A New Discovery
Nicola opened her mind and found she was floating about again. She looked at The Doctor with true love in her two beating hearts.
She wondered if she could pick anything else up that was living, she floated to where her animals are. Then she explored every crack of the TARDIS for anything else. “Hello Mistress”. A female voice said. “TARDIS”? She asked. “Yes it is I”. The TARDIS said. Nicola smiled, and The Doctor saw. “How do you like being a Gallifreian”? The TARDIS asked her. “I love it, thank you. You must love The Doctor too, to do this for him”. Nicola said. “I do. He’s been through a lot in his 900 years, I could see both of your souls, trying to closer, and one brighter than the other. I could tell you wouldn’t want to die knowing he’d have continued own this own again". said the Tardis. "My Doctor’s had friends come and go, before you and every time one goes it breaks his hearts, I knew what he was looking for every time we go exploring time and space. His soulmate, the one he was meant to be with”. She told Nicola. “Me”. Nicola said.
“Yes. I had this planned along time ago. That if he met the one soul meant for him, I would do everything I could to change her into a Gallifreian, A Time-Lady”. Said The TARDIS. Nicola was still smiling. Still as she stared up her eyes never blinking. (Astral planes; she was breathing and could move her mouth a bit). The Doctor was still waiting.
Nicola’s spirit and The TARDIS’s spirit floated back to where the gym was. Nicola looked at her love and smiled at him as he was watching her body. Then at herself and could sense another life inside her body, but only one. She looked at the TARDIS’s spirit. “I’m pregnant”. She gasped; The TARDIS floated next to the body of Nicola and with a sad smile of love turned back to Nicola’s spirit. “I know, please take care of it and him”. She said pointing to the Doctor. “You’ll still be around won’t you”? Nicola asked. The TARDIS floated next to Nicola’s spirit. “I’m always here, I won’t go anywhere. What I mean is. He needs the physical touch of a being, not a spirit being. If it gets too much, you can do that again and we can talk, as much as we like”. She said hugging Nicola. “I’d like that”. Nicola said hugging back. “Friends”. She said holding her hand out for The TARDIS to shake. “Best”. The TARDIS said taking it. “Talk to you soon”. And Nicola floated back into her body and blinked. “Welcome back”. Said her love, still smiling she said. “Me and The TARDIS had a chat and now we’re best friends”. Then she kissed him. “I thought as much. How are you feeling now”? He asked looking worried. Nicola looked at him and smiled. “A lot better. Help me up please”. She asked and he did. “Tell him”. Giggled the TARDIS in the back of her mind. “I will at dinner tonight, when we land on Earth, we’ll go out for a meal”. She told her friend. “Can we eat out tonight, sweetheart when we get back to Earth”? She asked him. “Are you sure”? He asked still looking worried, “Mmhhm”. She said. “Of cause I’ll have to pay me being a millionaire here”. She laughed walking towards the hallway. “I can get money with this”. He said pulling out the sonic screwdriver.
Nicola’s hearts fluttered abit “Tell him now before you faint”. The TARDIS said to her. “And when you do, he find out anyway when he examines you Nicola”. She said. “Oh all right”. Nicola said to her friend.
