Chpt 13
Yvette got up and looked down at Craig, asleep on the ground
Yvette- Oh... god...
She grabbed her shoes and ran all the way back to the tent.
Craig woke up and found himself alone.
Craig- Yvette?
Ashley- Craig?
Ashley appeared behind a tree
Ashley- Why are you looking for Yvette?... She's in her tent with Spinner
Craig looked confused at her
Craig- Oh... I know i just had a dream she was lost and we... we were trying to find her...
Ashley- Oh... well ok? What are YOU doing sleeping on the floor?
Craig- I... was enjoying nature...
Ashley eyed him suspisiously
Ash- I guess... can we go back now?
Craig- Yeah... yeah...
They walked back to the tent and as he got back in the sleeping bag he swore under his breath he would make Yvette break up with Spinner if it was the last thing he did
Craig tried to get Yvette alone again but she was on her game for the rest of the trip. She was attached to Spinner's hip. And to his dismay she seemed to be enjoying her time with him.
He wasn't wrong to think she was enjoying it. She was. She was warming up to Spinner, trying to get Craig out of her system for good.
Marco during all of this felt like he had a headache the size of Canada. He knew Yvette was pushing Craig away and he knew how they needed to just come out with the whole thing already.
Yvette and everyone were heading home and packing at a camp ground. Spinner was laughing with Yvette, taking her attention off packing.
Spinner- So???
Yvette- Spin! Talk about it later okay?!
Spinner- But Hun Bun!
Craig, annoyed with their increasing level of affection, rolled his eyes. Yvette noticed and ignored it. Paige meanwhile walked over to Craig. She knew she had to push Craig to react.
Paige- Craig aren't they cute? I guess better than you and her.
Craig- What?
Paige- Don't worry. I won't tell... but you should stop them Craig. Go get her back...
Yvette- Well I told you you can if you like. I really don't mind.
Spinner- Really?
Yvette- Yeah... Honestly.
They were talking about Spinner staying at her house their first night back home because her parents had called to inform her they had to go to a conference. She didn't want to be alone and didn't mind sleeping with him in the same area anymore. Plus Spinner, she knew, wouldn't make a move. And she had been feeling worse and wanted someone around just in case.
Spinner- Great! Hey Craig!
Craig looked up.
Craig- Yeah?
Spinner- Leave me and Yvette at her place okay?
Yvette knew by the look on Craig's face his was confused and interested in knowing why.
Craig- Why?!
His tone was worrying Yvette.
Spinner- Uh... well I am staying with Yvette...
Craig eyes got wide and his anger rose. He didn't care anymore. If breaking them out meant outing he and Yvette he was going to do it.
Craig- NO!
Spinner- Um...
Craig- YVETTE WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO SLEEP WITH HIM TOO?!
Everyone froze and Yvette's heart stopped. Spinner looked half mad at Craig and half confused.
Yvette- Shut up...
Craig- WHY?! YOU GOT OVER ME AND DECIDED TO BE TRUE TO SPIN?!
Yvette- YOU KNOW WHAT?! YEAH!!! LOOK CRAIG I CAN'T DO IT ANYMORE AND YOU CAN'T MAKE ME! SPINNER I AM SORRY BUT I SLEPT WITH CRAIG OKAY?! AND I REGRET IT. BUT I DON'T WANT TO BE WITH HIM I WANT TO BE WITH YOU! CRAIG HERE CAN'T GET OVER IT!
Craig- YOU WANT TO BE WITH HIM?! WHY?!
Yvette- CAUSE I DO!
Meanwhile Paige laughed.
Paige- See?! I told you Ash! Oh Spin I am so sorry...
Marco- Shut up Paige. I heard you trying to egg Craig on to do this...
Yvette- Paige?
Craig- LOOK YVETTE ADMIT IT YOU STILL WANT TO BE WITH ME!!!
Yvette- NO! I HATE YOU. I NEVER WANT TO BE WITH YOU AGAIN. I WANT TO BE WITH SPINNER AND... and... and...
Suddenly her eyes rolled to the back of her head and she passed out. Spinner ran to her.
Spin- YVETTE!!! Hun?!
Ellie- Oh no...
Spin- What's wrong with her?!
Marco- You did it now Paige. She's sick you guys. She's dying. She needs an ambulance. She's been feeling worse lately and now we need to get her to a hospital...
Spin- NO! Call 911!!!
Dylan did and Paige covered her mouth. Ashley braced herself on Spinner. Craig had tears running down his cheeks. Spinner looked up at him.
Spin- Couldn't you let her go?!
Yvette- Oh... god...
