Craig mind was running a million miles per second. He wanted to kiss her and run away all at once.

Yvette knew what he was trying to ask but she couldn't even answer.

Finally Craig, not knowing what to do, walked out of her room. Yvette sat quietly thinking everything. It wasn't until Spinner walked in that she realized where she was.

Spinner- He loves you Vette.
Yvette- I...
Spinner- He does, you know that. I know that. I also know you love him back.
Yvette- Spin...

Spin sat on her bed next to her, holding her hands in his. He could feel tears running down his cheeks. He had grown to love Yvette but he knew this was the right thing to do.

Spinner- Be with him Yvette. I'll be okay really. i know you care about me. And you will always be my friend and I love you. But he's your love. And you should be with him.
Yvette- So...
Spinner- I'll come see how you are tomorrow.

He got up and kissed the top of her head.

Spinner- Go get 'em tiger.

Yvette laughed through her tears a little.

Yvette- Can't go anywhere remember?
Spin- Then use your heart... If Craig loves you as much as we all know he does he'll feel it.

Spinner walked out her door.

Yvette sat alone in her room playing with a piece of paper, ripping it here and there. She wasn't bored. She just wanted to rip the paper. So many things were going through her mind.

Yvette- I am this peice of paper. Ripped to shreds.
Marco- Ripped? You? I don't think so silly.

She felt him lay down next to her and she looked at him.

Yvette- Spinner told you what happened I guess.
Marco- Yeah. He's hurting a little but he will be okay. You know him.
Yvette- So what do you think?
Marco- I think things are going to work out.

Spinner knocked on the door, rubbing a tear from his eye. The door opened and there stood Craig.

Craig- Uh... Spinner is something wrong with Yvette?
Spinner- No.
Craig- Oh... well what's going on?
Spinner- We broke up Craig.
Craig- You... you and Yvette?
Spinner- I love her Craig. She is the most amazing person I have ever met. I will always think of her and love her and... Craig, I don't think it's fair to her if... She's dying. I know she is. It's getting worse every day. I see it. She tries to hide it but she can't. I love her so much I want to see her happy and... she's going to be happy with you... Don't waste anymore time. Just go to her okay?

Spinner quickly walked away from Craig leaving Craig in shock. They had broken up? Yvette was alone. They could be together?

Craig ran up the stairs to his bedroom and grabbed his coat. He was pulling it on when he suddenly spotted his guitar and a notebook he wrote lyrics in. He wanted nothing more than to run straight to Yvette but he walked over to his guitar and notebook and sat down, ready to write.

Yvette sat on the floor looking at a bunch of pictures Craig had taken, a blanket wrapped around her. She had felt so cold.

The pictures made her eyes tear up. All of them were of her. He had handed them to her one day in school, asking her to wait to get home to look at them.

The cold in her body persisted and she quickly got up and found the thing she had forgotten she still owned. In the back of her closet lay Craig's jacket. It was the one she had never gotten around to giving back. She slipped it on and sat down again.

The cold went away a little and eventually she passed out, lying on the pictures.

Yvette woke up to a familiar noise. Looking towards the window she noticed pebbles tapping against it. As quickly as she could she walked to the window and looked down. As soon as Craig noticed she was looking at him he dropped the handful of pebbles and ran to a nearby tree where his guitar sat. He ran back with it.

Craig- This better work...

He started to play his guitar and sing.

He stopped singing and looked up and Yvette was no where to be found. His heart almost broke until he heard the back door open

Yvette- Craig! I love you okay?! I love you I love you I...

She ran into his arms and they instantly kissed, not wanting to let go.
