Summary: Something has a hold over Captain Archer. Is it loooove? Read and find out!
WARNING: Very violent. Probably a lot more violent than our other fics. And more one-dimensional, as well.
Author's Notes: This fic was written a couple of years ago. It was one of the first OC ones I ever wrote, so I don't think the quality is quite as good as the more recent ones. Just FYI.

Ensign McLeod stood beside Trip's biobed. He was hooked up to a monitor, still not awake. Dr. Phlox stood beside a very dour Captain Archer on the other side of the bed.
Kate kept her head lowered, not being able to meet the Captain's eyes. She could feel his gaze on her, though, and it made her weak.
"I really have no idea what's wrong with him," said Phlox, looking over the readings. "At first glance I would say it's a phaser stun, but that wouldn't put him in this kind of a coma."
Kate blinked heavily at the words. She knew Trip wouldn't be waking up for some time.
"How did this happen, Ensign?" asArchArcher.
Kate's eyes shot up to look at the Captain, and a wave of panic spread over her. She swallowed and responded as best she could. "I don't know," she managed to choke out, "He just collapsed."
Archer nodded slowly and turned back to Phlox. "Keep me posted, Doctor."
Phlox nodded slowly and the Captain turned to leave. He was nearly out the door when he stopped and looked back. Kate froze.
"I want to see you in my ready room in an hour, Ensign," he stated, and then left, without waiting for a response.
Kate's eyes watered. She held back a nervous breath and waited for the Doctor to say something. Anything. Finally looking up, she noticed the stare of a concerned friend. "May I be excused, Doctor?" she asked, not wanting to lose her control.
"Of course," he said. She looked away and left Sickbay, knowing that Phlox had realized that she wasn't completely herself. But Archer had warned her not to say anything, and she couldn't take any chance that he would hurt Trip. She would just have to suffer through this, and figure out another way to fight back.

Ensign McLeod sat in the Mess Hall, counting the seconds until she had to meet the Captain in his ready room. She knew what was coming. And she knew she wouldn't be able to fight him off.
She felt so torn inside, having to silently stand there while he did such horrible things to her. She wanted to lash out, to tell people what he was doing, but not only did she have no proof, Commander Tucker's life was at stake. And hers possibly as well. She believed that Archer would go through with murder if she didn't listen to him.
She snapped out of her thoughts when T'Pol sat down next to her. "Sub-Commander," she said, surprised at the Vulcan's visit.
"Ensign," she said, looking straight into Kate'ss. \s. "I heard that something happened to Commander Tucker in your quarters. Is this correct?"
Kate gulped and nodded. She did not need someone trying to get information out of her right now.
T'Pol tilted her head and looked took a drink from the cup she was holding. "The Captain has shown a disturbing lack of concern for the Commander," she said, meeting Kate's eyes.
Ensign McLeod furrowed her brow. "I know," she whispered, not sure where T'Pol was going with this.
"Have you noticed anythingsualsual?" she asked, her voice lowered so no one around them could hear.
Kate's first instinct was to blurt out everything, but fear held her back. "I have to meet the Captain soon," she said, lowering her eyes to the table. Biting her lip, she took a chance with the Vulcan next to her. "If you think something is wrong, it might be good to follow that instinct."
Too worried to take any more of a chance than that, Kate got up from the table and left the Mess Hall. The steps to the Bridge were long and painful, each tread on the floor sent her heart fluttering.
She nodded hello to Ensign Maywer aer as she crossed the Bridge. Standing at the door to the ready room, she took a deep breath and pressed the chime. She hoped he wouldn't be daring enough to try anything with her with so many people just steps away.
Archer's gruff voice called out, and Ensign McLeod entered shakily. She stood in front of his desk, her hands behind her back, and looked at the wall. "You wanted to see me, Captain," she said, fighting off a wavering voice.
Archer pursed his lips. "Look at me," he ordered. Kate dropped her brown eyes to his, and licked her lips nervously. "You came damn close to making me mad in Sickbay today, Ensign," he said. "I think you could have come up with a better story than just a simple collapse."
Kate inhaled deeply, tightening every muscle in her body. "I'm so sir sir. I wasn't sure what to say."
Archer nodded distantly and got up from his chair. The movement made Kate close her eyes tightly, knowing that he would be approaching her. When she opened them, he was standing right beside her. She held her pose, not daring to move.
The Captain fidgeted beside her, not moving his eyes from her face. She caught movement of his hands out of the corner of her eye, and whipped her head around when she saw what he was holding. She looked up at him in confusion.
"What are you doing?" she whispered, watching him roll up two t-shirts.
His face was a mask of lust. "I'm going to show you what happens to crewmembers who don't meet expectations," he said, grabbing her arm.
"Don't touch me," she said, instinctively yanking her arm away. She knew she had done wrong even before Archer hit her across the face.
Kate bit back the pain and winced. She lost her balance when the Captain took advantage of her shock and pushed her forward onto his desk.
Ensign McLeod struggled to move as Archer pinned her legs with his own. He yanked back her arms and held them tightly, tying them together with one of the twisted shirts.
She gasped when he grabbed her by the hair and yanked her halfway off the desk. "It would be much healthier for you if you just took what you had coming without fighting it," he said, breathing hotly on her cheek.
Kate whimpered and dared to speak a reply. "Someone will hear. They're going to hear what you're doing," she pleaded, hoping to scare him into stopping.
Archer smiled and wrapped the other shirt over her mouth, and tied it behind her head. "Just so you don't scream, sweetie," he said, "Don't you worry. No one will find out."
He shoved her back down on the desk. She struggled against him, but he was too strong for her. She heard the familiar sound of his zipper being undone, and she knew that the pain wasn't far off.
She felt his finger wrap around her pants. He yanked them down in one swift movement, and let them fall to her ankles. Her panties were next.
Kate could barely breath against the rim of the desk. She worked at the tie around her wrists, but couldn't loosen them. She stopped abruptly when the Captain leaned over her body.
"You know, this is a lot of fun," he said, shifting her legs so they were spread apart. "I know your Captain s ths this. I'm surprised he didn't try anything before I got here."
He smirked as Kate tried to twist her neck around to look at him. Her eyes widened as she realized that this wasn't her Captain. It wasn't Archer. Something had ahold of him, something else was hurting her.
She winced as she felt Archer enter her body. "Yeah, baby, I know you want it, too," he mumbled, feeling her writhe beneath him.
He grabbed her hips and pulled her off the table slightly, and adjusted himself so he could move deeper with her. He pulled her hips back as he rocked towards her, thrusting in slow movements until he was buried as far as he could go.
"That's a good girl," he hissed, sending sparks of pleasure into her body. She fought against the movement, but that only spurred him on. "Oh, that's it. That's what I like," he growled, causing Kate to whimper in defeat.
He pulled back and thrust harder, quickening his movements, squeezing her hips tighter as he became more pleasured. She could feel her abdomen become tense, every muscle in her body screaming to relax. She held herself so tightly, she was afraid to let go.
Archer quickened his pace, jerking her pelvis up to meet his. "So gooood," he mumbled, closing his eyes and meeting his release with a hard thrust. Kate shuddered beneath him, feeling the warmth enter her body.
She closed her eyes as he pulled himself out of her body and did up his zipper. Her skin quivered in the cold air, and her eyes were wet with unshed tears. Archer pulled her up from the desk by her arms, and quickly undid the gag in her mouth.
He ran his fingers through her hair and pulled her lips to his own. His kiss was lustful and hot, his tongue forceful in her mouth. Kate did nothing but allow it to take place.
He brthe the kiss and untied Kate's wrists, throwing the shirt to the floor. He turned away from her and walked behind his desk. "Get dressed and leave," he ordered.
Kate blushed in shame and pulled up her pants. Her legs were numb from the act that had occured, and she fumbled with her zipper as she stumbled towards the door.
"I'll see you later, sweetie," he said, and Kate looked back at him. He sat in his chair, his feet on the desk, smirking. Kate turned quickly and left the room, anxious to have him out of her sight.
*
Ensign McLeod sat in her quarters, reliving the past few hours in her mind. When she had stumbled out of the Captain's ready room, she had almost forgotten that she was on the Bridge. Her tear-stained eyes looked up after several deep breaths to see Sub-Commander T'Pol looking at her.
Kate had been worried that the Vulcan would do something to draw attention to her, but thankfully T'Pol only turned her attention away from her and concentrated on making sure the rest of the Bridge crew was working on the task at hand.
It was then Kate reed ted that T'Pol knew something was going on. How much, she didn't know, but the Vulcan knew enough to keep everyone else out of it. She had allowed Kate to leave the Bridge without having to be stopped by any of her colleagues.
Ensign McLeod had gone straight to her quarters, not sure of where else she could go. She sat on her bed, hugging her knees, rocking back and forth slowly. She could still feel the Captain's rough hands on her body, and the thought of it happening again made her sick.
She thought about what Archer had said before he raped her. It was now obvious that something had happened to the Captain, something that turned him into another being. Or maybe something had taken him over. Whatever it was, it was not human. Part of her took relief in knowing that this wasn't the Captain she knew taking advantage of her.
Kate jumped as the door to her quarters buzzed. She got up slowly and went to answer it, wary of who it might be.
She was relieved to see Lieutenant Reed standing outside. She managed a small smile. "Malcolm," she breathed, unaware that she had been holding her breath, "What's up?"
Reed looked back and forth nervously, and then leaned forward. "Can I come in?" he asked, his voice deep with gravity.
Kate's stomachned ned at his tone. She stepped aside and allowed him to enter. "What's wrong?" she asked, almost afraid of the answer.
His blue eyes weighed with concern. "T'Pol came to talk to me," he said, noting Kate's immediately widened eyes. "She thinks there's something wrong with the Captain." When McLeod didn't answer, he added his opinion. "I do, too."
Kate looked up at Malcolm, hope suddenly fluttering in her heart. "You do?" she asked, wondering just how much he and T'Pol really knew.
He nodded and stepped closer to her. "This is just between the three of us, alright?" He continued at her affirmative nod. "I took some scans, and discovered that when we brought the Captain through decon, his body showed two distinct life signs. We thought that it was just a computer malfunction at first, but after I looked over it again, I can see that there was no malfunction. The only explanation T'Pol and I can come up with is that some kind of alien entity may have control over the Captain."
Kate swallowed silently. "Did T'Pol say why she wanted you to tell me about this?"
Malcolm shook his head. "She only told me that you figured something was up with him, too. Listen, Kate," he said, moving on, "We have to keep this quiet. We have no idea how this being will react if it finds out we know he's not the Captain."
"I understand," she said, feeling a small weight lifted from her shoulders. Now that others knew, she thought maybe it would all finally come to an end.
*
The next morning, Kate awoke groggily and winced as she stretched. She could feel every muscle in her body bruised from the strain of yesterday.
She thought over what Reed had said, about how he and T'Pol were going to work on figuring out a way to save Archer. She was just supposed to act normally, like nothing was out of the ordinary. She snorted thinking about how they had no clue what Archer was doing to her.
She got dressed and headed out of her quarters, wondering exactly as she was going to be able to get any work done today. She couldn't concentrate knowing that the Captain was basically only interested in fucking her to his heart's content.
I know your Captain wants this. The words popped into her mind out of nowhere. He had said that yesterday, moments before raping her. She began to think about the Captain - the real Captain - and if he really was interested in doing such things to her. She couldn't imagine that he would ever be capable of causing so much pain.
She swallowed heavily as she red red the Bridge, expecting to find Captain Archer in the room. She met Lieutenant Reed's eyes briefly, and set out to her station.
The morning passed slowly, every swoosh of the doors sending anxiety through Kate's nerves. The Captain never did arrive on the bridge, though, and soon it was afternoon.
Her shift ended without incident, and Kate sighed gratefully for that. Perhaps he would be too busy to bother with her today. She could only hope.
Ensign McLeod left the Bridge and walked down the hall towards Sickbay, intending to visit Commander Tucker. She was nearly there when she was ambushed in thel. l.
Captain Archer stepped out from a dark corner and cut off Kate's tread. She stopped, fear increasing her breathing.
"Hello, darling," he said, brushing his hand against her cheek. Kate tried backing off, but Archer was quick. He grabbed her by the elbow and pulled her down the hall. "What have I said about disobeying me?" he growled, throwing her into his quarters.
Kate tripped and fell to the floor. She quickly got up, sensing that Archer's wrath was more violent today. "I haven't done anything wrong," she pleaded, thinking maybe he thought she had spoke to someone.
He stopped his advance and cocked his head. "I never said you did, honey," he said, smiling. "But I find warnings are always good for keeping bitches like you in line."
Kate trembled as he approached. She wante run run, to smack him and hurt him and run from his quarters. She wanted to scream for help. But doing any of that would only ruin whatever work T'Pol and Malcolm were doing, and could possibly endanger her and Trip's lives. So she did the only other thing she could think of - she stood quietly still, waiting for Archer's next move.
He made his move quickly, grabbing her by the hair and dragging her towards the couch. He sat down and pulled her to her knees in front of him.
Kate quickly realized what he was about to make her do. She became dizzy with anticipation and found herself wishing he would just fuck her like he had before.
"You know what's coming, don't you, whore?" he said, unzipping his pants. Kate sat limply on the floor, her eyes concentrated on remaining downcast.
He gripped her hair again and pulled her forward. He leaned over and kiss her lips, swirling his tongue around in her mouth. "That's gonna feel good on my cock," he said, forcing her face down to hip level.
Tears streamed from her eyes as he waited for her to take the initiative. She moved forward slightly, then backed off, crying in fear. "I c-can't," she whimpered, begging for mercy. "I'm sorry, I can't."
Archer's eyes softened and he nodded slowly. "I understand," he said, and Kate exhaled in relief. "But I don't really give a fuck if you're sorry or if you can't." Kate trembled at his temper and turned her face away from his now very frightening expression.
"Don't you turn away from me," he growled, pulling her forward by the hair. His fist gripped her hard, and she whimpered in pain. His other hand reached around and unlocked something from his back pocket.
Kate sobbed as he pulled out a phaser and held it against her head. "Now you remember what you're doing this for. Lives are at stake. You're a great specimen, but I can get a whore from anywhere." He sed sed a button and the phaser turned from 'stun' to 'kill'.
She breathed heavily as the weapon was pressed hard to the side of her head. "Please don't," she whispered, begging him not to hurt her.
"Go on, then," he said, nodding towards his member. She hesitated, and felt the phaser being pushed harder against her. She leaned forward and took a deep breath, then placed her lips over him.
Immediately the tension from the phaser loosened. Archer's hand gripped her hair tighter and pulled her forward till much of him was in her mouth. Kate closed her eyes and slowly moved her tongue around, afraid that if she didn't pleasure him enough he might take his his anger on her.
"Yeahhh, that's it," he hissed quietly, leaning back on the couch and pulling her with him. "Fuck, that's good."
Kate instinctively moved her hand to grasp him near the base. He groaned at the contact, and moved his hips forward, massaging himself against the soft walls of her mouth.
He groaned in pleasure, dropping his hand with the phaser beside him on the couch. His other hand massaged Kate's head, and forced her down further onto him. She felt as though she would choke if he went any further.
He opened his eyes and lifted her off his member before his release. "You're damn good at that," he said, pulling her face towards him and planting a kiss on her lips. He pushed her off and onto the floor, smiling as she landed wi thu thud. He got up and locked away the phaser, then moved back to the couch.
"Over here," he said as he pulled off his pants. Kate got up slowly and walked over to him. "Undress," he ordered.
Ensign McLeod licked her lips and numbly began taking off her clothes. She felt his hot gaze on her, taking in her body as she bared it. Not meeting his eyes, she unclasped her bra and let it fall, and then removed her underwear.
Archer took her hand and pulled her as as he sat back down on the couch. "You remember what I'm going to do to you if you don't listen," he said, gripping her wrist. "Now get on."
Kate gave in to her defeat, and lowered herself onto the Captain's lap. He pressed her thighs down until he was buried completely inside of her. He let her sit there as his hands traveled up her belly and to her breasts. He massaged them strongly, then collapsed his lips over them. He began sucking, and Kate couldn't help but arch her back at the contact.
She suppressed a groan as he pulled his lips away. She felt cold without the touch of his mouth on her body. "Fucking gorgeous," he said, moving his fingers back down her body and grasping her thighs. He moved her with his strong hands, forcing her body to roll back and forth on his lap.
"Move, baby," he groaned, wanting her to put some effort into it. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she pushed slightly, feeling him deep inside of her and hearing what it was doing to him.
He dug his nails into her skin and pulled her hard, feeling the need for increased movement. Kate placed her hands on his shoulders for balance, and he grinned at that.
"Kiss me, darlin'," he said, laughing. She sniffed and leaned forward, placing her lips on his. He sucked on her mouth until pulling away and smiling at how ashamed it made her to do such a thing.
Kate closed her eyes as she moved, trying to think of anything that would pull her away from this moment and the increasing pleasure she was feeling. She was so angry at herself for allowing anything good to come of this, even if it was forced.
Archer gripped her around her waist and sat up towards her, pulling her fast towards him. The jerk sent her nerves vibrating, and he cried out as he hit his climax.
His face fell between her breasts as he gasped for air. He massaged Kate's back as she fell softly against him, her muscles begging for rest.
Archer swallowed and pushed Kate off of him and onto the couch beside him. "Now I know you enjoyed that," he grinned as he got up and grabbed a pair of pants from his drawer. He slipped them on and watched as Kate moved to get her clothes. "What do you think you're doing?" he asked, very unhappily.
Kate looked up at him, surprised. "I-I was just going to get dressed," she said quietly.
Archer strode towards her and yanked the clothes from her grasp. "There won't be any need for that," he said, placing them on a table on the far end of the room. "You won't be in them long."
Kate sighed and leaned back on the sofa, holding her knees close to her chest. She had hoped he had gotten his release and would let her go free, but apparently he had other plans for her. She looked carefully around the room, scoping ony pny possible escapes from his virility. There were none.
Archer poured a glass of water and took a sip as he walked back to the couch. He offered Kate the glass, and she took it carefully. Her body felt considerably weakened. She wasn't sure if she'd be able to fight him off at all anymore.
He trailed his thumb over her cheek and smiled. "You really are lovely, you know that?" he said, looking over her face. "Beautiful face, bright eyes...," he trailed off, gently massaging her bottom lip with his finger. "He feels that way, too," he said, looking up into hers. Ss. She knew he was talking about Jonathan Archer. "He'll be grateful to me for allowing him to finally be able to do these things to you."
Kate took in a shuddering breath, wondering how much of what Archer was saying was really bullshit. What if the Captain did want this, what if he had thought of her this way. When the alien was gone, would the Captain expect ts frs from her?
She looked over his face, saddened by having to see someone she cared so much about doing such terrible things. "Can the Captain hear me?" she asked quietly.
Archer's eyes jerked up to hers. He smiled softly. "He can hear and see everything, darling," he said, running his fingers over her hairline and around her ear. "He wants this as much as I do."
Kate's eyes became wet. She couldn't imagine what the Captain was going through, if he knew everything that was being done and had no way of stopping it. She was sure he would have stopped it.
She shivered as Archer's fingers traveled down her neck and shoulder, and along the soft skin of her arm. "You're mine," he said, and Kate was scared by the quiet anger that filled those words. "Don't forget that." He took her hand and raised it to his lips. Kissing the back of it, he smiled and set it down, and left to go to his bedroom.
She watched him leave, and a sudden wave of panic spread over her body. She lunged up off the couch and ran for the door, grabbing a blanket oe wae way. She wrapped it around herself and hit the button for the door to open. It was locked.
Kate whipped her head around, her breathing laboured from the panic of being still so close to him. She ran for the comm system and tapped it. No response came from that, either.
"There won't be any help coming," came Archer's voi voice from behind her. Kate tightened her eyes in fear, and finally managed to turn back to face him.
He approached her slowly, his face unreadable. Kate shook her head back and forth, not sure of what to say. No words came from her mouth.
Her breathing became shallow as he got closer. She knew he was going to hurt her. His fist was balled up at his side, tensing and flexing as he walked. Kate waited till he was close, then tried running past him, knowing there wasn't anyplace she could escape to.
He caught her easily by the arm. He raised his fist up, and Kate winced automatically, waiting for the punch. He hesitated, though, and Kate opened her eyes. He was staring at her, his fist still in the air but not moving.
"Why do you make me do this to you?" he said, opening his fist. He jerked his arm down and hit her across the face hard with his palm. Kate turned her head and winced from the burn on her cheek.
Archer held her up, not allowing her to fall from the impact. He waited till she looked up before hitting her again.
He let go of her arm and she stumbled away from him, hiding her face from his h. Th. Tears streamed down her hot cheeks, and she winced as she touched where he hit her. He had never slapped her so hard before.
She could hear him pull down his pants behind her. Her shoulders shuddered as she sobbed. Unable to hold it in any longer, she began to cry.
Archer came up behind her and pushed her forward. She regained her footing and walked slowly, knowing where they were headed. When they were in the bedroom, the Captain pulled the blanket off her body and forced her down on the bed.
"I'm tired of you acting like this," he said, pulling a belt from his closet. He grabbed her limp body and pulled it up the bed, and raised her arms above her head. He strapped her wrists to the headboard with the belt.
Kate sobbed quietly, not able to convince herself that moving would do any good. She simply allowed him to do whatever he wanted.
He trailed his hand down her leg till he was standing at the end of the bed. "Relax, Kate," he said as he knelt down and spread her legs apart.
Kate trembled and took in laboured breaths as Archer placed his face up along her thigh and pushed his tongue into her body. She gasped as his warmth invaded her, and arched involuntarily. She shut her eyes tightly and wriggled against the flicking of his tongue, which only made the sensations more pleasurable.
He slowly pulled his mouth from her, and the motion was immediately missed. Kate berated herself for feeling anything but hatred for what he was doing to her, but felt helpless against it. She whimpered as Archer crawled over her, running his hand up along her side and to her breast.
He squeezed softly and she moaned in response. "Look at me," he said, and she opened her eyes. He smiled at the obvious flush on her face. "I love it when you take it like the whore you are," he said, and a tear fell from her eye as he spoke.
He kissed her lips gently before moving off of her and getting to his feet. "After this, the Captain will know just how much you really enjoy being fucked," he said, pulling her legs up and placing them over his shoulders.
He entered her easily, at first pushing slowly, allowing her to get used to the feeling. Her legs tensed up against him, and her eyelids fluttered wildly. She clenched her teeth as Archer picked up his pace and began thrusting into her with incredible force. The pleasure began to mix with pain, and Kate gasped as he pushed himself entirely into her.
"Oh God," she said, unable to stop herself from vocalizing the conflicting emotions within her. Archer grinned at finally being able to make her speak, and thrust violently in response.
He leaned over her and placed his mouth close to her ear. "Speak to me, baby," he urged, wanting to hear her pain. "Tell me how much you want me to fuck you."
Kate arched her back at the feeling moving within her. "Please," she said, not sure if she was asking him for more or to stop. She hated herself for not being strong.
Her heavy voice sent him over the edge. He thrust into her a few more times before gripping her body in lust. He groaned into her collarbone as she shuddered beneath him. Her legs slipped off his shoulders as they both became overcome with weakness.
Archer raised his head and kissed her neck. "Now he knows," he whispered her her ear before pushing himself off of her and heading out into the main room.
Tears rolled down Kate's face as she shifted on the bed. Her arms were tired, but she couldn't pull them out of their hold.
Feeling exhausted, she simply tried to relax in the position she was in. She didn't think Archer was going to let her go anytime soon.
She closed her eyes anded ted to push all the images out of her mind. It wasn't long before the blackness took her and she feel asleep.
