
Archer ignored him and walked to the security station, grabbing a phaser. He walked back and pointed it at Sarah. She lowered her head, whimpering 'no' over and over again.
Archer began to undo his pants in front of the cell. "What the hell are you doing?" said Jonathan, frightened at the thought of him hurting Sarah again.
"Sarah here's gonna give you a little show. Ever wonder what it would be like to watch yourself mouth fuck a whore?"
Sarah held her arms over her abdomen and began to cry softly. She felt as though she was going to go into shock.
"Don't you dare do this," said Jonathan, knowing that he wouldn't be able to stop him. He looked down at Sarah, wanting nothing more than to rescue her from this torture.
"You're going to watch this, orm gom going to kill her," he said, pointing the phaser directly at her head. "Get up, whore," he growled, kicking at Sarah.
She shook her head softly. "I can't," she pleaded, looking up at him. "Please don't make me."
Archer leaned down and glared into her eyes. "Don't fuckin' beg unless I tell you to. You're going to suck my cock, or I'm going to kill your Captain, and then beat you till you can't move. Do you understand me, you stupid fucking bitch?"
Jonathan couldn't move or speak. He had never felt so utterly useless in his life.
Sarah didn't look at Jonathan. She concentrated on ignoring his presence. Sitting up, she slowly moved forward and placed her mouth on Archer's member. He immediately hissed in a breath and grabbed her hair, clenching his fist in pleasure.
"That's it," he said, looking to make sure Jonathan was watching. "You better keep watching, or I'll blow her head right off," he growled, noticing Jonathan's unwillingness to look at what was happening. He pointed the phaser at Sarah's temple, trying to draw his point home.
Sarah closed her eyes at the contact and whimpered quietly. She wanted this over with as soon as possible, so she swirled her tongue around his penis, sucking slowly. Tears fell from her eyes as she tried to hold back her sobs.
Jonathan clenched his teeth, dying inside from the pain of not being able to stop this. It was frightening watching, almost like she was doing that to him. He bit his lip hard, trying his best to calm himself. The last thing that he needed was to get aroused at the sight of one of his crew getting sexually abused.
He felt sick, at what he was seeing and what he was feeling. He wanted to kill Archer, wanted him to feel pain. He wanted to be the one to inflict that pain.
Sarah held her eyes closed and concentrated on something other than what she was doing. She tried to imagine herself somewhere else, but the reality was too intrusive. She knew Jonathan was watching her. She didn't think she'd ever be able to face him after this.
"Fuck that's good," hissed Archer, pumping into her mouth. He tensed, nearing his climax. Closing his eyes, he allowed himself to release, and slowly pulled himself from her mouth.
He did up his pants and turned to Jonathan, who was staring at the floor. "Maybe next time I'll let you have a go at her. I think you'd enjoy that." He smirked when Jonathan didn't respond, and pulled Sarah up by her arm.
He pushed her forward, and she stumbled from the force. She kept her head down, though, not looking back or making eye contact with anyone. "We'll see you later, Captain," said Archer as he lead Sarah from the room.
Jonathan watched as the doors closed behind them. He gathered all his fury, balled up his fist, and pounded it into the wall. He bit back the pain that flooded his hand and kicked at his bunk, muttering things under his breath. His anger was so strong right now, he knew he'd kill if he got the chance.
Rubbing his face in his hands, he sat down on the bed and waited, worrying about what Archer was going to do to Ensign Miller.
