“Well, I've grown attached to Johnny. He's a great boy.
"Umm... Jack?"

"Ahem... I also, want to apologize for my remarks when we met. They were rude, childish, and ugly. The Doctor told me about some of my lost memory ... of how we were together. I didn't want to believe it, I guess.
"I'm sorry, Jack. Maybe we can get past it, alright?"
"I'd like that more than you can imagine."
"Maybe we can become friends."
