Summary: Don wants to spoil Ryan and Greg, since both are on leave with him; he’ll take them to an amusement park to remind them of some of their dates.
Amusement Park
Don couldn’t believe his luck. He had managed to get Grissiom to approve time off for Ryan and Greg after dealing with Eric and Calleigh from Miami. He had explained that the pair had returned some difficult memories and that it would be best if he and Greg could help Ryan overcome the damage done with a day off.

As they pulled into the amusement park, a bark of laughter left Ryan. He had told them, many months ago, that he had never gone to an amusement park due to his sister’s illness as well as his mother’s death. Now that he was with Don and Greg, it was as if they were trying to make up for what Ryan couldn’t do as a child.
“Thank you both for this. I know that you want me to look at these with fondness and not feel as if it is a burden. I’m actually quite faltered that you pulled me out of work just to enjoy a day at the amusement park.” He gave both a soft smile and it made both men with him beam with pride.
Greg pulled Ryan out of the car and dragged him towards the entrance. Don followed at a sedate pace and smiled at the awe and wonder that Ryan was displaying. Don smiled, seeing the openness on Ryan’s face after him being closed off for three weeks, made the New Yorker happier; now that Ryan would let himself heal after the painful ordeal that had been forced into their hands.
Greg had gotten them VIP passes for the entire park and since he had wanted Ryan to be able to enjoy any part of the park that he wanted.
