Summary: Move over Roswell. What if Kyle XY woke up in Kansas and was found by a real alien?

Chapter Twelve

The witch queen could not help but to smile with wicked joy. She had the magical wishing star within her very grasp. By all enchantment, she was holding his hand. Soon, she and her beloved sisters would be young and powerful for all of forever.

She looked down at the handsome wishing star and he looked up at her with wet jewels of aquamarine. The poor thing was not glowing at all and it was seriously irking her. What could she do to put the glow back into him? She was beginning to lose her patience.

“Where are we going?” Kyle asked, seeing that she was leading him away from the apple orchard.

He could hear Clark yelling his name and Lex was, too. It made tears of pure starlight to stream from his eyes. His heart was aching.

“I thought that we would go for a little stroll,” she smiled at him, giving his hand a light squeeze with her silk gloved one. “This country atmosphere is so beautiful. Doesn’t such beauty warm your heart?”

Kyle gazed around and everything was no longer bright or cheerful to him. It all just looked cold and meaningless. Why had Clark kissed Lex? It didn’t make any sense to him and it hurt, a lot.

“What is your name, Faerie Godmother?” Kyle asked her in a very soft tone.

“Lilanha,” she told him with a sweet smile, letting go of his hand to loom before him.

She was the most beautiful female in the whole world. She made all the women in those magazines he had read look like wrinkled old hags. Her beauty was terrible and it was beginning to scare him. Something this beautiful could not be trusted.

The glass knife was in her hand, hidden behind her back. She could take his heart here and now, leaving his corpse for the little god to sob over.

“It’s a pretty name,” he told her, taking a small step back. Her presence was so big and all encompassing.

“Do you think so?” She asked, hiding her sharp anger. Her name was not pretty! Her name was gloriously beautiful!

He nodded his head, suddenly realizing that he was flat on his back, unable to move. He could not cry out and his heart was fluttering like a lost butterfly in a violent storm.

“Do not try to speak, Little Star,” the witch queen giggled, kneeling down to loom over his chest, ripping open his shirt with a word. “And do try to calm yourself. All I want to do is carve out your heart and eat it, my dear.”

Kyle’s blue eyes widened in terror and he fought to scream when she produced the wicked looking glass blade. It glinted and it sparkled in the sunlight.

“Kyle!” Clark yelled, sounding really close this time.

The witch queen looked up with lots of annoyance showing on her godly face. That little boy was going to be a problem. She did not know his powers and he could be formidable.

Kyle struggled against the spell that held him place. Clark sounded so worried. Did he really care?

“Ah,” the witch queen smiled evilly. “You’re glowing…”

Kyle looked into those crazed amber jewels and suddenly lashed out at her. He kicked her square in the chest with his feet, knocking her flat on her back. The glass blade went flying out of her hand, spiraling through the air to land in the bushes.

He rolled over, scrambling to his feet, crying out Clark’s name. He was terrified.

The Queen of Witches, Lilanha, eldest of the Lilim, was lying flat on her back in some serious shock. Had she just been kicked to the ground like some slave?

She lifted her head up to see that her wishing star was running away from her. Her breasts were aching from where he had kicked her.

She was on her feet in a violent hiss of silk and the wind whipped through her lustrous red hair. Now she was really going to carve off his glowing skin and wear it as a shroud.

The witch queen took a step forward and froze in her tracks. Where in the name of Enchantment was her blade? She could not carve out his heart without it. She began whistling for it.

“Clark!” Kyle cried, only to feel something wrap around his ankle. His foot was pulled out from under him and he fell flat on his face with a stunned grunt.

He looked at his ankle to see a thin silver chain around it. What in the name of Mother Moon? He cried out when he was suddenly being pulled across the ground towards the crazed woman who was whistling.

“How dare you kick me to the ground as if I were some slave girl,” the witch queen thundered, lightning splitting the darkening sky overhead. “That really hurt my perky breasts, my dear!”

“Hey!” A voice shouted and the witch queen looked up to see that it was the little god coming to interfere. “Leave him alone! Let him go, now!”

“Clark!” Kyle yelled, fighting with his restraint. “Be careful! She has powerful magic!”

The witch queen narrowed her eyes and jerked Kyle’s chain again. She did not have time for this dragon shit.

“Clark!” Lex shouted, running up, completely out of breath.

“How about a nice flying lesson for you two boys, hmm?” The witch queen cackled, flicking her wrist at them.

Clark and Lex were both knocked off their feet and sent flying through the air. Lex crashed into some bushes and Clark was sent through a tree, shattering it.

“Clark!” Kyle screamed, fighting with his chain. “Let me go!”

The witch queen was howling with laughter, paying Kyle no mind, only to stop when she saw Clark get to his feet. There was not a scratch on him. Well, except for his clothes. Her nostrils flared in outrage. He was supposed to be bleeding and mewling like a frightened animal at her feet.

Clark was suddenly by Kyle’s side in a blink after quickly checking on Lex. The older man was alive but was out cold.

He snapped the chain only for it to magically link back together. “What the hell?”

“It is a magical chain, little god.” The witch queen told him. “There is no freeing him from it. The star belongs to me now.”

Kyle shook his head. “I belong to Clark, you ugly hag!”

“Silence, you little fool!” The witch queen snapped only to hiss when the chain was jerked from her hands.

Her amber eyes widened in outrage as she looked at her gloved hands. He had pulled some of the seams loose.

“I’m going to eat your flesh!” She screeched, sky becoming dark as night, ground slightly shaking under their feet. “And drink your blood!”

Clark quickly pulled Kyle to his feet, stepping in front of him. He looked at the witch queen’s gown, setting the hem ablaze with his glowing ruby red eyes.

She screamed and spun around in a tornado like fashion. The flames were flowing around her willowy frame in dizzying spirals, gathering in the palms of her hands.

Her hands molded and shaped a massive fireball and she spun to a halt, unleashing it with all her pent up wrath. It howled through the air and ignited a tree. It exploded into violent flames.

She snarled in outrage. They had vanished.

She spun around in hisses of smoking silk. He was faster than sight, had control of fire, and seemed invulnerable to physical harm. He was even fast enough to spirit the bald one away as well.

She had underestimated her enemy. It was a mistake, one she would not make again.

“Where are you?” She called out in anger, voice magnified like thunder. “When I find you, I’m going to suck out your magic, rip off your feet, and bash your face in with them, little god!”

She looked down at her chest and gasped. Her breasts were no longer perky.

“I’M GOING TO PLUCK OUT YOUR EYES AND PULL OUT YOUR TOENAILS!” She screamed, ground shaking when she stomped her heel. “AND GIVE THEM TO MY SISTERS!”

She held up her hand, summoning her glass blade. It came spiraling through the air and she grabbed it by the handle.

Why hadn’t she done that before? She didn’t know. She was thousands of years old. Her mind was simply not where it should be, but the star’s heart would fix that.

She spun the blade around with incredible speed, smiling as she danced through the orchard. “Looks like I’m it! Ready or not, here I come!”

Sorry it took me so long to update. I am working on a Harry Potter and a Gravitation fic. The two of them are a lot of fun.
