You bite cheese into the shape of states?

They ran to the set. The rest of the panel was already seated, and waiting. The crowd was chatty but settled, anxiously awaiting the show. Charlie felt like a child. She was being pulled along by the arm by an old woman in a hurry. Everyone stared at her.

Charlie could feel a lump rise up in the back of her throat, and there was an obnoxious sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach as if someone was pushing it down. This was it. This was big. This wasn’t some small walk on role. This wasn’t her saying a few words or just passing by. This was a big deal and it could make or break her.

Charlie put her hand to her mouth and took a seat between two fellow cast members with whom she had vaguely worked with on ‘All That’.
“Sit down right here and don’t move!” The stage manager instructed, and Charlie swallowed the lump in her throat and listened.

She looked to each side of her. There were four seats on the panel and she was number two. To the right of her was a very tall, very skinny, very bald man named Kevin. Kevin Kopelow. He, like the lady who had just sat her down, played the stage manager on ‘All That’. He was infamous for repeating the phrase “Five minutes! The show starts in five minutes!”, every five minutes.

To her left was a boy, not yet a man, but still very much attractive - Danny Tamberelli. He was wearing a orange jumpsuit, just like herself, and it matched the hair on top of his head perfectly. She had never been fond of red hair, but he was the exception. It was long, down to his shoulders, and even shinier than hers. He was beautiful.

Charlie froze up and folded her hands in her lap. She sat up strait and stuck out her breasts. If she had a book, it could have balanced on the top of her head. She glanced at Danny out of the corner of her eyes and almost had the breath knocked out of her upon realizing that his baby blues were staring right back into her own.

Charlie’s attention was drawn away from Danny when Summer Sanders, in all her glory, walked onto the stage. She was a lot taller in person than on television. The Cameras were pointed in the panelist’s direction and a man shouted at them to put on their blindfolds - they were ready to start filming. Charlie knew the routine, she had watched the show numerous times, and without thinking, reached out for the pink blindfold in front of her.

Charlie glared at it for a second, taking in the tacky multi-colored sequins that were glued onto the fabric. She shrugged, and then put it over her eyes. A job was a job, and Charlie was more than ecstatic to have this one. Somewhere in the distance she heard a man yell “Five… Four… Three…” And she knew then that they were filming.

A cheer erupted from the audience and the panelists took off their blindfolds. Summer Sanders announced the show, as well as the new contestant, and Charlie’s nerves slowly settled after she had asked her first question, “Is it a talent?” and got a yes answer.

Round one was over in a minute, and Summer announced that it was now time for the ‘secret slime action’. The ’Secret slime action’ was almost always something stupid. Most of the time along the lines of ‘being a panelist’, or ‘wearing a jumpsuit’, and resulted in one of them being covered in a thick but runny, almost always green substance called ‘Slime’. The funny thing is, the panelist never knows what the ‘secret slime action’ is, and therefore can become covered in the goop by simply breathing.

The game proceeded, and after two turns of asking questions, Charlie heard the obnoxious sound from above that meant someone would be covered in Slime at any second. Charlie slipped off of her chair and hid under the desk, avoiding any of the substance if she were, indeed, the one getting the goop.

She glanced around her. It was dark under the desk, but she could see the ground around every other seat but her own covered in a green liquid; the infamous Slime. Charlie slowly came out from her hiding space, her eyes turning towards Danny and he smiled broadly at her. His eyes peaked out from under his luscious red hair, now saturated with Slime, and dripping all over. He watched her as she sat cautiously and checked herself and her surroundings for filth. He studied her with his ocean blue eyes.

Danny was absolutely covered, and he seemed almost happy about it. Quickly he stood up, flipping his long hair back, and splattering the audience behind him with the gunk. They shrieked and he laughed. Danny ran his fingers through his hair so that the slime slicked it back, and then used the same hand to grab some off of the desk. He proceeded to smear it right across the side of Charlie’s face, and she screeched as if someone had put a bug on her.

She turned to glare at him, completely unaware of what Summer was saying, and what went on around her. Charlie watched as Danny placed a slime covered finger into his mouth and licked it off in the most seductive manner. Charlie couldn’t help but crack a smile, and if she wasn’t mistaken she could feel a significant heat fill not only her core, but her panties as well.

The game proceeded, and after a short while it was discovered that the contestant could bite cheese into the shape of states. Charlie watched in amazement as the little girl took a block of cheese and proceeded to eat it until it looked almost, vaguely, like the shape of Florida.

“That’s a shitty talent.” She whispered to Danny out of the corner of her mouth, although she wouldn’t look at him. No, she wouldn’t give into him that easily. He leaned into her, taking her by surprise. She could feel his hot breath and lips tease her as he whispered, “I bet you’ve got some great talents.” into her ear.

Charlie licked her teeth and bit back the smile that was starting to curve upon her lips. “Maybe I do,” She quipped, glancing at him quickly; she’d give him that, but nothing else. “But you’ll never know.”

Danny’s lips pursed into a grimace, and he sucked air in through his teeth as if she had hurt him in some way. Then he winked. “We’ll see about that.”
Charlie decided to ignore him. She was a prize and he wasn’t a worthwhile contestant.

It was time for the show to start again. The next contestant, with, what was without a doubt, the dumbest talent ever, came prancing on the stage and took their seat right next to Summer. The game was on once again, and Charlie put on her A-face. She was going to figure it out if it killed her.

End of round one. Again. It was time for the secret slime action. It was rather annoying to Charlie that she didn’t know what it was, and could be doing it by simply sitting down. She was tense throughout the next round of questions, getting past hers as quickly as possible in hopes that she wouldn’t get slimed.

Once more it was Kevin’s turn, and after a quick, painful “No.”, it was her turn. Charlie was in the middle of asking “Is it something you do with your hands?”, when she heard the obnoxious sound. This time she had no time to hide, and instead of running, she took it.

A blast of green slime came shooting out of the pipes above her, absolutely dousing her entire body in the substance. She could hear Danny cracking up beside her and she was overwhelmed with the urge to hit him. Charlie grabbed her virtually dry ‘Slime helmet’ and used it to catch as much of the green goop as possible.

She cleared her vision and then grabbed the helmet, quickly bounding from her chair. Charlie stepped behind Danny and emptied the contents onto the top of his head. She gave him a quick, inappropriate kiss on the cheek and then sat back down in her chair; folding her hands in front of her on the desk and sitting, nice and proper, with a huge smile on her face.

“Oh, you’re going to pay for that later, Baby.” She heard Danny grumble, but she paid no attention.
“Do you want to know what the secret slime action was, Charlie?” Summer asked, and Charlie simply nodded. “It was ‘being the only person not covered in slime.’.”
Charlie laughed. This game was so stupid, and she was glad when it had ended and she could get herself into a nice, steamy hot shower.
