Moment Of Bliss
From Lust To Love
Fandom: Law and Order: SVU
Rating: not sure...I think I'll give each chapter It's own rating.
Pairings: Casey/Olivia
Things you should know:
1. I don't own any of the characters in this story.
2. If same sex relationships bother you, you shouldn't read.
3. This story doesn't follow any specific timeline or episode. In fact it will probably have very little to do with the actual case as I do not know much about law or police work. It's a shippy fanfic based on the feelings and relationships of the characters, in this case Olivia and Casey.

Part 2: Moment of Bliss
Rating: PG-13
The next morning Casey Novak strode confidently into SVU headquarters. Captain Cragen had called her earlier and asked her to secure a warrant to search the apartment of their suspect. She was on her way to deliver that warrant now to Detectives Stabler and Benson. She was eager to help get an indictment against the perpetrator but not half as eager as she was to see Olivia.
Casey found Benson and Stabler at their desks. Stabler had that look on his face. The look of someone wrestling with inner demons and determined not to lose control. He was thumbing through a file. Olivia looked like she hadn't slept at all. Her short hair was a bit mussed. There was barely a trace of make-up on her haggard face. But Casey loved her this way. She was beautiful without make-up and fine clothes. Casey was a little jealous of that. She didn't think she looked very good unless she was carefully put together.
"I have your warrant." Casey called from a few steps away. Stabler got up and took the paper from her outstretched hand. "Thanks Casey." Casey nodded. "No problem." Olivia had left her seat and was slipping on her suede jacket, but her eyes never left Casey. She was taking in Casey's outfit. The shorter than usual black skirt. The tighter than usual white silk blouse that left little to the imagination. She could just make out the outline of the lacy pink bra underneath.
Stabler turned to his partner. "Ready Liv?" Olivia nodded. "I'll be right with you." Stabler started for the door. Olivia brushed against Casey on purpose on her way past and paused long enough to whisper. "Did you wear that just for me Councilor?" Casey didn't have time to answer before Olivia disappeared. But Olivia had done her damage. Casey's knees were weak. She could still feal Olivia's breath on her ear. The scent of Olivia's perfume still hung gently in the air. Casey wondered, "What is that? Something light, earthy, and sweet." The captain's voice broke her reverie. "Casey? A moment?" She turned to Captain Cragen. "Yes sir."
Later that day:
Olivia Benson stood in the little room watching through the two way mirror as her partner Elliot Stabler interrogated the suspect. They both knew he was guilty. All that was left was to try to get a confession. Olivia had found herself alone in that room for the first time. Usually Captain Cragen, Dr. Huang, Munch, Fin, Casey, or the suspects lawyer would have been present. But this day was anything but usual. She was trying to watch carefully to see that Stabler kept his cool, but she was so tired that she couldn't keep her focus.
Her mind was soon flooded with the events of last night. Casey's blushing face half hidden by her coffee cup. The feel of Casey's knee rubbing hers under the table. The way Casey had nearly choked when she'd asked about what she was thinking. The warmth of Casey's arm under her hand when she'd touched her in concern. The last moments outside the precinct when for a moment they'd held hands. Olivia regretted that she hadn't kissed Casey then. It was after all a dark night and the street had been deserted. No one would have seen.
Slowly coming back from her daydream Olivia realized she was no longer alone. Turning to the door she found herself face to face with Casey. Casey just stood there with a faint smile on her lips watching Olivia. Olivia smiled. "How long have you been there?" Casey took a few steps forward. "Long enough to know exactly what you were thinking about. But I wonder Detective, was I the star of your fantasy?" For the first time in her life Olivia blushed. "Yes." The word was soft...so unlike Olivia's usual tone. Casey found it incredibly sexy.
Quickly closing the distance between them, Casey came to stand directly in front of Olivia. She lifted her hand and gently cupped Olivia's cheek. Their eyes met. Neither could think. Their bodies just took over. Slowly their faces got closer and closer as if they were magnetically attracted. Then at last, their lips met. Olivia let out a small unvoluntary moan. The feel of Casey's lips drove her into a state of total desire. Olivia's hands slipped around Casey's hips and found their way to her back. She held her firmly but gently while her mouth began to explore. Casey leaned into Olivia and slid her hand down over Olivia's cheek to her neck feeling her pulse racing, before ending up tangled in the hair at the back of Olivia's head. Casey's fingers massaged Olivia there. Taking a courageous step, Casey opened her mouth to allow Olivia access. Olivia was thrilled at that. She slipped her tongue into Casey's mouth and touched it to Casey's just for a brief second. "Little tease." Casey thought. Casey decided to take control. She clamped her hand firmly on the back of Olivia's head, pressing their mouths hard together. Her own tongue was more forceful as it plunged into Olivia's mouth. She tasted every inch of the inside of that delicious mouth before retreating.
Coming up for a breath, they gazed into each other's eyes. Casey's blue eyes were misty and the desire there was undeniable. Olivia's brown eyes were filled with pure lust. Casey brought up her hand and traced Olivia's cheek with one finger. "That was nice Detective." Olivia placed her own hand on Casey's and drew it away from her face. Lowering her lips she kissed Casey's knuckles. "That's only the beginning."
Footsteps outside the door brought them back to reality. Olivia glanced throught the two way mirror. Elliot was gone. He must have gotten his confession or given up. That was probably him outside. The door knob turned as the two women quickly readjusted themselves. Casey smoothed down her hair and hoped she hoped her lipstick wasn't smudged too much. Olivia tried to wipe whatever traces of Casey's lipstick that had been left on her lips away. The door swung open and there stood Stabler. "It's finished Liv. We got the confession." He had a strange look on his face. "Hello Casey." He didn't mention anything but Olivia was sure he knew.
Casey clasped Olivia's hand. "Meet me at O'Malley's tonight after work." And then she quickly left. Olivia stood there, half in shock over what had just happened and half daydreaming about things to come.
