Kate awakened slowly, still tied to the bed. She noticed some movement on the other side of the room, and strained to see if it was Archer.
"Good morning, baby," came the reply that sent Kate's head back to the bed. Archer walked over to her and looked over her still naked form. "You look amazing." He smiled, and Kate knew it wouldn't be long before she would have to endure him again.
She felt stronger than she did last night, and the shame she felt at feeling pleasure made her determined to never feel it again. She still worried about Commander Tucker, but she felt she wouldn't be able to stop herself from trying to fight Archer off if he came after her again.
It wasn't long before that happened. He allowed her to lie there for several minutes while he had a shower. When he got out, he walked up to her and grinned. "Let's start this day out right," he growled, leaning to lay over top of her.
Kate tensed and kicked out with her feet, landing one directly in his stomach. He groaned and fell back, clutching his belly in pain.
She felt some happiness at that, until his voice came up from the floor. "Kate," he said, wincing as he looked up at her, "Kate, it's me, Jonathan." He moved up slightly, and Kate tensed, awaiting some sort of punishment.
Captain Archer looked over her and frowned, shaking his head. "I'm so sorry," he said, trailing his hand over her face. He reached up to undo the belt when he fell back in shock, gasping at what he was feeling.
Kate had no idea what was happening. She tried pulling at the bound, but she couldn't loosen the tie. Archer lied on the floor, breathing heavily. When he looked up, there was concern in his eyes.
He laughed nervously. "Well, that was odd," he said, getting up off the floor. "You better not try that again, bitch. We can't have the Captain running around here."
Kate's eyes widenend in realization. It had really been Jonathan she had seen. Somehow, he had fought past the alien and taken control for a few precious seconds.
"You son of a bitch!" she yelled, not able to stop herself.
Archer turned back on her, his eyes dark. He stomped up to her and violently undid the belt. He yanked her up by the arm and punched her along the jaw. She fell back on the bed and moaned in pain.
"You stupid whore," he growled, fury evident in his voice. "How dare you make me do this!" He grabbed for her again and punched her in the stomach. "Consider that payback."
Kate collapsed on the ground, unable to breathe. She wheezed in pain, not fully feeling herself being pulled up and thrown back on the bed. Her ears buzzed and her eyes were blurred with tears, but she knew when Archer laid over her and pushed himself into her.
This time he wanted to cause her pain, he wanted to make her hurt. He wasn't concerned about her pleasure...he just wanted to shame her.
He gripped her waist and pulled her body up off the bed. "I'm gonna fuck you so hard you won't be able to walk," he spat, thrusting fast and hard into her.
Kate felt dizzy and sick. She didn't move, didn't even squirm. She simply took the pain as it was given to her.
"Dirty whore," he mumbled, running his nails along her leg. Each word dug into her like a shard of glass. She began to regain her senses, and the pain invading her body caused her to whimper and plead for mercy.
"Please stop," she whispered as he repeatedly forced himself into her. His movements were wild and furious, determined to hurt her and please himself.
"Shutup," he growled, lowering his mouth to her neck and sucking hard, biting at the soft flesh. Kate moaned in pain, waiting for the act to end.
He gripped her body to his and thrust into her a few more times before groaning his release into her shoulder. He panted as he got up, and gently touched her neck. She shivered at the pain, and he held up a finger with blood on it.
"Looks like I got a little carried away," he said, winking, before pushing his finger into her mouth and swirling it around. He pulled it out and kissed her hard, then got up and got dressed.
"I'll let everyone know you aren't feeling well," he said as he buttoned his shirt. "You stay here and behave."
Kate listened as Archer walked out of the bedroom. She heard the doors swoosh open and then close, and she was left in silence, knowing she had most likely been locked inside the room.
She touched her neck where he had bitten her. Tears invaded her eyes again, and she could do nothing but curl up in the bed and relive what had just happened.

Captain Archer strode onto the Bridge and walked up to T'Pol. "Ensign McLeod won't be taking her shift today," he said, his eyes hard. "She's not feeling well."
The Vulcan blinked softly. "Has she seen the Doctor?"
"She doesn't need a doctor," he said, stalking away and entering his ready room.
T'Pol glanced at Lieutenant Reed. He only raised his eyebrows and sighed, realizing that they were going to have to work fast. The Captain was becoming more agitated with each passing day.
She sat down in the Captain's chair, and quietly wondered if Ensign McLeod was alright. She had noticed the odd relationship between her and the Captain since the incident, and was curious as to how far that relationship had proceeded. Hopefully he had not hurt her.
"Sub-Commander," came Reed's voice from across the room. T'Pol turned to face him, and saw from the look in his eyes that she should go to him.
She walked to his station and looked at the console. "I've taken some scans, and I believe I might know how to remove the alien from the Captain's body," said Malcolm, bringing up some readings. "I'm going to have to remodulate a phaser to emit a high energy beam. It has to cause the body to release enough endorphins to push the entity from his body."
T'Pol took a deep breath and looked over the scans. She nodded slowly. "Get to work on it right away," she said. Malcolm nodded and left for the Armoury.
The Sub-Commander walked back to her chair and sat down, licking her lips in held back anxiety.
*
Captain Archer sat back in his chair and sighed. He was bored, and not very happy. Lieutenant Reed was supposed to have completed the weapons upgrades some time ago, but had yet to do so.
Sitting around was definitely one thing Archer did not find enjoyable. He loved the sensations his body got when he moved, when he ate, when he did anything. Being human was fascinating. He sure as hell didn't enjoy the work aspects of it, though.
He tapped his desk as he thought about what he could do to amuse himself. A smalile ile spread across his features as he thought to the Ensign he left in his quarters. He could always go fuck her...he knew he'd enjoy that. But Archer was feeling like he wanted a little more fun than that. He wanted to cause someone pain. Deep, emotional pain.
A thought occured to him, and he quickly got up from his desk and walked out to the Bridge. He stopped short when he noticed Malcolm's absence.
"Where's Reed?" he asked T'Pol, irritation in his voice.
"He has gone to Engineering to work on the weapons, Captain," she replied.
"About fuckin' time," he mumbled under his breath. He glanced at T'Pol's somewhat surprised expression. "I'm going to my quarters for a while. Don't bother me."
"Yes, sir," she said as he walked briskly from the bridge. She hoped he would stay there and not decide to check up on Reed. They didn't need much more time, but things could still go very, very wrong.
*
Kate paced around the Captain's quarters dressed in a t-shirt and pair of boxer shorts. She couldn't get out of the room, nor could she use the comm system, so she had resorted to searching the quarters for anything that could help her.
She really had no clue what she was looking for, though. So she spent her time looking through Jonathan Archer's things, feeling vaguely guilty about doing so.
She picked up a picture frame and smiled at the image. It was of Jonathan and his father, some years ago. She looked at Archer in the photo and instinctively a wave of nausea came over her. She sighed and set down the frame. She hated having feelings of fear come up whenever she thought of him, because this wasn't his fault. She couldn't help, though, seeing the images in her mind of what he had done to her. They were too vivid...too violent.
She swallowed hard as the doors to the quarters swooshed open unexpectedly. Archer strode in, looking determined, like he had something on his mind. Kate backed up involutarily as he approached, knowing there wasn't anyplace she could go.
He didn't hesitate when he got to her location. He grabbed her by the arm and pushed her forward. She started walking towards the bedroom, knowing that's where he intended for her to go.
"You're going to enjoy this one," he said, shoving her onto the bed. He began to undress in front of her, obviously anxious to get started. "I've got a surprise for you," he smirked.
Kate knew that no surprise from him could be a good thing. She trembled as she lied there, watching him undress. Mentally slapping herself for feeling a warm flush come over her body at the sight of his, she adjusted her position on the bed and waited.
Archer threw his clothes aside and pulled Kate off the bed. He began stripping her of her uniform. She stood silently as he disrobed her.
"I'm happy to see how well you're behaving," he said, pulling off her shirt. "The Captain will be pleased." He winked as Kate jerked her eyes up to meet his.
"What are you going to do?" she asked, fearing his response to her question.
Archer sighed as he pulled down her pants. "I don't think you have any idea what it's like to have two personalities, darling," he said. "It's difficult to keep the inferior one pinned down. So I thought I'd let him out for a while." He leaned in close to her ear. "Let him in on the fun."
He kissed her neck softly, then trailed his lips down to her shoulder. He began sucking on her skin, moving his large hands to her breasts. He squeezed tenderly, caressing the supple skin. Kate quivered as he teased her body.
She stood as still as she could, not allowing her weakened legs to give out on her. She wouldn't allow him that victory. Her mind twisted around the words he had spoken. An intense pain came over her abdomen as she realized that this time, this time the rape would involve Captain Archer directly.
An involuntary moan escaped her lips as Archer moved his hands to her back and pulled her forward. He raised his head and kissed her on the lips, pushing his tongue into the recesses of her hot mouth.
Kate fully noticed how gentle he was being, and she wondered why. He wasn't the type to go slowly.
"God, you're so soft," he said, pulling his mouth from hers. He gently laid her on the bed, and pressed his body to hers. "You know, this is the way he wanted to do it to you," he said, smirking and kissing her again.
Kate became dizzy as she realized he was trying to become Captain Archer to her. His insistent touchings became a blur, and she unwillingly began to feel the beginnings of pleasure stirring within her body. His gentle caresses sent shivers down her spine and made her skin tingle in the cold air.
Archer groaned as he removed his lips from her mouth and slid down to her abdomen. He ran his tongue over her belly, kissing her softly and frequently. Kate lied still, barely able to breath. It took all her strength not to give in to the sensations that were threatening to overtake her body. She reminded herself over and over, that no matter how gentle he was, it was still rape. And he was not Jonathan.
The Captain pulled his warm hands down her body and to her legs. He raised himself up to watch her as he pushed his fingers into her wetness, massaging deeply and in a sensual rhythm.
He smiled at Kate's obviously conflicting desires. "It's okay, baby," he whispered, keeping his eyes pinned on her face. "Let it go."
He maintained a steady thrusting of his fingers, making the pleasure even more hard to fight off. Kate suppressed a moan, and choked back the looming tears. It wasn't supposed to be this way. She hated her body for wanting Archer's touch.
She shut her eyes tightly, and tears rolled down her cheeks. She clenched her jaw against the wave of ecstasy that crawled up her legs.
After releasing an unwanted moan, Kate felt Archer slowly pull his fingers from her body, teasing her on the way out. He smiled and laid back over her body.
"That's a good girl," he said, stroking her hair. "I know you want me." He kissed her softly and pushed his member into her body, winning a moan from the girl beneath him.
He thrust slowly into her, wanting to tease the nerves in her body, hoping to break her will. Kate trembled under him, trying to force the bliss away from her.
Archer ran his hand down her leg and pulled it up, entering her even further. He softly rolled his hips forward, pulling out ever so slightly, then forcing himself back into her. Kate gripped the sheets beside her body, attempting to fight the growing heat in her abdomen.
"Yessss," he hissed, pressing hot kisses to her neck and shoulder. "Tell me you want it," he mumbled, pushing into her more strongly. "You need this, don't you, bitch?"
Kate whimpered at his quiet, angry words. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn't keep from showing himself as he really was. A hard thrust frightened her into answering him. "Yes," she whispered, her eyes watering as he groaned and rolled forward again.
Archer slid his arm underneath her and pulled her up, gripping her body to his own. He locked his eyes with hers. "Here he comes," he said, and she knew what he meant.
For a moment, his pace slowed. Then Kate saw the familiar anguish come over Archer's dark eyes. The thrusting came to a stop.
"Kate," came the whisper, and she knew immediately that it was Jonathan. "God," he breathed, not quite knowing what to do. He couldn't move, his body felt too heavy.
Kate's eyes brimmed with tears. At Jonathan's gentle voice, those tears fell. She looked up at the Captain, into his sparkling eyes, and saw tears beginning to form.
"I'm so sorry," he said, lifting his hand and daring to touch her face. Kate instinctively shied away from his touch, and felt a wave of guilt hit her when she saw the hurt look on Jonathan's face.
He brushed a tear from her face, and Kate swallowed hard. She knew it was her real Captain now, but the fear was still there. He remained within her, not thrusting, but not removing himself, either. She trembled, wondering if he wanted this, too.
Before she could say anything, Archer moaned in pain, his face falling to her shoulder. Kate immediately stiffened and gripped the bed, not knowing what was happening.
When Archer raised his head again, the light in his eyes was gone. He smiled softly, and thrust into her, letting her know that he was in control again.
"Please stop," Kate sobbed, not being able to take the torture. That only incited him to press into her again.
"He wants this," he said, gripping her leg possessively. "And I know you want this." He pulled out of her almost entirely, then pushed violently back into her. The gentle part of this game was over.
Kate tensed as he pushed into her, waiting in quiet agony for his climax to occur. He seemed to take pleasure in making her wait for him to end it.
Her body tingled with sparks of pleasure. Everything that had happened threatened to weaken her to the point of giving up. She wondered what use it was even fighting it anymore.
Archer noticed when Kate relaxed beneath him. He grinned and pulled her close to him, quickening his movements. "Yeah, that's right. Give in to it," he growled as he picked up the pace of his thrusts.
Kate gasped as her defenses crumbled and she became overcome with a shuddering wave of pleasure. Archer still pressed forward, determined to find his release.
She cried gently beneath him, ashamed of feeling any gratification. She barely noticed when Archer groaned and hit his climax. She only felt his warm body fall on top of her, making it difficult to breathe.
Archer took his time pushing off of her. He slowly rolled to the side, staring up at the ceiling. "It keeps gettin' better," he said, massaging her thigh. "One of these days, you'll be thanking me."
Kate swallowed and closed her eyes, not able to look at him. A flush covered her body, a wave of heat and embarrassment. She had allowed herself to be pleasured by this monster. And what was worse was that Jonathan would know this, too.
Archer got up off the bed and pulled on his uniform. He smiled and winked before leaving. "I'll be back later," he said, leaving the bedroom.
Kate didn't move until she heard the swoosh of the doors closing. When all became silent, she cried out in pain and curled into a ball, praying for something as dark as death.

Lieutenant Reed strolled onto the Bridge, his hand grasping something metallic. He walked up to T'Pol and showed her the object.
She glanced at the phaser and looked back up to him. "Are you sure this will work?" feltfelt it necessary to ask.
"No," said Malcolm, hiding the weapon along his leg, "But it's our best shot."
T'Pol nodded as Archer walked into the room. Reed stiffened with the Captain's gaze met his. "Lieutenant Reed," he said, "Are those weapons working yet?"
"Almost, sir," he replied, and Archer shook his head.
"This crew is unbelieveable," he mumbled. T'Pol and Malcolm exchanged worried glances.
"Uh, Captain," said Malcolm, holding the phaser behind his back. "There's something the Sub-Commander and I would like to discuss with you, if that's alright."
Archer looked them over suspiciously. "What is it?"
T'Pol stood up. "We would prefer to speak alone, Captain," she said.
"Fine," he grumbled, turning and walking towards his ready room.
Reed swallowed hard and sighed, worrying that this might not work. T'Pol followed behind the Captain, truly concerned about what was going to happen next.
*
"So what do you want?" asked Archer as the door closed behind the trio.
"We want our Captain back," said T'Pol. Reed gripped the phaser hard behind his back.
Archer cocked his head, and slowly began to smile. "What gave me away?" he asked, amused.
"It doesn't matter what gave you away," answered Reed. "We want our Captain back. Now."
Archer widened his eyes, humour sparkling in them. "I'm not sure I want to leave," he said, leaning against the desk. "I'm kind of having fun here."
"Fun's over," sighed Malcolm, yanking the phaser out from behind his back. Before Archer could react, Reed shot him. Several times.
The Captain yelled and fell back, falling to the floor. T'Pol and Reed watched in amazement as a cloud of something exited Archer's body, and drifted through the air, leaving the ship through a bulkhead.
Jonathan Archer's moans brought them back into reality. They raced forward and helped him up.
"Are you alright, Captain?" asked T'Pol, steadying him.
Archer held his head and winced. "I-I think so," he said, still feeling not quite right. "What happened?"
"Seems an alien entityk ovk over your body, sir. Must've happened when we were on the planet," said Reed, pocketing his phaser.
Archer sat on his desk, still in pain from the phaser stun. "We should get you to Sickbay," said T'Pol. "You may be suffering from other injuries."
"Yeah," he blinked, not feeling like arguing. He got up and stepped forward, then stopped abruptly. "Ensign McLeod," he said, suddenly remembering.
T'Pol looked at him, concerned. "Ensign McLeod, sir?"
His eyes widened in horror. "She's in my quarters. I locked her in my quarters," he said, mumbling.
Reed looked confused. "Your quarters?"
"I have to help her," he said, taking a step forward. His body screamed in pain, nearly making him fall. T'Pol caught him.
"We have to get you help first," she said. "Someone else can find Ensign McLe"
"
Archer's eyes began to tear from the pain. "Malcolm. Get her out of there."
"Yes, sir," he replied, exchanging worried glances with T'Pol. He exited the room quickly.
T'Pol helped the Captain out the door, and they made their way to Sickbay.
