Chapter 12

Disclaimer: You know the drill. I don't own em.

Solaris: Thank you so much for being here for me the past couple of weeks. You are truly the best sister a girl could ever have. I don't know what I would do without you in my life and I can't imagine you not being here with me. Sorry if this chapter is so sucky. I wrote it while I was in a bad mood and sick so reviews are welcome and flames will be ignored.

Chapter 12

Everyone was sitting in the waiting room, waiting for the doctor or nurse to tell them what was wrong. Paul was thinking back to the conversation that him and Clint had earlier that day before the wreak happened and then glanced over at his brother. Clint was sitting with Jamie and Vinnie trying to comfort them both. The family had been through a lot these past few weeks with Mary's passing and then with the heartache that followed. Soon a doctor came out and looked around the room.

"Are you all here with Christy?"

They nodded and he smiled. "Ah yes. I am Doctor Addis. Christy is going to be a little sore. She is lucky she had her seat belt on. Other than banged up a tad both mother and child are doing great and we expect a full recovery. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask and .."

All of a sudden five male voices rang out. "MOTHER AND WHO?"

Dr. Addis jumped. "I said mother and child. Christy by our examination is about a month and a half pregnant. Now if there are no other questions I will get her paperwork so she can go home."

Paulie stood up. "The both of them are fine with no complications?"

The doctor nodded. "Son. I do not sugar coat anything I tell my patients families. She is a very lucky girl and I am happy that she did not loose the child."

Paulie sagged in the chair with relief, happy that the baby wasn't harmed in any way. Soon Christy was wheeled out the door and she looked at Paulie with tears in her eyes. He thought it was due to the happiness of the baby but he didn't know just how wrong he was.

That night they were all sitting at the dinner table eating. Paul looked at Clint and he cleared his throat. All person's present at the table looked up. "Christy and Jamie. Myself as well as your brothers are moving. We cannot live in this house any longer. Besides, with the new baby and you and Vinnie basically living together we think it is time to let go."

Jamie bowed her head. "I understand Poppa. It is painful."

Soon the talk changed to everyone talking about babies and perhaps what to expect. Christy just sat there with her head bowed not saying a word. Soon she had enough and exploded.

"ALL YOU ALL CARE ABOUT IS THE BABY! YES I AM HAPPY ABOUT IT TO BUT JUST SHUT THE HELL UP ABOUT IT! I CALLED MAMMA A LIER ON HER DEATH BED! SHE KNEW I WAS PREGNANT BUT I CALLED HER A LIER AND SAID I WASN'T! SHUT THE HELL UP!", she then turned and ran outside, slamming the back door in her exit. Paulie stood up and Clint grabbed his arm.

"Don't do it nephew. She is mad and there is nothing you can say or do to change that. If you go to her now, I don't even want to think what she would say."

Paulie shook his head. "I have to do this uncle. She needs me."

Paul and Clint just shook their heads as he walked outside on the porch. "He will learn. We tried to warn him." Clint remarked and went back to dinner.

Paulie found Christy sitting next to the hot tub. "Hey hon."

"Don't call me that.", she hissed out.

Paulie cocked his eyebrow and looked at her in the darkness. "Christy. Please talk to me."

She spun around angrily and stared him down. "Talk. You want to talk. Well fine we will talk. We will talk about how I am so sick of everyone being so damn happy whenever I am so miserable and then we will talk about how I am sick and fucking tired of Whitney making my life a living hell, oh and while we are on the subject of her, Let's also talk about how we both know that she had to do with my wreak today, which destroyed a fifteen thousand dollar truck and how I am sick of her threatening me over you. Let's also talk about how tired I am about getting phone calls and mail from her threatening danger to my baby because it is yours and mine and not hers. Are we getting close to talking? Am I covering everything?"

Paulie stood there opened mouthed at her. "Christy. I can't control what she does but we can control how we feel. I know you are still in pain over Mary, hell we all are. All we can do is work through it. Whitney and me dated for a few years before I even met you and we had just recently broken up before Pop's found the contract. What am I supposed to do Christy? Forget her? I loved her then yes and it is hard to let go of something like that."

Christy started backing away from him. "You mean you still talk to her?"

Paulie slowly nodded. "Yes Christy. I do. If she isn't kept happy then we stand a chance on loosing the money and everything."

Christy closed her eyes and took a breath. "Will you stop talking to her?"

He shook his head. "I can't do that."

Christy then let the tears fall. "Then I guess there is only one thing for us to do then." She walked past him and went into the house. He followed right after her and saw everyone staring at them both.

Christy looked at Paul. "You said he had to have a child. It didn't matter if him and the mother were together or married correct?"

Paul nodded.

Christy swallowed and took a breath. "The baby is due October tenth and will be delivered by C-Section. I will get a lawyer to draw up the paperwork releasing all parental rights to me at the time of delivery. Take the money that you were going to give me and use it for the baby's collage fund or whatever you deem necessary for it. Well my part of the money. The father can do whatever he wants to with his. It seems he does whatever he wants to now any ways." She turned and looked at Jamie. "Treasure Vinnie for what he is and what you both have. One day you might wake up and it will be gone. Forgive him for the small things and love him through the bad. Support him no matter what. I will call my lawyer in the morning." She then turned to Clint. "Thank you for being here for me. If you ever need anything let me know. " She took the cell phone that Paul had purchased for her and laid it on the kitchen table. She then slowly turned to Paulie. "I hope she can be a great mom to your child." And with that she walked out of the room and up the stairs into her room and shut the door.

Paul looked over at Paulie and glared. "Son. What have you done?"

The next day Christy didn't show up for work at her scheduled time. She of course had already left the house whenever everyone else was asleep. She looked up and smiled as the lady cleared her throat. "Miss Jenkins. Mr Solonge will see you now."

She sat with the lawyer for two hours drawing up the paperwork. Everything was signed and it would be delivered to the family that afternoon. She left and went home and started to clean out the nursery. In two hours she had finished it and was packing her room. Once she had everything together she called a cab and left a letter on Jamie's bed that she had written the night before. She then loaded up everything into the cab and left without a backwards glance.

Paul just came out of the office to yell at Paulie whenever a man walked up to him. "Excuse me sir. I need to speak to Paul Jr."

Paul called Paulie over.

"Could you please sign here for me?"

Paulie signed his name and the man walked out of the door. He tore open the envelope and then the tears started falling as he read what was written inside.

I, Christy Jenkins, hereby declare that on the day of October Tenth, once the child is delivered from my body, I sign over all parental rights to it's father Paul Michael Teutul Jr. The money which was to be delivered to me at the time of said child's birth will be refused and the above named father will do with it as he pleases. Once this clause goes into effect the father will have no contact with the mother nor will the mother ask Mr. Teutul or any of their mutual friends or family how said child is doing.

This clause will prohibit the mother from seeing said child at any given time. If child and/or father is seen, mother must leave the premises immediately. If child and father arrive at premises where mother is currently at she is required by this clause to remove herself immediately with no questions asked.

If mother is found to have broken any of the above named conditions it is within the power of any state to press charges against her for the violation of this contract.

This contract will go into effect once the above named father signs it.

Paulie raised his head and looked around the shop. "I will not sign this. I am not letting her go. Pop's call Danny. I want a restraining order against Whitney and I want to press charges against her for attempted murder." He turned to Jamie as his father made the call. "Please find her. Maybe she left something for you stating where she has gone."

Jamie and Vinnie ran out of the shop and to the house. Paulie then turned to Lucy. "Call your doctor for me and see when her next appointment is."

Lucy nodded and walked out the door. Paulie then walked back over to the bike he was working on. "You will not get away from me this easily Christy. I love you too damn much to let you go and by George your going to know it."
