A/N: I've been reading the CSI tri-fandom for a while and can't find many Ryan/Speed/Horatio fics... so here is my contribution to the world of CSI.
Summary: You would think that he knew how to deal with falling in love... but when you fall in love with your boss and the man training you, it gets harder every day to act as if nothing is wrong.
Mending Hearts and Dreams
When Ryan woke in the morning, he was glad for the day off. He didn't know if he could look at either man without blushing or embarrassing himself. As he did his day-off routine, Ryan was able to lock down his feelings again, and began searching for things on Rick Stetler to make sure that he had protection for both Horatio and Speed ready. He would do anything to keep them happy and together.
As the day passed, Ryan was sure that there had to be something on Rick, when he finally got into the hidden files. He saw that Rick was taking bribes from some of the biggest crime families and that he had been seriously abusing women in the area. Keeping this info for later, Ryan went back to finishing his routine before going to bed.
When he returned to the lab the next day, Ryan was sure that the world was out to get him. When he got in, he was paired with Speed for a case, one that would involve getting seriously wet. As he went to get his kit, he missed the look shared between Speed and Horatio.
The trip to the crime scene was uneventful, as Ryan was trying to remember if he had enough shampoo and soap for after they were done. At the scene, they found a young girl, about 16 years old, badly beaten and possibly raped. As the pair began their search, Ryan couldn't help but notice the marks on her neck seemed familiar.
“Speed, look at the marks on her neck. Don't they seem familiar?” Curious brown eyes looked at the victim and nodded.
Back at the lab, the tests began to get more and more disturbing. There was no DNA on the girl, but the marks and the abuse patterns was similar to five other cases. Ryan knew that it was Rick Stetler, but other than giving the documents he found, it would be impossible to catch the man. After endless hours of searching, Ryan found a break. There had been signs of fellatio and there was ejaculate in the girl's stomach. Speed came in as the results were printing, and both were shocked at the name that had come out.
Rick Stetler was about to leave his office when Yelena came with several officers.
“Rick Stetler, you are under arrest for the murder of Victoria Jones.” Rick was shocked as this happened and tuned out the rest of the speech.
As Rick was lead to the cells, Ryan stepped out of the lab with Horatio and Speed. Ryan felt sick to his stomach as Stetler began blaming Horatio for ruining him. Holding back his temper, Ryan made his way to the locker room and sat down.
He was so busy calming himself down, that he didn't see Alexx come into the room.
“Baby, are you alright?” Her voice was tinged with concern, and Ryan curled into her arms.
“I can't believe that we didn't notice this sooner. We were literally working for one of the monsters that we put away.” He whimpered and Alexx held onto him tighter.
“I know baby, but now he's off the streets, and I know that inmates hate the IAB.” Her voice held a scathing quality and Ryan gave her a small smile.
“Thanks Alexx. I needed that.” Getting one last hug, Ryan made his way back into the lab to find Speed and Horatio. He really needed another case to get his mind off of Stetler's crazy rants.
As he walked by Horatio's office, he noticed that the blinds were closed. Raising his fist to knock, a soft moan was heard from inside. Blushing slightly at the images coming to mind, Ryan decided to go see if Calleigh needed some help with the case that she and Eric were working on.
Throughout the rest of the day, it took all of Ryan's will power to keep from blushing at the sight of Speed or Horatio. When Calleigh asked if he was alright, he told her about what Stetler had said earlier that morning. Nodding in sympathy, she dropped the line of questioning and stayed with Ryan for the rest of the shift.
Entering the locker room after a few hours of overtime, Ryan just wanted to go home and sleep. He heard some more moans, and saw Horatio and Speed wrapped in each other's embrace. Seeing the love they had for each other reflecting in their eyes made Ryan's heart clench. Quickly getting his things, Ryan slipped out of the locker room oblivious to the look of sadness and longing on Speed's and Horatio's faces.
Upon entering his home, Ryan was assaulted with the images of both men once again. Quickly making his way to the bedroom, Ryan shed his clothes and landed on the bed.

Just as he was about to knock on the door to Horatio's office, Ryan was pulled inside and pressed into the door.
