Chapter 10- So, Everyone Knows.
"Well, I guess this is a new start for us." Jay breathed in heavily.
"Yeah, I guess it is." Jack squezzed Jay's hand in reasurrance.
Both, looked up at their school and KNEW, this was a beginning of something new. Both walking into the gates, noticed quickly that most heads snapped in their direction, and a fury of whispering began. Jack shook his head and grabbed Jay's hand and led him away from everyone.
"Are you going to be alright? You know, with all the talking and stuff?"
"I'll be fine. I'm not letting then get to me or to ruin anything". Jay smiled, pressing his lips to Jack's.
"So it's true?" Salene smiled.
Noticing that their friend was smiling, meant she was okay with what had happened.
"Yeah, it's true." Jack smiled back.
Taking both of their arms and leading them to everyone.
"Glad you Finally got common sense, Jay." Salene laughed.
"So, am I." He laughed back.
Pride, Patch, Dee and May were all talking, until they spotted who was coming and hushed straight up. Salene raised an eyebrow and spoke.
"Want to tell us what you all were saying? If not, keep your rumors to yourself!" Salene sat down, with Jack and Jay next to her.
"No. We weren't saying anything bad. Honest. Well, okay, we were. We just think it's about time." May laughed, braking the ice.
Trudy walked up nervously to Jack and Jay.
"Guys, I am so, so, so sorry."
"Who did you tell, Trudy?" Jay asked.
"Amber" Trudy bowed her head."I never meant for everyone to talk about you guys"
"Trudy it's okay." Jack smiled.
"Is it now?" A voice spoke. Stepping out from the shadows, Amber smiled with her arms crossed. "How lovely to see the two fags"
Before either, Jack or Jay could replied Amber was pushed aside.
"There you two are." Ebony bounced to them. "Oh oops, did I knock you over, Amber?" Ebony smiled. Leaving Amber to walk away grumbling. Ebony turned back to the two guys. "So...done any screwing lately?"
"Ebony?!" Everyone said at once.
"What??" Ebony looked around.
"Still tactless as ever." Jack smiled.
"You better believe it, bitch!"
"So, how is everyone taking it?" Jay asked.
"Most were waiting for something to spice this school up, and others well, screw them." Ebony winked.
Just as everything seemed up the bell rang for class.
"Well, here we go" Jack frowned.
Taking Jack's hand into his own, Jay smiled to him to let him know, everything was fine as long as they were together. Both boys walked off hand in hand.
