“In English. I was wondering if you still wanted to discuss the Commander Fuller case over dinner tonight.”
“I… Don’t know. I’m not going to be much company tonight.”
“I’ll even make it my treat…”
“Fine, I’ll meet you in the parking lot later.”
Sturgis is at the door getting ready to leave, “Don’t worry about telling Mac. I’ve already told her we have plans.”
“Saves me a trip I guess.”

Mac leaves before Harm and heads to her storage unit. She finds Harm’s birthday gift, her mask and beads from Disneyland. She drops off the gift and her stuff at home, hiding them in the guest bedroom and she goes to change out of her uniform. Then she heads to Harriet’s to meet Harm’s parents for dinner. Frank and Trish are taking her out to dinner.

“I’ve got to call Sturgis, excuse me a moment,” Mac says as they wait for their table.
“Turner.”
“Sturgis, Harm’s parents are taking me out to dinner. I’m not going to be home by 7. So just drop him off at home or take him to the movies or something.”
“Fine Bobbie. I will tell Mac that when I see her. Later.”
Mac’s a little confused at first why Sturgis called her Bobbie but figufigures he was covering the call because Harm was near by. Sturgis and Harm were on the road to dinner. Harm had worked over at JAG a couple hours extra.

“So where were you,” Harm asks as Mac comes in the door laughing, and carefree. Trish had told her something funny about Harm when he was younger, it just refreshed itself in her memory, and Mac couldn’t help but laugh.
“Oh Hi Harm. I didn’t know you’d be home yet.”
“Got in an hour ago. So are you gonna tell me what you were up to?”
“If you are thinking I went out with someone and partied all night, you’re wrong.”
“Ok then where were you? I tried leaving messages and your phone was off or out of the area.”
“Look Harm, I don’t like your tone, and I don’t have to answer to you. I can’t tell you whom I was with because it’s a surprise for your birthday tomorrow,” Mac’s eyes suddenly springing with tears, at the sudden change of attitude Harm has taken on.
Mac turns and runs up the staircase to the bedroom. She goes to the bed, pulls out his pillow from the bed, grabs a set of linens, and a blanket. Then she tosses them at Harm, standing at the base of the stairs.
“Maybe you should sleep somewhere else tonight to show you what an ass you’re being. Good night,” then Mac slams the bedroom door and locks it behind her.
“Now maybe that will knock some sense into his Squid brain,” Mac thinks, “At least it will get him through tonight into his birthday tomorrow.”

4:00 am.
Harm reaches out to Mac’s side of the bed in the guest room, and upstairs, Mac reaches out to Harm’s side of the bed. Both spots empty and cold. Harm realizes that he misses her deeply but his pride put him in the bed he’s in, he rolls over onto his back and rests his left hand behind his head, thinking. Then he falls back to sleep dreaming of Mac.

Mac gets up and freshens up before she decides she is ready to face Harm again. Harm is still sleeping. She goes to find him on the couch, but he had decided to use the guest bedroom.
“Why spend the night on the couch when he could have a nice comfortable bed,” Mac thinks to herself.
She heads into the kitchen and starts the coffee. She knows he’s in he apartment, she strangely can feel his presence in the building. Mac would know and feel if he wasn’t there. She goes to the guest room and cracks the door a bit. Harm is tangled up in the sheets, and she knows he must have had a rough night. Mac feels for him, but it had to be done. Now the fun can begin. She quietly as possible sneaks into the room leaving the door cracked so that she could hear the timer for the coffee. She sneaks over to his side of the bed and straddles his waist. Mac begins to rub her heat against his groin. She can feel him begin to grow. She leans forward and sucks oh his lower lip. Harm is in the middle of a dream and suddenly he can’t move. He can feel extra heat at his groin, and now someone his kissing him.
“Help Mac, Mac I can’t move,” he cries out as if he’s in a nightmare.
Mac leans forward again and kisses him full on again, this time grinding herself into him. Harm wakes up and really gets into their kiss. Mac breaks it off when she realizes he is now awake.
“Just where I want to see you every morning,” Harm says, smiling.
“Happy birthday Flyboy,” Mac says before Harm hugs her close, kisses her deeply, and rolling them both at the same time.
“I don’t deserve you. You’re too good to me you know that?”
“Yes, now let me up so that I can remind you how good I am to you.”
“Oh no, I’ve got my birthday present right here,” Harm says before kissing the side of her neck.
“But I want to do this for you,” Mac protests.
“Everyone’s entitled to an Un-birthday gift.”
“Un-birthday?”
“Yeah, it’s not your birthday but you still get a present. Now I am going to give you one.”
“Harm you spoil me.”
“Yeah, I know.”
They found a primal rhythm, instinctive and undeniable. He kept her at the height of climax. The sheer intensity of physical release triggered something deep within Mac, the release of a different kind of energy altogether. When Harm finally reached the summit of his passion, they felt as if they were both several inches above the sheets, still entwined, with a force that made the bed frame creak in protest. A pleasant exhaustion claimed them both; they lay on the bed, enfolded in each other's arms. Mac rested her head on a lightly furred heaving chest, enjoying the steady rhythm of his heartbeat. The calm perfection of that moment was shattered by noise from the next room; the distinctive sounds of a Mr. Coffee machine.
"You know," Harm mutters lazily, "We really should do something about that."
“I’ll go since it’s your birthday,” says Mac, leaving his side and the room wearing nothing.
Mac returns a short time later with a breakfast tray and a rose, dressed in a robe. Harm dozed off while she was gone. She balances the tray on one arm and reaches down to stroke Harm’s thigh to wake him up. Instead, he moans and groans his approval of Mac’s hand motions, urging her on.
“Come on baby, time to wake up. I’ve got breakfast in bed for the birthday boy.”
“Awww, do I hafta?”
“Yes, now get up. Eat and then we can go back to bed before we have to go somewhere special for lunch.”
“I think I like your plan…”

The Roberts arrive first with Harm’s parents and Bud takes off with Little A.J. to the playground while Harriet and Trish start setting up the food tents, the folding picnic tables with table cloths. Frank started hanging decorations on the trees around the tables. Harriet started unloading the food from the back of the van with Trish’s help into the tent. The tents were to keep the flies away and it made things easier to clean up.
“What time are Harm and Mac getting here,” asks Harriet.
“Mac said last night that she’d try and have the birthday boy here about 1 to give us enough time to set up,” Trish replies.
“Looks like you have it all taken care of,” says A.J. walking up with a few more food items and a cooler of soda. Meredith on the other handle of the cooler.
“Oh hello A.J. We just got here ourselves really,” says Trish.
“Where do you want this,” he says speaking of the cooler.
“Anywhere inside the tent is good,” says Frank.
“This looks fantastic,” says Sturgis carrying a couple more bags of snack food and Bobbi follows behind with a picnic basket with a couple apple pies.
“Hi guys, I made a couple apple pies, if you wanted something besides cake.”
Tiner couldn’t make it because he had other plans that he couldn’t get out of; just Mac and Harm were missing.

Mac finally wakes up and goes up to get ready. Then she comes back down to get Harm up.
“Hey Rip Van Winkle Rabb… It’s time for lunch. We have to get going,” she says as she starts pulling away the sheet covering his body.
Harm grips the sheet and pulls it back up pretending to be asleep and then rolls over onto his stomach to stay covered.
“You faker, now get up,” Mac says laughing.
She goes over and swats his six and Harm yelps in protest.
“Owww Mac.”
“Oh come on. You can take it when the doctor did it forty years ago today to make sure you were alive and you bitch when I do it because I love you. Ok maybe I was just checking to see if you were still alive.”
“No, you just wanted to spank my ass and get away with it...” Harm smiles wickedly.
“Ok maybe just a little,” Mac teases back.
“I’ll get you back later.”
“You can try Flyboy. Now hurry up and get dressed, I’m hungry.”
Harm finally gets up and heads up to hit the shower. Mac sneaks the gifts into her car while Harm showers. She changes the sheets in the guest room while he is toweling off and dressing. Harm comes down in blue denim shorts and a yellow shirt from his childhood, that is 3 times too small that says, “I celebrated a birthday at Camelot Golfland.”
“Oh god Harm, there’s no way you’re wearing that,” Mac says, as she can’t stop laughing.
“Ok I’ll go change.”
The next time he comes down he’s wearing a red tank top, the blue denim shorts and white Converse high top sneakers.
“God Harm are you trying to kill me,” Mac asks as she starts laughing again, so bad her sides are hurting.
“What’s so funny?”
“Nothing, You’re the birthday boy. Now lets get going, we’re taking my car, and yes you can drive.”

I wonder where they are,” says Harriet, “It’s not like Mac to be late.”
“It’s probably Harm that is giving her a fuss,” says Trish.
“Looks like them,” Sturgis says as he sees Mac’s car pull up, “They’re here.”
“Mac what’s going on?”
“This is for a picnic you. Come on.”
Mac gets out and pops the gifts out of the back of her car. Harm takes her hand and holds it as they walk up to the tent. Harm’s eyes suddenly widen in shock as he sees Trish and Frank.
“Mom, Frank what are you guys doing here?”
“Mac wanted to surprise you and we wanted to come visit on your special birthday,” Trish says before giving Harm a hug.
“What… When did you get here?”
“Yesterday morning, Mac picked us up at the airport,” says Frank as he gives Harm a quick hug.
“Let me guess, you all were in on this,” Harm says smirking as he figures that’s where Mac was.
“Some had bigger parts than others,” says Sturgis.
“Hi Unca Harm.”
“Hi Little A.J., are you ready to eat?”
“Yup. I wanna a wiener,” says Little A.J.
Two hours after lunch Mac went to the car and grabbed the thick packing blanket and a couple pillows. Harm helps her spread out the blanket.
“Thank you for my fiesta, now it’s time for my siesta,” Harm says to everyone as he goes down for his nap.
“When you get up we’ll do the gifts, cake or pie, and ice cream,” says Trish.
“Hey Mac, care to join me?”
“Not right now, but Little A.J. can. He needs his nap too.”
So Mac puts Little A.J. down with Harm and starts helping clean up with the other ladies while the other men go sit on the empty swings and chat. About an hour and a half later, Harm wakes up and Harriet comes for Little A.J..
“Nice nap,” Mac asks, giving him a quick kiss.
“Yes, but I missed you.”
Harm blows out the candles after making a wish and makes the first cut choice of the cake before Trish takes over and starts cutting up the rest of the single layer white cake with white frosting and ‘Happy Birthday, Harm’ written on it. Bobbi cuts up the pie and Meredith serves up the ice cream. Harm doesn’t exactly scarf down his cake and ice cream but he eats faster than everyone else and still has brain freeze from the vanilla-chocolate swirl ice cream. Harm starts to rip into the gifts at the other end of the desert table. There were a few gifts, mostly joint ones. He opens the gift from A.J. and Meredith first, which was a $50 gift certificate to a worldwide chain bookstore. Sturgis and Bobbi’s gift was a stack of cd’s of Harm’s favorite music that was hard to find.
“Whoa thanks you two? How did you find these?”
“We had a little help from our friends and we’d tell you who but we’d have to kill you later,” says Sturgis.
“Ok thanks anyway.”
Harm opens the gift from The Roberts Family; it’s a set of DVD movies. He had spoken to Mac about getting the very titles he was holding. Mac was busy taking down a list of who gave what, when Harm begins to open the joint gift from Mac and his parents. At first Harm doesn’t get it. Why Mac and his parents would get him and Indiana Jones costume. Trish taps her on the shoulder and Mac gets up to show Harm the surprise. His eyes immediately widen in shock.
“Is this real?”
“Yes,” Mac says.
Harm doesn’t dare touch the ink on the hat, for fear of smudging it. Months ago when they came home from the Disneyland trip, Mac sent the hat to Renee and she took it through her connections and got Harrison Ford to autograph across the left side of the hat on the brim. She had sent Mac back a note saying she just did it as a favor for Harm. At least she didn’t trash the hat…
“Look inside the hat,” says Frank, “The gift from your mother and I, is in there.”
Harm looks inside the hat and an envelope was taped in there. Harm opens it and pulls out four tickets. Two tickets to Disney MGM Studios and two tickets to the NASA Kennedy Space Center were inside. Harriet and everyone else try to hide their surprise at the tickets, hoping that Harm’s parents hadn’t just given away the surprise about Walt Disney World wedding.
“Hey Harm, why don’t we just go to Walt Disney World while we’re there,” asks Mac.
“Sounds like a good plan,” Harm answers.
