Set Across Galaxies
Title: Set Across Galaxies.
Author: Me.
Fandom: Firefly/Serenity, Star Trek (2009), Star Wars Episode 3 and Andromeda.
Pairings: Spock/OC/Telemachus, Kirk/Bones, Trance/Harper, Jayne/Beka, Mal/Inara, Wash/Zoe, River/Anakin.
................................
Trailer: *WIP*
Alex's Trax: *WIP*
................................
Summary: River has a connection. A mental connection to three people in three different realities. Trance is a hyper-dimensional being called an Avatar. Alex is a half human/half vulcan who was raised to believe in expressing emotion and not holding anything in. And Anakin is a young man who could lose anything and everything with one decision.
.................................
NOTES: Alex's ears will look more like the elves from LoTR instead of like Spock's in the movie. When I first started writing this, I forgot the Star Wars X-Over. The smut will start with Alex/Spock. But that will be later on in the fic.
..................................
Prologue:
Alex left the bridge, brushing past Spock's father. She didn't want to see what Kirk was going to do, to get Spock to react he'd need to push an extreme button. She just hoped that the man didn't push Spock's Mom button. But she had a feeling that he would.
What's wrong, Mei Mei? Alex heard Trance's voice in her head.
Alex fiddled with a powerless comm device, putting in the ear plug, "Vulcan was destroyed..."
Oh no...are you okay, honey?
"Spock's mother was still on the planet, Trance," She whispered.
She finally reached her quarters and collapsed onto the bed. She felt a sleepy River pushing her way into the conversation. Alex's mental projection hugged River and Trance's, sighing sadly. Spock's mother was always kind to Alex, despite the fact that, while the girl was born on Vulcan, she was raised as a human on Earth. River and Trance both knew that Alex cared for Spock, both hated watching her in pain.
In the bridge, Kirk pushed Spock's button, the big red button that said MOM on it, with a neon sign above it that said 'do not push'. Spock had a moment in the lift with Uhura, where the woman proceeded to bring something to his attention.
"She cares for you, ya know," Uhura said softly, leaning on the wall of the circular lift.
Spock's brows furrowed, "Who?" he asked in genuine confusion.
Uhura rolled her eyes, growling softly in frustration.
"Alex, Spock, Alex Weaver. The head of security? Or did you do what everyone else on this ship seems to and forgot she ever existed?"
Spock didn't understand the tone that Nietta was using with him. Of course he knew Alex existed. He wanted to see if she was okay when she left the bridge, but Kirk went and did what he did, which delayed Spock's plan of checking on her. Chekov's brows furrowed. The internal sensors said that there were four people in Alex's room. He looked at it a little further, the sensors showing that it was like there was three people overlaying Alex. One just seemed to be listening, while the other two were talking.
